A Queensland blogger looking for proof that the Prime Minister has renounced his British citizenship has raised the possibility that Tony Abbott may be ineligible to run for office in Australia.

The blogger, who goes by the name Tony Magrathea, submitted freedom of information requests to the Prime Minister's office and the British Home Office seeking a copy of the RN form that British subjects use to renounce their citizenship.

Both requests were refused, according to documents on his website.

Ninemsn has sought comment from Mr Magrathea, but are yet to receive a response.

Under the constitution of Australia, people who hold dual citizenship are not permitted to stand for election to Federal Parliament.

"It is very clear, according to the Commonwealth Electoral Act of 1918, that to stand for election a person must be an Australian citizen," Professor Augusto Zimmerman of Murdoch University told ninemsn.

"But Section 44 of the Constitution is very clear that for a person to stand for election, they must not hold the citizenship of any foreign power. So if a person has dual citizenship, and they have not renounced the former one, they are ineligible.

"It's absolutely unequivocal," he said.

I have had a lot of trouble with the NSW Kings Cross branch of the Police
unit.  This investigation process has been stopped by the police numerous
times under 141a Police Act where no further investigation.  Police officers
have taken the stand Police Vs Weatherstone Detective Amanda Dench where
questions asked upon gang relationship to Outlaw gangs, Extortion she
answered there was no investigation.  These were complaints I made to the
PIC, to Ombudsman, to further.  Even Julia Gillard and Ken Rudd who asked for

people and make it harder for the person telling police they are doing the
crime to you.  Police said they wouldn’t take me serious until I had a

This will stop so many problems in the future.  That a person when they go to
a Magistrate and the Magistrate said as happened to me with Magistrate Leah I
would sign for a search warrant that the Police be made by the Court system
to look for further information and evidence.

That the Police law be interacted where a person continues more information
to the police that the Federal Police be able to start the investigation
rather than referring to the State Police.

That people under the age of 15 be held responsible of being charged being
within a brothel.

That people being utilised as puppets for the Outlaw gang be treated harder
when proven of double the sentence given to curb this type of behaviour.

That the law be changed that gang related crimes be always thought of by
Police in the area where large drug use exists.

Where the brothel owner calls for the Police that the brothel is cleared and
the person is given time to talk to Police out of area due to the alleged
outlaw gang intimidation that I have had.

These were just a few items now I could see we were working on to change the
system for the better.

I have sent these ministers the email, in most cases, the email now is
blocked.  Yet all we need is Kings Crosss Police to further investigate.
There is a hidden compartment.  I was told the Judge A Garling would issue

I have been threatened to where I was living shaking for my life by this
outlaw gang.  I have had guys terrorising me, extorting  me for money where I

never attended because the Police couldn't see  these thugs.  Why? Because
they were protected within the system.

I had the Attorney General NSW today send me back he can not investigate the
Police.  Where there  is an injustice, well no action could be classified as
corruption.  Well it's the blind eye and the drug network wins.  The outlaw
gang wins.  These are the people shooting on the streets.
I have had kero bombs at home all for the further intimidation for the
extortion to be paid.

However it'snot that hard for the Police to do a walk through of a premises
where this gang protects.  The Glebe Coroner stated in reply the Police
investigate however at all stages the Police have allegedly stopped because
it protected the premises they protected.

It's a underfloor hidden compartment.  By research this hidden compartment is
seen when it's pointed out and by this outlaw gang that is working through
the streets of Sydney with the drugs, just for the Police to search this
building would be first a walk through.  Just block the ladies emails because
that is easier than looking at what this gang is protecting.  They don't care
when the premises is shut however when it opens the gang terrorise the

had of over $18000 the guy is a drug runner working in Kings Cross and the
extortion which adds to about $1million dollars the police were told about 29
July 2011, I dialled  000 27 July 2011.  By the Police not investigating like
Detective Amanda Dench said on the Stand allowed this gang to  continue to
terrorise  me like a joke they have mad out I'm mad.

I just would like the Police to investigate further.  Juanita Nielsen
disappeared in 4 July 1975 the evidence Judge A Garling said it was nothing
just a novel however the Glebe Coroner and the Police started a file.
However to look at this hidden compartment that many of the outlaw gang know
about and protect will I believe destroy the outlaw gang.  It will not just
be for the alleged what ever is there it will expose the people that

Our own legal system is only as good as our system and policing.  In the Royal Commission Justice Woods wasn't given the full evidence and allegedly this full evidence allowed the hidden problem to exist.

Under the laws of this country, I believe that due to this with the evidence below and many of the emails already sent to the Attorney General that the area of Kings Cross, Surry Hills and Central Police be under scrutineer.

Allegedly I will send more evidence as to association with the Police and the facts that evidence that they don't see in the first case that by seeing this evidence may uncover the alleged Hells Angels Drug Network being ruled in Australia by allegedly John Ibrahim is under the investigation area as Detective Inspector Mark Holden LMI 1203047  TRIM: F/2012/17841

Further the 2.8.12 Police Integrity Commission ref: 253552/31 advised by letter that they would not investigate.  On the letter it states:  Further correspondence from you to the Commission will be of no benefit to you.  Allan Kearney Director.

What the Royal Commission 1994 missed was that there were two Pink Pussycat Clubs.  By missing this evidence, the Royal Commission was close to locating the bodies of Juanita Nielsen and Donald Mackay at that time, yet it was evidence that was allegedly kept hidden from Justice Wood and the Royal Commission to hide the secrets allegedly of the drug running and the allegedly company behind the position of King of the Cross *The Hells Angels Ltd which allegedly Abe Saffron at that of the murders was the King of the Cross.

It's just directly opposite where Juanita Nielsen went missing in 1975.  It was closed then, allegedly Juanita Nielsen is within the brothel and a square was painted on the wall by her alleged murderer or person who knew where she was in the brothel.  Then in 1977 allegedly Donald Mackay was brought back to the same resting ground just because they had the perfect spot hidden in Kings Cross and under the watchful eye forever.

This same brothel, extorted 1985-86, 2003,2009, 2010, 2011, 2012  so why wont the police just check the two areas?  How much was the Royal Commission and it didn't pick up that there were two Pink Pussycat Clubs in 1994 so what else did it miss.

Donald Mackay, well it's possible when you think the murderer could have come from Kings Cross.  It is possible that their was more than one car utilised one to Melbourne and one to Sydney decoy.

It's possible that the both of them are shot with the same gun, and Howard Twyrell who again was murdered allegedly because he found that they the mob was cleaning money and making money on fixing races.  Back then the Victoria Street Development was costing heaps.

So tell me why?  Why the police wont dig?  They may find that it destroys the Kings Cross, the alleged drug trade allegedly through the uncovering of the company *The Hells Angels Ltd 1975 started and was after Juanita Nielsen went missing.

Why didn't Kings Cross Police take the threats of death by Roger Hegarty as real?  As the police officer that turned up on the 27 July 2011 I believe as I waited 2.5 hours for him to turn up said he my friend.  Roger Hegarty at that time, was selling drugs to the working girls and I couldn't get rid of him.  He asked for rent from Alex Petrovic in the beginning and was refused.  He worked  with Sex worker Michelle in asking on each attempt her name Diedrre Palmerston Room 112 Astoria Hotel.  Allegedly the drug dealer feedinng the drugs inside the Astoria Hotel.

I was told by the Australian Federal Police that  my information is intelligence.  When you search the brothel Sparkling Chandeliers and the reflection back through my information you will be able to solve.  Juanita Nielsen, Donald Mackay, Howard Twyrell, Beaumont Children, Francis Nuggan, many of the same children from South Austrralia as these were picked up on  the drug running when the drug network moved the heroin and cocaine through  the Ford factory in Adelaide through Australia. I will guess that John Ibrahim allegedly through the drug network is making at least $100,000 a week. So the property building is a good way to have the money moved around like in the 1970's Victoria Street development and Juanita Nielsen was on the trail to expose it.

Email to Prime Minister Julia Gillard 1 August 2012 when the Police didn't seem to hear what I was saying.

During this whole time I was being extorted and terrorised, the thugs that this lot are protected to a level that needs to be destroyed.

I have sent about 24 emails to the attorney general in the regard of infomation to how the drugs and the drug network exists in Australia.  How the King of the cross is the alleged owner of the company *The Hells Angels Ltd that owns the  drugs coming into Australia.  The information is vast and in depth.  However it is a system within the government that has allowed some of my evidence to go unnoticed.  With shootings all around Sydney I feel strongly on this issue.  I research the history of Kings Cross for the book series The Kings Cross Sting.  I started to research the links  to Cabramatta from Kings Cross, reading the Phuong Ngo case I found that the officer in charge of the case allegedly made two significant mistakes which led the courts to do a miss carriage of justice.  Phuong Ngo should be allowed to walk free or a retrail, however the person I believe through the evidence that pulled the trigger is dead by the internet research.

I have asked police to search a brothel in Kings Cross in relationship to information I have given on Juanita Nielsen, Donald Mackay, Beaumont Children and Howard Tyrell.  This brothel I believe you will find two bodies and a gun.  The gun killed many of the missing persons.  I was told by the mob that the gun is hidden within the brothel.  For me to open the brothel was the most scarest thing I have ever done when you open the door you allow the alleged members of Hells Angels to terroriise me.

I would like it  noted that the information handed to police has helped with catching and exposing the drug network.  Please have the power to call a Royal Commission, and search the brothel World Famous Sparkling Chandeliers 36A Darlinghurst Road Kings Cross.  Allegedly the police officer Nick Kaldas is the problem withiin the Police in Sydney and the links and powers to keep the protection up for the alleged mob Hells Angels to remain in control of the drugs within Sydney and Australia.

Nick Kaldas was also the police officer in charge of the Phuong Ngo case who was setup for the murder of John Newman to allow the drugs to flow free through cabramatta at the time of the Royal Commission 1994.

The treatment I have received through the police, in my mind is  disgusting yet it is hard when senior police have the power to stop searches, to stop the protection from thugs that I have experienced.  The search is important for the brothel, as without the search the business remains closed as they come in with umbrellas above their heads towards you in a group, or to flood the premises from above just to keep them  closed.  You do start to see the association and the area within the brothel that could hide a body or two.  I have spoken with Strike Force Raptor Detective Jayson Joergdens howeverr if his boss is allegedly Nick Kaldas the brothel will not be searched.  Interpol in March said they thought the brothel should be searched for Juanita Nielsen due to the actions of others towards the closing of the brothel World Famous Sparkling Chandeliers.

My husband has had an agressive cancer Mantle Cell Lymphona Stage IV the brothel is costing 13500 per month and  I can't open it because PIO doesnt protect you from a bullet.  What I know has cost other people bullets, that have known too much.  I do believe I know to much.  Why don't the police notice when threats have happened at a premises and then you don't open.  My phones still ring at home, they still threaten me on facebook and watch to see the information and if I will expose them.

I have had cars move, just a block get towed away just to cause Child's play to a level I haven't seen before ever.

Please, have a look at the information contained within the emails, I am sure you will be shocked as I was experiencing this thugs of Kings Cross and how the shootings all around Sydney relate to the King of the Cross.

Please, when the police have corruption where  do you turn.
