Putting Police on notice by the reports should be actioned. due to Duty of Care for my personal safety and the residents of Sydney due to the shootings all over Sydney.

I will ask the Government to remove the police officers from Kings Cross Police station on the evidence that I have produced over the past, with the association of inactions to investigate alleged Hells Angels criminal activity within Kings Cross.  This removal of the police be moved to other stations to stop this alleged links with the gang Hells Angels, as Inspector Detective Ian MacDonald said, this gives me a job yet the inactions means that he was allegedly turning a blind eye to the thuggery child's play and intimidation and extortion that I have received by Hells Angels.

I am putting Kings Cross Police Station on notice and the police involved with the alleged push by Hells Angels and the evidence that I have given to the Police and to the Minister of Police as to the neglect of duty as not further investigations the evidence that I brought about Juanita Nielsen on the opening of the case by Inspector Detective Ian MacDonald.

Then the Police between Surry Hills and Kings Cross police station where the evidence has been offered and the way that these alleged criminals within the area of Kings Cross have treated the law as this 18 months of terror I have received as child's play all to keep a brothel premises closed due to the alleged remains of Juanita Nielsen and maybe further people within the apartment that allegedly Abe Saffron had as his graveyard in Kings Cross.

Thru the police opening up the case of Juanita Nielsen and Donald Mackay for further information to their murders and remains. At each attempt I have made to report the violent and life threatening behaviour of allegedly Hells Angels members and associates against the push of the gang on the premises where allegedly the bodies are hidden and have been hidden for many years.

The Inspector Detective Ian MacDonald with the Detective from gangs on the 7 December 2011 at the opening of the Juanita Nielsen was telling me that the drugs in Kings Cross and thuggery behaviour of Peter Schaffer was not a problem for the police as this gave him a job and other members of the police a job. 

I will further allege by these inactions put my life at risk of death and my families with Alex Petrovic in dangerous circumstances with the information I was uncovering through the investigations of the Kings Cross Sting research regarding Kings Cross and the drug network.

I will further allege that this brothel in history at 34-36A Darlinghurst Road has been able to operate when allegedly Bill Bayeh has been out of goal.

I will further allege that the brothel has had a concrete floor  at a later time.

 The concrete floor of the brothel I will believe wasn't on the original plans as apartments called the Summit Flats.

The unit that William Dobell took over was above the bank on the corner of Roslyn Street.

The plans show on the fire exit that there is inside the brothel area this flat area of William Dobel had 5 stairs added to take in the concrete floor that would have been added for the bank security at sometime.

1958 the unit of William Dobell was changed to the first Pink Pussycat Club.

During the period of Abe Saffron working out of the premises I will allege that the floor was concreted to allow security to the bank below known as the Union Bank and then ANZ bank..

The concrete floor and the timber floor being left allowed a cavity within the building.  This cavity the only people that were aware of this were the people that had the premises at the time.

The reception desk is still the same by the cutout on the roof as to the 1st Pink Pussycat Club.

The floor level was raised allowing a perfect hiding spot allegedly for the body of Juanita Nielsen.

The brothel at the time in 1975 was closed to Darlinghurst Road and unused.

The access to the brothel was via the fire exit and to most the brothel area was unused.

This allowed the brothel area to be utilised for gambling and casino's without being found and with  I will allege some rooms for utilising as a brothel.

I will further allege that getting Juanita Nielsen over the road to be hidden in this cavity area was either by means of rolling the body in a carpet rug to take from Les Girls Carousel Club to the fire exit of the building on the corner of Roslyn Street and  Darlinghurst Road.

The building does have a smell, this smell is very hard to get rid of.  Actually we  found we never had been able to totally get rid of the smell.  We could burn incense and  we did this continually including putting potpurri concentrate on the carpet area by the bottle full a couple of times a week to hide the smell  within the brothel area of this building.

By the  Royal Commission Bayeh's looked after the security on Darlinghurst Road from the Pink Pussycat club to Love Machine, now tthe Pink Pussycat club was referring to the 34-36A Darlinghurst Road to Love Machine now this would declare that Abe Saffron owned the strip on Kings Cross on the left hand side looking from the brothel Roslyn Street corner to William Street.

The Room F was a perfect way to pull apart the wall to place Juanita Nielsen in this cavity area between the concrete floor and the timber floor.  People knew then about the cavity and the floor level within the brothel is a perfect way to hide  people as normally the police would not think much about it.  The floor area didn't affect the premises at all by plans.  Yet on the plans it shows the toilet area and the hallway to the toilets is different to the original plans.

In the images of the toilet windows it will show even thou the brothel could not open in 1985-6 by the references to the Royal Commission of Madame Butterfly the toilet window is open it then suggests that this smell was constant for years.

The area within the brothel on the 3 stairs raised just past the laundry area has no plumbing in this area of the brothel so why the stairs?  It is 2 stairs that are very narrow built and then a timber area tiled.

This area is another area within the brothel that the police should check as the false ceiling in the brothel had been removed in this area above the raising of the floor.  This removal of the false ceiling in this area was I will allege to cover the raising of the floor.  By plans the walls of the premises and the buildings are normally matched up too.  Not the floor.

This area has been raised for some reason and tiled.  The concrete in the bottom of the linen press is a new concrete yet it isn't the same on the left of the hallway where it is a timber floor area showing that the area had been manipulated with during the history of this building.  The false ceiling is not in the laundry yet it is everywhere else.

By the plans this Room F could have been a bedroom area back in time when William Dobell had the apartment as by the brick walls.

The Room F has a piered wall structure in the image of Room F and this image shows the piers did not go all the way through to Room G nor did the piers go to the ceiling or to the corner of Room for the strength.  This extra wall is allegedly the wall that was built to cover the access point to the cavety area of the building where allegedly where they have hidden the body of Juanita Nielsen.

Room F had a cream patch painted on this wall with the piers by Essam Nicola Gerges.  This man, Essam Nicola Gerges told me things, he told me that he was the gunman for the Bayeh's.

He is also about 60 years old now so for the age could have been the alleged gun man for Juanita Nielsen.

To paint a patch in this room was very weird.  When questioned he said it was necessary.

The first people that pushed on the brothel and threatened to kill me for money is Roger Hegarty, Sex worker Michelle was with Roger Hegarty asking that he had to come into the brothel at that time they had both been asking for money $10k that week previously it was $100k and Karyn Englehardt were on the premises.  Greek Sammy/Sammy Sweet turned up after this incident.  It was the alleged change over of the mob and how the gang works so each member works towards the end result to close the brothel yet the association of the push of the mob is not considered under the laws within Police if under the part of the law 141 (a) of the Police Act, no further investigation can be done.

Essam Nicola Gerges told me that I could not operate the brothel unless he was inside the brothel and he utilised intimidation of Sewe from Eastern Suburbs Chapter of Hells Angels, Peter William Schaffer, Roger Hegarty, David a fat guy that deals drugs on street corners and had worked in Love Machine and Porky's for years.  Michael a security guy.  Plus many of the guys that he bought or sent into the brothel to harass me.  Then he would ask for a percentage of the business of 30% for himself, 10% for Sewe, 30% for Peter william schaffer yet all the money that came through the doors went to this man with the working girls giving Essam Nicola Gerges nearly all the money and then he would take the money off me that I was given.

On the 14 February 2012, we went to the Commonwealth Bank in Potts Point where he was demanding money.  I explained to him that there was no money.  I filed a form at the bank because he didn't want me to have the money moved without his knowledge.  I made out that the movements I didn't know about, yet it was one way that we could move the money out without their knowledge.

Why didn't Essam Nicola Gerges want the brothel to operate without him their?  It was fear that if the brothel operated that the plumbing may stuff up and the pulling apart.

Essam Gerges during the time I had known him from the first night in November 2011 Peter Schaffer threatened to blow both Alex and myself's head off if we stayed in the brothel.

Essam Gerges went to meetings with Bill Bayeh in Double Bay on a Monday afternoon after Quentin Vertigan came to the brothel with a guy called Tony both of which referred to Bill Bayeh and meetings.

Essam Gerges and his son Sewe had the Eastern Suburbs Chapter of Hells Angels in February 2012 walk on Ibrahim and Porky's to show they were going to run Kings Cross.  This I will relate to the company and the King of the Cross that was transferred from Bill Bayeh and Louie Bayeh to the Ibrahim's when Bill Bayeh went to goal.

The brothel had not been able to open since Juanita Nielsen's disappearance until Bill Bayeh was in goal, by Madonna's Mob.

Juanita Nielsen back in 1975 was on the trail of the money and how the Victoria Street Development with the go ahead was being paid for.  The company and the alleged drug agreement with USA was on the table that Juanita Nielsen stumbled across.

I will allege that CIA Houghton was the person who had the idea of placing bodies within the brothel back prior to 1971 when it was first noted that the brothel could not be open by Shirley Briffman.  I will further allege that the police were paid because of the more protection the Madame or Brothel owner needed at that time by the heavies visiting the brothel to close it down.  I will further allege that this is the area of child's play of the law where the intimidation moves from one person to another person all only going so far so no police charges.

The push on the brothel for us, was huge as to close the brothel and the intimidation had not been working with Alex and myself due to the fact we were not doing drugs.  We weren't doing anything wrong.

The brothel extortion and asking for money by sex worker Michelle and Roger Hegarty started in March 2011 the first night we were open.  The pressure on the brothel as to our life and safety escalated quite quickly when Bill Bayeh was released from goal.

Allegedly Bill Bayeh, Essam Gerges, Peter Schaffer, Sewe, Felix Lyle, Scott Orrock had all  allegedly done something.  Scott Orrock came into the brothel as the first person after the drug raid carried out by the police.  This was all as the eyes for allegedly Bill Bayeh and to report back.

With the push on the brothel I started to look at the history as to why it was happening, and noticed about the KX1 and KX6 in the Royal Commission.  I will note that the S. Hardas description sounds alot like the Greek Sammy who said he had ran with his brother many of the clubs in Kings Cross.  Greek Sammy on entering the brothel told me he was sent from Frank Amante and John Ibrahim after the threats to murder me by Roger Hegarty within a couple of hours.

The evidence about Juanita was given about these three guys in November 2011, this was after my meeting with Essam Gerges.  

By the brothel opening the largest person that could be affected would be the gun man allegedly Essam Gerges admitted to me in February 2012 that he was the gunman for the Bayeh's.

The push from everyone coming up from Porky's and going back to Porky's for meetings as they said allegedly was to protect the discovering of the body of Juanita Nielsen as this mob knew that by finding the remains would uncover more, about the company, who had this area of the building back in 1975.  The face of the alleged drug network, how the King of the Cross is working even today would be null in void because the company that Abe Saffron was running in 1975 and the association with Hells Angels would be discovered.  This agreement with the companies and USA allegedly is the agreement to the drug network that Juanita Nielsen found out about before her death and the reason why she thought she may go missing by picking out a  image with David Farrell if she went missing just a couple of weeks before.

Juanita Nielsen had tapes within her handbag.  I will further allege that these tapes will have held information about the company The Hells Angels Ltd being formed in 1975 and the guaranteeing of the drug ownership into Australia by Abe Saffron, Perc Galea, and Houghton.  Houghton was the CIA presence and the alleged connection with the drug network from the USA that developed further with Abe Saffron.

Houghton being CIA background was the alleged person who had the idea of hiding bodies in the cavety within the building of Sparkling Chandeliers 6/34-36A Darlinghurst Road and the building area be closed as a cheap way to keep the drug network hidden.

The child's games, have been horrific played on us, yet I haven't been in Kings Cross since March 2012 and still they check my house nightly, the facebook I have is hammered allegedly by Hells Angels and Associates.  I have had child's games of threats to murder and then they started on a continued basis to flood the brothel from the floor above.  Yet the real estate agent even the solicitor for the owners seemed not to care or take notice of this level of child's play.  

The police were called about the threats to murder, the police came to the brothel where Roger Hegarty hit a person at reception yet it was allegedly to prove to Jennifer and Alex that he was protected by the police as untouchable I reported this to ICAC at the time.

Each time I went to the police station in Kings Cross the level of push against me was escalated to the point that people followed me into the police station in March 2012 and the threats to murder me escalated again by allegedly Peter Schaffer and others.  The day before Peter Schaffer and Essam Nicola Gerges threatened to kill my husband and Alex. I was terrorised that night at the brothel by these associates of the alleged gang because I went to the police station.

Yet, you have to look that this  is not normal, each time the brothel is opened the extortion starts as 2003 it was noted about extortion back in 2001 and 2002 when the brothel was taken over by the company Glowpave Pty Ltd and started Madonna's as Madonna's mob from Cabramatta and the alleged drug dealing.  1985-6 Madame Butterfly couldn't open through extortion and heavies, then 1971 Shirley Briffman, than Bella's Gentleman's Club the receptionist was dealing drugs allegedly this is the easiest way to close the brothel down with the drug dealing yet we weren't selling drugs nor had drugs on the premises it was the alleged members of Hells Angels that came dealing drugs and terrorising us.

Interpol had sent a email back to me they thought the brothel should be searched for the remains of Juanita Nielsen.  

YOU have to search as no one else should go through the thugs and the vicious attacks to life that I and my family  have suffered.  Hells Angels, Peter Schaffer said to me when I went to the police station, "You will see we are bigger than the police and they can't touch us"  he was standing beside Essam Nicola Gerges on Darlinghurst Road Kings Cross on the 5 March 2011 Sunday night.  That night Peter Schaffer told all the working girls to go.  Allegedly it was going to be their life next by the messages and talks I had with some of the working girls after Ashlea Boyle, Mandy Moo Amanda Waterson and Tess who now works down at Porky's I believe.

Mothers day night Roger Hegarty with two other thugs came into the brothel and the police followed yet the police only picked up two guys and left Roger Hegarty behind allegedly he was a protected person, he went into Room G to get rid of the alleged drugs he told me.  I had the two guys ringing the brothel after, for the drugs that Theresa picked up off them in the McDonald's bag.  I never saw Theresa again after that night.  Theresa was working down at Porky's however I don't know where she is now.

There would be more information available if questioned by Police.  It's ashame that the police didn't listen to my cries for help.  I was told that the police were in the pockets of Hells Angels Members and by the treatment that I have seen where these alleged Hells Angels members have been able to extort, threaten to kill me, yet I don't do drugs so why?  The only answer is that the area in Room F where allegedly the remains of Juanita Nielsen will be found.  The government will need to search these premises with the available information as the evidence I believe is significant.

The removal of the company of allegedly The Hells Angels Ltd will destroy the drug network in Australia and if the World will listen the deregistering of the companies will stop the drug trade significantly.  It will also remove the King of the Cross by the deregistering of this company and further investigations into the evidence that I have presented to the government.

The Shootings all over Sydney is allegedly the fight between allegedly Bill Bayeh and John Ibrahim over the company and ownership of the Crown, King of the Cross and the ownership of the drug network.

I have pushed the research, the King of Kings is located as the bible talks about and the location to the Holy Grail map located the Hooked X.

This Memorial tomb compartment is hidden it is like the building based on King David as it is above ground.  However the subdivision of the streets fit to the  Holy Grail map exactly.

This building has been controlled by the underworld in this location of the Jews from 1860, however the building is abut 1920's built.

The Pope that said the body of Jesus Christ will be found with the spirit orb lights I have seen these.  I know you will think it is more  than unlikely however within the teachings of the bible it is noted that the Hebrew wrote the first book and the greeks wrote the new Testament.  

This is about the 13th Bloodline which I believe is the Jesus Christ Bloodline.

The body remains, well, they are within the Egyptian hands of this Jewish army of drug runners and the power of what I have seen is the most evil in the whole world.

The police refuse to search this compartment however it is there within the building it is about 3 steps high above floor level and about 5 steps below floor level it is in the second hallway and Abe Saffron was the figure within the Underworld that was the problem for Juanita Nielsen.

The brothel, which is probably to slander the names of the people like it is written within the bible.  Is this the tool that was written to find the body of Jesus Christ to show others that it  would be found.

I know that this is on the Michael's Ley line by the research I have done and links back to when the Holy Grail went missing.  I don't know how they got to this position however the Timeline is where I am at on the website Sparkling Chandeliers.

I was working to bring a Museum to Kings Cross a name of the suburb another link to the Cross within the mythology of Jesus Christ.

There is a smell in the building that has to be the smell of the shroud that is around the body or bodies.

The Police have listened to my information on the drug running and have refused to search this hidden compartment.  The gang is smearing names even the Catholic Priests who have done nothing just for the power  to make the drug network around the world bigger.

I know you are along way from Sydney however the research has been put together since 2009 however I am a Freemason's granddaughter, I have learnt some of the ways and seen where this gang is manipulating the legal system for their own profit.

They utilise homeless young people to set up the good within society and convict them for the power of the Holy Grail to stay hidden and the drug network to explode.

It is written within the bible that when the Memorial Tomb is anointed with candles and prays to the god in heaven it is exposed to the finder.  I have found thistomb, I have asked the police to search time and time again however the drug network is powerful and utilise the Police's protection under the law 141A of Police Act no further investigation.

However the body of Jesus Christ fits to be in this location by the gang The Hells Angels Ltd that works with the gang hidden behind Skull and Bones within America.  The links to Florida and to the Crown of the Clubs within the world.

I don't ask much, however it is for the world peace that I ask that you send your men for the search of this area within the brothel where this gang as saunctified the name of Jesus Christ holding the Holy Grail within the Memorial Tomb that exists att 6/36A Darlinghurst Road, Kings Cross   suburb Potts Point.  

I hope that you will see within the information that  this worshipping of Moloch was written within the bible to expose the system.  What I have been doing within the books The Kings Cross Sting written by Jennifer Stone exposing the system that exists today.

Then they smear your name for a good person who within the eyes of the worshipping to the  Moloch will give them the protection to work without  the police linking to them or is it that they play this game where the Detective wore Green for Emerald protection and the leopard scarf which I found within the mythology as a reflection of being almighty God.

Within the drug network they have made the drug network like the lines of Royalty and links back to the lines of the Freemason's 33.

This links to the gang as a way of the pattern where they call themselves Almighty Mouse which is  the King of the Drug world for them.  The person I met to fit this position was Scott Orrock he is in goal.

I have been threatened to be murdered, numerous times, I have had people tell me about guns they have bought to do me in, yet I have been a Justice of the Peace since 1985 I have never done anything bad.  I was threatened  with death by this gang if I went to the Police.  I still went to the police however they didnt help me because what I was working on was pulling the keystone out of the drug network like the Freemason's Grand Mason's sites I have researched their is a Keystone.  I found that the brothel within the Underworld of Sydney was a Keystone within Australia.

I found the information opened the murder investigation into Juanita Nielsen and then the police would not even look at this area like it was as thou by opening it up pulled apart the Underworld.

The matter has been referred under confidential cover, to the relevant command within the NSW Police

Crimes Act 1900 Section 91F(1)The police have assumed as Jennifer Weatherstone is the owner that she is in charge.  Allegedly with the threats from Roger Hegarty 26 July 2011 the control of the brothel had gone thru standover tactics to allegedly Hells Angels associates  Sammy Sweet/Greek Sam, Karyn Englehardt and Roger Hegarty on the outside of the brothel with others.

Crimes Act 1900 Section 91D(1)(a) Verbal agreement.  Reference to the Answer in VIC’s Statement showing that Jennifer was there with two managers.  The checking of the ID was VIC visited Room F where Allegedly Hells Angels Associate Sammy Sweet/Greek Sam and Misty Allen were in the room to check VIC’s Identification.  Remember Mrs Weatherstone had been for days living with the threats to murder her from these associates of Hells Angels.  Within the questions the police asked they never asked did someone else check the ID of the VIC.

The Police Mrs Weatherstone will allege have not fully investigated the matter where any relationship of alleged gang  member the police have taken the part of the Police Act 141 (a) of the Police Act.  The problems experienced in the brothel, were allegedly associated with Hells Angels and to close the brothel to hide allegedly the remains of Juanita Nielsen in the sub floor area from Room F to under the ladies toilets at the end of the 2^nd hallway past the laundry.  This wall in Room F had a cream square painted by Essam Nicola Gerges allegedly Hells Angels Associate.

This person who is seen in the CCTV Police Photograph  Exhibit Photograph 1 with the cap on watching. Police Exhibit Photograph 7 the man is behind Jennifer.  This is the man that was continuating the terrorising from Roger Hegarty and sex worker Michelle had transferred to Karyn Englehardt.

Mrs Weatherstone’s statement Q330 Mia, Misty Allen and Karyn Englehardt had a talk with VIC .  VIC went to Room F to check ID with Misty Allen, Sammy Sweet/Greek Sammy was in the room

Mrs Weatherstone Statement Q362 when the phone number didn’t answer for VIC there was a change in her.  Allegedly threatened to be there?

Mrs Weatherstone Statement Q363 the word extort.  Mrs Weatherstone was threatened by death by Sammy Sweet/Greek Sam if I said the word extortion down at the police station he would know.  Greek Sammy said if that happens you will be pushed out the back door I can’t protect you Jenny you will be shot.  I was petrified when I was pushed out the back door by the police at Kings Cross Police Station.

Mrs Weatherstone Statement Q427 Another guy organizing to run the girls.  This same man Greek Sammy/Sammy Sweet was the man, who Jennifer thought had seen the ID.  Because VIC refused to show Jennifer .  Allegedly the setup.

Mrs Weatherstone Statement Q501 Credit Card machine?  Why?  There is no data on the machine and the business could still operate after the charges.  I would ask the question why? 

Mrs Weatherstone statement refers to another guy organizing to run the girls at Q427 and VIC’s Statement said Jennifer and two guys.    Allegedly this other guy was to see the ID of VIC, Misty Allen took her down the hallway to Room F you will see that on CCTV.

26 July 2011 call to 000 and to Kings Cross Police station as threats to murder her by Roger Hegarty, a black man and sex worker Michelle, Diedre Palmerston.

Sex worker Michelle left after about 30 minutes and said she was going to Porky’s.

VIC and Cody Stephens with a guy came into the brothel by the CCTV you will see that VIC put down a cruiser prior to coming into the brothel on the ledge of the steps.

VIC, with Cody said they were looking for work.  I, Jennifer said no as too much alcohol and no identification. 

Many of the sex workers don’t want to show identification because they are single mothers, working in another life, not wanting to have this thrown back in their lives later on.

VIC said she was working down at Porky’s that night.  Cody and the guy both said that VIC was 18 nearly 19.  The other two people acknowledged she had just come from a job down at Porky’s to come up here.  (This will dispute the sex having been done in the last 7 days) CCTV Footage will show that. 

Within VIC’s statement she said she had been with 2 Indians and a American.  Yet the guy that came in with VIC was neither of that.

VIC talked to Mrs Weatherstone in both interviews talk about that.  Allegedly VIC did not fear Mrs Weatherstone, it was the other man in the brothel the bald guy Sammy Sweet.

Before VIC left, Sex worker Michelle was back at the brothel.  Sex worker Michelle did tell me about some underage workers hanging around yet they are alright, I’ve seen them down at Porky’s.

Greek Sammy/Sammy Sweet turned up after this event on  the morning of the 27 July 2011.  By the CCTV footage from the brothel the police will see.  Sammy said he was sent by Frank Amante and John Ibrahim to sort this all out.

At about 4pm around Sammy Sweet left the brothel  after  a phone call from sex worker Michelle who Jennifer believes is in control of Roger Hegarty, known as Black Roger on the Strip.  To meet at the back of the Vegas Hotel.  This should be on some street footage.  This was allegedly the change over from Sex worker Michelle and Black Roger to Sammy Sweet.

27 July 2011  Sammy Sweet, had Karyn Englehardt turn up.  This was the change team.  Karyn Englehardt had come from Porky’s brothel.  Sammy Sweet had over the next couple of days Karyn Englehardt, sex worker Vanessa who is a boxer and asian you will see her on CCTV and a lady Hunter.  Both Vanessa as Justice  her sex name and Hunter came from a brothel out Bondi way.

Black Roger continued to  send guys into the brothel to pick up extortion money, some called it wages, this was reported to police, they were shown  the footage of guys coming and banging on the glass doors..  Some came up into the foyer which you will see on the CCTV.

Sammy Sweet came and stayed in Room F, he sometimes had working girls with him during this time.  All the working girls liked him as he was the local drug dealer.  I saw him with needles and mixing drugs into containers for Karyn Englehardt in Room E.  I saw him leave spoons with mixtures in Room F.  I noted that all the working girls were calling Sammy all the time for the need of drugs.

27 July 2011 Karyn Englehardt ended up with a client one of her own Gonzo.

This client is known for his drug usage on the strip and comes about once a month I was told.  Gonzo came in and was very sick after a while. 

Karyn Englehardt normally left in the afternoon and went to Haymarket where I thought she picked up drugs and delivered around on her way back to the brothel that night.

Karyn Englehardt asked in the lounge room Room B that night with another guy, I believe he is Rod Raffout for a figure of $1000 per week protection money and increasing.  She offered that would keep Black Roger away.  The business she would stay at and the problems would go away.

Again it was extortion, The guy with the Tattoo of makeup… was at the reception desk area when I returned out to talk to him.  I walked out of the room, you will see this on the CCTV.

Gonzo I believe is on facebook as a friend of Karyn Englehardt’s as Circus Bar.  By this Gonzo would know where to find her in Kings Cross.

Gonzo by the messages from Chop, Peter William Schaffer had details of footage about the sickness of Gonzo and drugs.  Peter Schaffer’s messages will make mention of taking CCTV recorders as this is the evidence that the police normally need to convict people.

28 July 2011  Karyn Englehardt in the day with Gonzo still in Room D ordered white wine by 3 bottles it is noted in the red exercise book.

It is also noted that Skye as Karyn Englehardt works under has received a cheque from Gonzo.

Then there is no noting of money within the red exercise book.

Karyn Englehardt, Misty Allen known as sex worker Mia, Greek Sammy had come and gone during that time.

Karyn Englehardt and Greek Sammy were in charge of the brothel.  The police if they were called well, where was the significant evidence they would have just denied and both had said that the police were in their pockets.  Karyn Englehardt referred to Constable Green at Kings Cross Police station even showing she had his mobile number on her phone.

During the day, remembering with a phone call from Karyn Englehardt, Black Roger would be in the brothel as he was waiting at the shop area of Lady Muck in the lane as Karyn had mentioned to Jennifer during this day.  Still with the threatening to be kept up.

Karyn Englehardt had asked Jennifer to ring the young girl’s phone number.  And had asked several times during this day.  Not once during these calls were the phone answered they rang back into the phone of the brothel or my mobile number.

Many of the working girls say they will turn up and never do.  By July, 2011 I wasn’t ringing anyone however the threats to my life and the police doing nothing about it had me concerned for my safety.

Karyn Englehardt left in the afternoon I, Jennifer believed for the drugs like had happened and to Haymarket.

Misty Allen was left with Gonzo in Room D, during this time you will see she came out to the brothel reception a lot asking for drugs.  Which I didn’t have.  I explained that Sammy Sweet or Karyn would be her best bet.

Misty Allen on the CCTV will show she spent a lot of time at the reception area allegedly watching.

If you go by VIC’s statement she should have been at the brothel at 6pm.  If you go to the CCTV footage, during this time it was just Jennifer, Misty Allen and Gonzo at the brothel and no work on the books.  Karyn Englehardt had taken charge of the brothel.

Well, the cheque money was going to Karyn Englehardt (Skye) and the mentioning of no payments on the page for Misty Allen during this time it was sorted out by the working girls.

Greek Sammy / Sammy Sweet was in charge of the brothel when he was around.  Yet it was Karyn Englehardt that asked for money.  Greek Sammy/Sammy Sweet would collect the house money which I gave to Alex and they would fight about it.  We were both finding ourselves in a problem and the police, well they did nothing when Black Roger hit a lady Kat at reception that Jennifer put into ICAC about this was to prove to Jennifer that he had protection with the Police in Kings Cross.  You will find that on the CCTV of the brothel.

Within VIC’s statement it shows that Jennifer had two guys.

The two guys, now one of those Guy’s Jennifer made mention about.  However the guy that the police allowed to walk out of Room F as a client was the extorting person too.  He was in charge of the brothel, VIC made mention about the two guys.

Now Jennifer didn’t have Sammy Sweet down on the books of the brothel?  He wasn’t a client.

You can look at the CCTV footage you will see that Sammy Sweet came back in the brothel and blocked the access for VIC just watching.

You can continue to see the footage where Greek Sammy was yelling to have the working girl VIC to stay.

You will see that the guy with the Makeup tattoo on his hand was at the reception desk yelling at the two girls of VIC and Mary Miller  and Mary Miller left. 

VIC then was showing her facebook page with identification of the date, this Jennifer didn’t take as the Identification.  Misty Allen took VIC down to Room F to see Sammy Sweet this will be on the CCTV.

Now, the disputed facts, the brothel was undersiege.  The extortion attempts that Roger Hegarty and Sex worker Michelle had started in March 2011 from $100k to $10000 to various amounts per week.  To these two utiliising the brothel as  a half way house for the drug dealing they were doing along Darlinghurst Road.

The police calls for help from Jennifer 000 and to Kings Cross Police.

The AVO that Jennifer put on Roger Hegarty personally out of the desperation of the police didn’t do where I, Jennifer thought  the police would have.

Now, Jennifer had seen the facebook identification.  You will see by the CCTV that Jenniifer was moving the computer towards VIC to see.  Yet when VIC was brought back to the office she had to work by the nod of Misty Allen.

The disputed charge of the premises is who was in control.  When your threatened by death, you call the police.  Yet it’s allegedly Hells Angels the members or associates were that were surrounding Jennifer and Alex in the brothel.

Now, when Detective Elizabeth Dean at Hurstville had interviewed VIC , did she note that VIC was with 2 Indians and a American in Kings Cross on the 26 July 2011 and the black skinned man could allegedly have been one of those guys?

Detective Elizabeth Dean, by VIC’s statement said that Jennifer had two guys.  Why wasn’t more questions asked of Jennifer about  the second guy?

Why was the second guy allowed to leave the brothel?  Allegedly a protected person in Kings Cross by being in Room F gives him a cover within the brothel of being a client rather than of having this brothel undersiege.

Karyn Englehardt had told Jennifer numerous times by text over the months that the brothel was undersiege that extortion money would need to be paid.

Detective Elizabeth Dean on meeting Jennifer at Hurstville police station did not ask Jennifer what was the problem?  Why she had a terrible couple of weeks prior as mentioned in her police handbook for the event.

Remember Kings Cross Police would tell Sammy Sweet everything on the matter if Jennifer said the word extortion at the police yet for Hurstville Police ?  Jennifer was still worried about the life and death that had been terrorised to her.

It was life or death.

Item 12    The appellant gave evidence that the complainant was brought to the Delarose by Mark Boumansour.  Well VIC came with a guy to begin with and the pretence that she was working that night as a prostitute at Porky’s.  Exactly the place that sex worker Michelle, Diedre Palmerston was headed as she went out the door after a while the incident with Roger Hegarty and the threats to kill me.

Conclusion the complaint came to the brothel with a guy and a girl called Cody Stephens.

Cody Stephens alledgedly knows a guy that had been causing problems to Mrs Weatherstone with sending under age in maybe under the setup if you don’t pay $10000.00 you will get setup by Roger Hegarty…Police were called and Kings Cross Police were called.  Alledgedly this man Kell Stratton as per facebook evidence is a known drug dealer at Kings Cross for drugs and steroids.

VIC came voluntarily unless it was Michelle sex worker, Kell Stratton, Roger Hegarty.

The brothel for days had been organizing the setup as Roger on two days before asked for money. $80.00, you let me in here you guarantee the money. 

Mrs Weatherstone had been battling at the end of her wits with Michelle and Roger as Michelle had brought Roger her drug dealer alledgedly into the brothel.  Oportos to met Michelle refused yet she would go to the DVD shop up the road to met with Roger sometimes yet this was her setup.

After Mrs Weatherstone refused to guarantee any drug money, the coffee was laced with something known as Bikers Coffee.

20. The complainant being detained against her will 

VIC was free to come and go, as by footage Mrs Weatherstone was behind a counter.  VIC’s friend ran out when questioned about age needing to be 18 years old or older.  VIC at that time was free to go, she understood as the person asking VIC a man seemed to pick up that there was a hearing problem.

 Not once did Mrs Weatherstone stop VIC from leaving, even in her own statement she left the room.

Who was the man that sat with you VIC?  Did he offer drugs to anyone?  Did all these girls with him get paid drugs?  Did he take them to Porky’s like in your own evidence the car stopped and you walked across the road sucking a dick?

Mrs Weatherstone had not promised VIC any money, no drugs, yet you attended the second time?  Your friend by your submission VIC, Cody was offered many drugs and types of drugs?

The white commodore you described was someone that lived your way?  Is this the commodore a white commodore a friend with Mezzy bazzie who seems to have connections with some of her friends with Hells Angels?  MBM’s? Well isn’t she the girl that ran out because she was underage?

No drugs had been offered to VIC, yet she was working for a phone? By facebook VIC had a phone at 11.06pm working and operational calling her friend.  Not in a hurry to go to the police…..

How VIC did you get the phone?  Drug money, was it a drug deal.  Well you told the second person in your statement that you were 18 nearly 19.  Didn’t you know the guy that came in as part of the setup.  You’re a Christian, you don’t lie.  Do You?

Well I have never seen anyone sucking a dick across Darlinghurst Road. Fairytale? 

Did VIC get spiked as part of the fairytale or is this the grooming by whoever brought her in, your friend VIC, Cody or her boyfriend Kell maybe?

Item 37.  “Cause” Does it mean that the accused simply allowed the girl to be on the premises, thereby bringing about the result that she prostituted herself? Isn’t that right VIC, you could’ve left like you did yet you were there on your own free will or was it someone else on the outside.  Mary was on the phone number you rang was it Mezza?????

VIC, Mrs Weatherstone did not pick you up at all to come to the brothel?

You came on your own free will?  You did leave, you weren’t in a hurry you were having a nice chat with Mrs Weatherstone at the counter, Mrs Weatherstone was behind the counter you could’ve left at any time.

Mrs Weatherstone….under clear evidence of 18 years old.  You didn’t run with your friend when questioned about your age?  You were positive VIC? Yes? You were very positive explaining you had worked before like this? Moss Vale?  Was that the plan, someone spent sometime with you VIC helping you with the answers?

VIC, talked to other sex workers out the back in Room F?  That correct by a Couple a lady and a man. 

Yet this man is alledgedly believed to be dosing the toxic coffee on the second appearance of VIC.  See Mrs Weatherstone doesn’t take drugs and by this time it was a week nearly a couple of days with crap/drugs in your coffee?  I am sure we would all not know how it would affect us? 

Q. to police, when arrested, did Mrs Weatherstone seem tired? 

Item 88  Mrs Weatherstone gave you the telephone it rang a mobile number didn’t it?  You could’ve rang any number?

VIC, you did sex outside the brothel?  Sucking a dick in the back seat of the car, across the road?

Mrs Weatherstone never forced you?  Kell Stratton had commented to Alex about being forced?  That was the connection between the two yet she wasn’t forced.  No one caused the problem, it was the setup to close the brothel so your the new Queen of the fucking everything as the saying goes.

Did you see other people at the brothel?  Did you call it a club in your evidence VIC?  String Club?  How did you know?  Read the door?  Didn’t you read the R for restricted and the 18? 

Mrs Weatherstone didn’t demand you work?  It was you that demanded it on Mrs Weatherstone?
