I believe Hayley is buried in Badgngarra tip.. that is why the ses dogs had sent there.. but the police did not do a sufficient search at that time..just like they did not do a sufficient testing of the seat covers from the rusty white ute in august of 1999 at 10 north west road , which 14 years later a item be-leaved to belong from Hayley was found .. My opinion. Hayley's mum

  Trying to understand or at least get my head around the fact that the police ain't willing to serch the the tip where Hayley vanished now where talking around an hour between the holes in this blokes statements so there's only a few places he could of got to and dispose...
