A woman has been arrested and hundreds of prohibited weapons seized, including replica pistols, electronic shock devices and tear gas lipsticks, following investigations by the NSW Police Force and the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service (ACBPS).

It follows the arrest of a man and seizure of numerous other weapons by Fairfield Local Area Command several weeks ago during search warrants at St Andrews and Ingleburn.

During that operation, 67 replica pistols, 325 electronic shock devices, 64 extendable batons, 162 laser pointers, 63 butterfly knives, 281 knuckle dusters, 38 sling shots and 10 boxes of human growth hormone were seized.

Police will allege the items were being sold to customers at markets in Sydney.

The matter was referred on to the NSW Police Firearms and Organised Crime Squad and the ACBPS for further investigation under Strike Force Kentmer.

That led to ACBPS officers detecting a major shipment of items at the NSW Container Examination Facility on Friday 6 December 2013.

The items seized included more than 200 replica pistols and air soft pistols, 50 extendable batons, 60 sets of knuckle dusters, more than 70 electronic shock devices disguised as smart phones and flashlights, 200 tear gas lipsticks, an assortment of BB gun ammunition and a number of other items.

About 10am yesterday (Tuesday 10 December 2013), officers from the NSW Police and the ACBPS attended an address at St Andrews and arrested a 49-year-old woman.

She was taken to Macquarie Fields Police Station and charged with importing tier two prohibited goods. The woman was refused bail and scheduled to appear at Campbelltown Local Court today (Wednesday 11 December 2013).

A 59-year-old market stall operator arrested by Fairfield Local Area Command several weeks ago who was charged with unauthorised possession of firearms in aggravated circumstances, supply firearm on ongoing basis, possess unauthorised firearms, possess prohibited weapons, supply of prohibited weapons, and possess prescribed restricted substances also remains before the court.

He remains custody to next appear before Campbelltown Local Court on the 22 January 2014.

Commander of the Firearms and Organised Crime Squad, Detective Acting Superintendent Wayne Walpole, said the results to date were due to good street policing by Fairfield Local Area Command, and close collaboration between the NSW Police Force and the ACBPS.

“It was the proactive work of local police that initiated this investigation, and the close working relationship between the police and Customs that enabled us to resolve this case so quickly,” Det A/Supt Walpole said.

“The Firearms and Organised Crime Squad has had a Customs officer embedded within it for some years now, and this investigation again demonstrates the success of that close working relationship.

“The seizures are significant and have prevented a large number of replica firearms and other dangerous weapons making their way into the community and being used in the commission of crimes.”

ACBPS National Manager Investigations, John Beveridge, said the strong relationship between ACBPS and NSW Police was the key to the stopping these prohibited weapons from reaching the streets.

“Customs and Border Protection regularly exchanges information and intelligence with our state law enforcement partners on the importation of prohibited goods such as weapons,” Mr Beveridge said.

“These seizures should send a strong warning that if you participate in illegal activities you will be caught.”

Nomads clubhouse raided - Strike Force Raptor

Premises have been raided in Girraween overnight as part of a Strike Force Raptor operation targeting the Nomads OMCG.

Police received information that the building was being used to supply alcohol and was illegally set up as an OMCG clubhouse.

About 9.15pm yesterday (Friday 6 November 2013), officers attached to Strike Force Raptor, the Public Order and Riot Squad (PORS), the Police Dog Unit, and Holroyd Local Area Command, executed a search warrant on the building in Wiltona Place.

Alcohol, cash and other items were seized during the operation; 22 people were searched and issued with written pre-consorting warnings. Two firearm prohibition orders were also served.

Police are also examining the alleged breach of the Development Application of the premises, under the Environmental Planning and Protection Act, due to it being used as an illegal clubhouse.

Investigations are continuing.

Police Search warrant for Juanita Nielsen

Situation Brothel 6/36A Darlinghurst Road, Potts Point

I have been asking for a Police Search warrant where Detective Inspector Mark Howard and the Ombudsman gave the Judge powers for the police search.

Today I was told to go to Kings Cross Police Station as the Detectives will be searching the Brothel later today or over the next week Detective Dench was suggesting.  It was out of her duristiction.

However, Kings Cross Police Constable Alex on the desk this afternoon about 3.30pm to 4pm said he would pass a note which he never wrote down and the search wasnt happening because the brothel is shut.

I explained the compartment to the naked eye and shown to the Judge with the photos where there is a drill hole  that was placed by this alleged gang into the compartment it runs for two nearly 3 rooms it is about 2-3 stairs above floor level and the original floor was concreted over and raised by the fire exit by 5 stairs about.

The Court I went back to today, where the Judge Garling's assistant told me to go to Level 4 for Search warrants.  What I was told that the Police have not asked with tthe correct  paperwork for the search of the hidden compartment that is confirmed by images and plan.

The extortion, the nigeria Scam, the threats to murder me  and the threats to my family with cars tyres slashed at home, cars scratched the constant people asking for money so they don't kill us is huge.  Kero bombs on the 23 December 2012 at my home .

The Downing Centre Court Level 4, said I needed a Strike force to look, if Kings Cross Police are not helping then with the evidence and I haven't changed EXTORT Q363 in my statement, I told the court however the police need to search this hidden compartment why?  The setup's are documented for this property, the child prostitutes come in with the alleged gang puppets Hells Angels for most the police have arrested however Kings Cross has now some very heavy characters that have come into Kings Cross with this gang.

The Court in two places today said that this case needed a Strike Force to look where the police in kings Cross  Station have not put the forms into the court to be signed.  I have spoken with Magistrate Leah and she would sign it however no  police have brought the paperwork.

How can you be in control of anything when your threatened to be murdered for going to the police and you wait for the police to ask the question because otherwise you end up like Juanita Nielsen.

The pattern,  the brothel search will expose what's hidden where this item will be so valuable to the drug network that the police it seems in Kings Cross are allegedly assisting the drug network.

As the Court officier said, if it blows the top off the drug network it is needed to be searched.

3 people on the 12 July 2013, within the Downing Centre said I needed a Strike Force for them to help.  Even Judge Garling's assistance said I would need a Strike Force.
