Police System...Wood's Royal Commission created

Police System.
The NSWPF police complaints handlinq model
Part 8A was written in compliance with the recommendations of the Wood Royal
Commission. It is a comprehensive complaint handling model. All allegations
about police misconduct, from the most minor managerial matters (eg customer
service issues) to the most serious criminal allegations are registered on the
system. A 'complaint' is not defined in the Police Act 1990 and therefore
includes all written allegations of police misconduct. This will include reports
by managers and supervisors that would not generally be considered to constitute
a 'complaint', but are taken to meet the requirements under Part 8A because the
report 'alleges or indicates' conduct that meets the requirements of Part 8A.
A copy of the NSWPF Complaint Handling Guidelines is attached for the
information of the Committee. Also attached is a copy of the Commissioner's
s169A Guidelines, referred to in those guidelines.
Protections under Part 8A of the Police Act 1990 Part 8A protects the identity of complainants (s169A) and provides for criminal
sanctions where reprisal action . is taken (s206), in the same way that the
Protected Disclosures Act does.
However, there is no objective test to be met before the protections are invoked.
A mere allegation is enough. The protections are invoked as long as the
allegation meets the following criterion under Part 8A.

Roger Rogerson wrote....Hatton’s story was John and I had kidnapped Flannery and we forced him into a small aeroplane which I used to then fly and took him out to the sea where John opened the back door and threw him out.
Hence he crashed into the sea and was killed.
I immediately laughed my head off when I read this account in the paper but it was a perfect example of some of the ridiculous rumours that were being fed to Hatton at the time Had he bothered to check he would have found out that the small plane that I flew - a Piper P28-140 - had only one door, a side door, which was physically impossible to open when you were flying in the plane because of the wind pressure against it. But as usual, I just laughed as I knew it was bullcrap.
There were many more stories like this that Hatton started talking about in parliament.

Why did Roger Rogerson fly a plane?

Kings Cross Police further investigation

Police Inspector Damian Goodfellow.
He is the son in law by reports of allegedly Police Commissioner Ken Moroney who was involved on the investigation of Juanita Nieslen.
Police Inspector Damian Goodfellow links to Kings Cross report.

Regarding Ken Moroney Police Commissioner's thoughts.  The link to Police Commissioner Moroney is I asked Police Officer Donna Bruce to give me a name who was not corrupt in Kings Cross.  Police Officer Bruce had worked along side Moroney.  It is interesting I was told Superintendent Sue Waites.

1983 Sargeant Moroney reported to the Juanita Nielsen inquiry.

1975 Moroney Kenneth (Ken) Moroney was sworn in on 16 August 1965. In 1975, as secretary and delegate of the Lismore Branch, he was elected to the Executive. From 1986– 1987 he was junior vice-president and from 1987–1988 senior vice-president. On being promoted to commissioned rank Ken rose quickly through the ranks and on 28 May 2002 was appointed Commissioner of Police a role he filled until his retirement on 31 August 2007.

Police Professional Standards told me Detective Amanda Dench had been at Kings Cross Police Station before State Crime Command.

Police timeline and an interesting website to visit.
ALP has claimed Mr King's brief appearance at the Wood Royal Commission in 1996 cast doubt on his integrity as a policeman.
Yet the Australian Labor Party in NSW allowed the Police more powers and the right for internal investigations happening in the same Police station as the problem naming Kings Cross Police.

Bob Waites and links to Kings Cross

An alleged report in 2000 was said to have predicted problems that later arose.

[After the Wood Royal Commission the real gang behind the gangs at Kings Cross moved from Kings Cross to Cabramatta.]

They came back to Kings Cross from Cabramatta Madonna's Mob Gang 5T to Kings Cross brothel.
To expose the hidden crypt exposes where the Police have as I will allege protected not just Kings Cross but the alleged drug network of the Scorpion drug cartels.

A coronial inquiry Into Juanita Nielsen  with a jury was held in 1983, which determined that Nielsen had probably been killed, although there was not enough evidence to show how she died or who killed her. The inquest did note that police corruption may have crippled the investigation into her death at the time.
A Joint Committee of the Commonwealth Parliament of Australia was formed in 1994 to further investigate her disappearance. It also concluded that corruption impeded the police investigation. She was declared as being deceased by an inquest

Just the Police search warrant will expose this cest pool of corruption and drug running we have had and a reason why my life has been so threatened.

Tiles, alleged drug importation? The Kings Cross Sting Investigates

Tiles.

Peter Schaffer tiled the loungeroom and Room C in the brothel a grey tile.

This gang utilises the Grey as a symbol of protection.

Importing the drugs into Australia are moved in mass I was told.  If their was one container hitting the shores with drugs, it was in three's as I was told.  Three in each state.

When the drug money is through scams and frauds this gang doesn't even pay for the drugs in the first place it is just the people bringing in the loads.  How do they know?

Jamie Gao and Roger Rogerson is the investigation.

BBC tile was where Gao's mother Katherine Gao linked to Rockdale.

The tiles to large sites could go from the container wharf to site.
Mr Gao worked as a tiler at times for the business.

Ostar are an importer/wholesaler and supply a lot of shops in Sydney including BBC tile with their vanities, toilets, etc. Ostar also mentions "All our products come with relevant warranty".
