Mar 15, 2014 - Barbara Baigent told the coroner's court of walking across the courtyard from the motel office at about 9pm to let Hill know that her boyfriend, Shane Williams, was on the phone. Hill's door was slightly ajar, which struck Barbara as odd, especially as it was the dead of winter.

There is also the fact that Penny - by all accounts a naive, trusting girl- had suffered a bizarre incident just two weeks before she moved from Tamworth to Coolah.
Three youths with knives attacked her in the street-on the evening of June 20 as she was leaving a part-time waitressing job at a Chinese restaurant-and stripped her down to her underpants.
Penny apparently shrugged off the attack.

The Car of Bob Lee?
"The only strange thing was that a car left the car park at about 11.40pm. I looked out at it and Col said 'I wonder whose it is', because the cars of guests were all there."

The toilet seat was found up, like a man in the Motel unit number 14.  The rubbish bin had a letter to her then boyfriend but the police didn't keep it.
I have looked  for the missing part that if this related could be evidence in the brothel  subfloor compartment.  I haven't found this answer yet.

The cook, because he died was not mentioned in the Sunday report except he returned at 10.30pm and the van they returned in was in a different spot in the morning to what it was parked in the night.

Penny Hill had pink ug boots on, for where she was found, the shoes were not dirty, she was allegedly placed in this position and found  by Ms Brown on her way to work around 8am.

Banks DO have a legal obligation to abide by the Banking Code of Practice.

Very important ruling by the Courts - rules that the Banks DO have a legal obligation to abide by the Banking Code of Practice. "It's a significant decision because it means banks will be held to account if they say they are going to give certain information or make certain disclosures and then don't." The Bank tried to make out that it's 'errors' in their documents were not important, the Judge said that the errors WERE significant, and the Judge raised serious doubts about the evidence from the Bank manager. The Judge said that "the borrower could not have met his expenses from his income." The Bank knew that he didn't earn enough to pay for the loan, yet they approved the loans - because they thought that they could take his home & his properties if it all went pear shaped! This is pure asset lending by the Bank.http://www.smh.com.au/business/court-rules-nab-unable-to-recover-gold-coast-millions-due-to-breach-of-banking-code-20150508-ggwjp6.html

  2. In July 1975, Mackay prepared a dossier to be sent to the NSW [New South Wales] attorney general, Mr. Maddison, accusing Robert Trimbole of being the outlet for the drugs in Sydney, and mentioning that he had “been warned not to report this to the local constabulary.” (p.24)
  3. The Nugan Group, it is important to emphasize, was intimately connected to the Mackay story as they “operated a major 5-acre factory complex in Griffith,” and in 1977 “an independent audit turned up secret accounts in the group’s books in the names of local pot growers with the cheques for thousands of dollars made out to member of the Trimboli and Sergi families.”

    NAB Breaches Banking Code

NAB Breaches Banking Code ........... Again! But this time the law comes down against the bank. Can you believe it?
Don't crack open the Champagne yet folks. NAB, the lawyers and Courts have a very slick game plan with these sorts of cases. Once you know the rules of play it all makes sense.
A David takes on Goliath. Court finds in favour of David. Everyone is happy and briefly think justice exists, all is well with the world and Goliath won't harm them anymore. But ........ lawyers don't make as much money as they like with happy endings. It is very lucrative to stretch out a case so appeals are made. Much more money can be drained from the victim ....... and the bank. Then ... guess what? David is crushed and Goliath wins.
Do you know why the Courts fight tooth and nail to find in favour of the bank? Because if predatory banking was investigated and punished properly the whole corrupt racket that brings wealth and power to the manipulators of money, their lawyers and the pollies that protect them would crumble.
