Mango's, Lemongrass, Major Terpene
Myrcene is another Major Terpene in Cannabis. It is the most abundant Terpene in Hops, which means they are a large portion of what makes Beer what it is. It is also found in Lemon Grass and Indian Bay Leaves.
Myrcene itself has Opiod Analgesic (Pain Killer) effects, but it also helps THC cross the Blood Brain Barrier, allowing less Marijuana or Hash to have more of an effect.
Don't forget to clean and prep his cannabinoid receptors DAILY so they can actually take up fresh cannabinoids. If you don't the receptors become clogged up with "fired" cannabinoids and will not take up new cannabinoids. Its essential to introduce myrcene in the diet DAILY to do just that during any cannabinoid therapy. Myrcene is found in high concentrations in lemongrass oil which a health food shop should have. Caryophyllene is not very commonly known, but this is what they use to train Dogs to smell for Marijuana. Marijuana contains a good amount of Caryophyllene and so do other plants, examples are: Cloves, Hops, Basil & Oregano. Caryophyllene actually attaches to the CB1 receptor, but the plants that contain it are not illegal because it is not similar to THC in structure, Caryophyllene is actually the first Cannabinoid to be approved as a food additive by the FDA. Uziza leaf or the Uziza Peppercorns are the best source for Caryophyllene, Uziza is related to the Pepper plant and it is popular in Nigeria, but it has not been common in Europe since the Middle Ages. In Nigeria they use Pepper, Uziza, and other spices like "Grains of Paradise" that we do not use commonly here.

Caryophyllene is known a "Terpene". Cannabis contains a number of Terpenes, and another Major one is Lemonene/Biphenyl. They have found that Lemonene can actually effect your mood when smoked or ingested, and they are doing further research, in which I am pretty sure they are going to find that Lemonoids are an entire class of Cannabinoids.

I believe Hayley is buried in Badgngarra tip.. that is why the ses dogs had sent there.. but the police did not do a sufficient search at that time..just like they did not do a sufficient testing of the seat covers from the rusty white ute in august of 1999 at 10 north west road , which 14 years later a item be-leaved to belong from Hayley was found .. Organic Turmeric Smoothie
Organic Turmeric Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
•1 cup hemp or coconut milk
•1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango chunks
•1 fresh banana
•1 tablespoon coconut oil
•1/2 teaspoon curcumin 95% powder (Turmeric Extract)
•1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
•1/2 teaspoon ginger
•1 teaspoon chia seeds
Curcumin is the powerful anti-inflammatory colour pigment extracted from turmeric. Half a teaspoon of curcumin is equivalent to 15 teaspoons of turmeric powder.
Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
This recipe is best consumed in the morning on an empty stomach. Not only will it increase your energy for the first half of the day, but it will clear your mind and infuse your body with some of the most powerful antioxidants in the world.

Police have released the details of the injured victims from the Martin Place siege.
For welfare reasons and the conduct of the Critical Incident Investigation names, residential and hospital details will not be released at this time.
Those hostages injured in the siege were not only treated on the scene but also at various hospitals.
Those who died include;
A 50-year-old man was pronounced deceased at the scene. A man, aged 34, and a woman, aged 38, were also pronounced deceased after being taken to hospital.
The injured are;
A 75 year-old female who received a gunshot wound to the shoulder – stable condition.
A 52 year-old female who received a gunshot wound to the foot – stable condition.
A 43 year old female with a gunshot wound to the leg – stable condition
A 39 year old male who received a minor facial injury due to gunshot – treated at hospital and discharged.
A 35 year old pregnant female assessed for health and welfare purposes - stable.
A 30 year old pregnant female assessed for health and welfare purposes – stable.
