Tony Abbott is he illegally elected as Prime Minister Report by 9 News
A Queensland blogger looking for proof that the Prime Minister has renounced his British citizenship has raised the possibility that Tony Abbott may be ineligible to run for office in Australia.
The blogger, who goes by the name Tony Magrathea, submitted freedom of information requests to the Prime Minister's office and the British Home Office seeking a copy of the RN form that British subjects use to renounce their citizenship.
Both requests were refused, according to documents on his website.
Ninemsn has sought comment from Mr Magrathea, but are yet to receive a response.
Under the constitution of Australia, people who hold dual citizenship are not permitted to stand for election to Federal Parliament.
"It is very clear, according to the Commonwealth Electoral Act of 1918, that to stand for election a person must be an Australian citizen," Professor Augusto Zimmerman of Murdoch University told ninemsn.
"But Section 44 of the Constitution is very clear that for a person to stand for election, they must not hold the citizenship of any foreign power. So if a person has dual citizenship, and they have not renounced the former one, they are ineligible.
"It's absolutely unequivocal," he said.

I have had a lot of trouble with the NSW Kings Cross branch of the Police
unit. This investigation process has been stopped by the police numerous
times under 141a Police Act where no further investigation. Police officers
have taken the stand Police Vs Weatherstone Detective Amanda Dench where
questions asked upon gang relationship to Outlaw gangs, Extortion she
answered there was no investigation. These were complaints I made to the
PIC, to Ombudsman, to further. Even Julia Gillard and Ken Rudd who asked for
the police to further investigate. However within the outlaw gang crimes the
ability for these people to be registered Police informants protect these
people and make it harder for the person telling police they are doing the
crime to you. Police said they wouldn’t take me serious until I had a

the police weren't listening to me. It revolved to a Detective Amanda Dench
and Senior Constable Craig Arnold however their senior Detective Inspector

I have brought this to the Council's attention, however nothing happened and
it should. Alleged drug network utilises the working girls as safe houses
for the large movement of drugs. They utilise the brothel intro's or a room
rate for the exchange and the owner as I was threatened whilst this happened.
The police didn't go further when I called 000 and the Police Officer that
turned up 2.5 hours later said it was his friend that threatened my life.
This was I was told over a huge amount of drugs that went to a guy in
Melbourne. THis guy again never checked by the Police he is in the elite as
an associate with Hells Angels.
What I have learnt.
Brothel Darlinghurst Road, Kings Cross/Potts Point
Stripperama, Porky's have had no Construction certificate of compliance on
the premises. The premises as a licensed brothel and it has never complied
since 2002.
This is where the gang's utilise the power to keep these businesses open as
the alleged council is too terrified to do anything. I have persisted with
Clover Moore who says that there is not much that can be done. However at
the level of Prime Minister the Brothels in Kings Cross are just not selling
sex, I found that out the working girls are just moving the alleged drug
network and the guys behind change Peter William Schaffer in gaol now he was
working below alleged Scott Orrock for a while back 2011-13 for the drug network.

Astoria Hotel has resident drug dealer that I know of

the premises as ventilation, mechanical and air conditioning not working or
complying. The owner has to be made responsible the next person would be I

the level of the Police I have asked to search an area for Juanita Nielsen.
On Wed 25/9/2013 D & S Australia Pty Ltd solicitor said it was not up to his
client to search. My life was threatened and extorted heavily by a gang that

the drug network to explode into Cabramatta whilst Kings Cross was under the

was the Triads, Mongrol's that exist even today that link into the drug
network as allegedly supplying of the ice and heroin even other stuff that I
don't know about.
It has been noted previously that Nick Kaldas Police Officer needs to be
investigated as extortion case on John Ibrahim was destroyed through the
alleged leaks from him. I have asked many of the Police to look into my
claims as it will show that the twisting of evidence does occur, that this
twisting is never questioned by the Crown Barristers, by Judge and should be.
This evidence in the case of Phuong NGO is to do with dates and as I go

Crime specialist Det Carter to investigate by the Attorney General however in

Jewish Ritual? Juanita Nielsen the evidence exposes.
Was Juanita a Jewish Ritual? Was it that I was linking into it was a
Ritual I felt by the Saturn line matching with the timing of the death of
Juanita. The position was exactly right
for the brothel to hold her body.
Jews since the beginning of time have performed ritual

Father the devil, was this the link that I had linked
to Satan on earth for the understanding so I could at least have some links I
searched the Bible for the answer and I found the links to this gang were
written within the book in not just one position, it was time after time this
book was written to guide us all to see the Devil himself.

If they were within the Occult, there were not having

I have sent about 24 emails to the attorney general in the regard of infomation to how the drugs and the drug network exists in Australia. How the King of the cross is the alleged owner of the company *The Hells Angels Ltd that owns the drugs coming into Australia. The information is vast and in depth. However it is a system within the government that has allowed some of my evidence to go unnoticed. With shootings all around Sydney I feel strongly on this issue. I research the history of Kings Cross for the book series The Kings Cross Sting. I started to research the links to Cabramatta from Kings Cross, Madonna's Mob was a link to Cabramatta from the brothel. Reading the Phuong Ngo case I found that the officer in charge of the case allegedly made two significant mistakes which led the courts to do a miss carriage of justice. Phuong Ngo should be allowed to walk free or a retrail, however the person I believe through the evidence that pulled the trigger is dead by the internet research.
I have asked police to search a brothel in Kings Cross in relationship to information I have given on Juanita Nielsen, Donald Mackay, Beaumont Children and Howard Tyrell. How did I find out? Well the organised criminal gang just told me under the use of conversation hypnosis for some of the links and a huge amount of research. Allegedly this brothel is the hidden secret brothel of Abe Saffron's Pink Pussycat Club..... Allegedly this brothel World Famous Sparkling Chandeliers I believe you will find two bodies and a gun. Allegedly the gun killed many of the missing persons as told to me by many of the criminal organised mob that have terrorized me.
I was told by a member of the criminal organised gang, the mob that the gun is hidden within the brothel. For me to open the brothel was the most scarest thing I have ever done when you open the door you allow the alleged members of a organised criminal gang to terroriise me.

Please have the power to call a Royal Commission, and search the brothel World Famous Sparkling Chandeliers 36A Darlinghurst Road Kings Cross. Allegedly the police officer Nick Kaldas is the problem withiin the Police in Sydney and the links and powers to keep the protection up for the alleged mob organised criminal gang to remain in control of the drugs within Sydney and Australia.
By the court report of Phuong Ngo it allegedly has Nick Kaldas was also the police officer in charge of the Phuong Ngo case who was setup for the murder of John Newman to allow the drugs to flow free through cabramatta at the time of the Royal Commission 1994.
The treatment I have received through the police, in my mind is disgusting yet it is hard when allegedly senior police have the power to stop searches, to stop the protection from thugs that I have experienced. The search is important for the brothel, as without the search the business remains closed as they come in with umbrellas above their heads towards you in a group, or to flood the premises from above just to keep them closed. You do start to see the association and the area within the brothel that could hide a body or two. I have spoken with Task Force however if his boss is allegedly Nick Kaldas the brothel will not be searched.
Interpol in March said they thought the brothel should be searched for allegedly Juanita Nielsen due to the actions of others towards the closing of the brothel World Famous Sparkling Chandeliers.
My husband has had an agressive cancer Mantle Cell Lymphona Stage IV the brothel is costinng 13500 per month and I can't open it because PIO doesnt protect you from a bullet. What I know has cost other people bullets, that have known too much. I do believe I know to much. Why don't the police notice when threats have happened at a premises and then you don't open. My phones still ring at home, they still threaten me on facebook and watch to see the information and if I will expose them.
I have had cars move, just a block get towed away just to cause Child's play to a level I haven't seen before ever.
