A man wanted over the large-scale supply of prohibited drugs has been added to the NSW Police Force’s Most Wanted list.
Two warrants have been issued for the arrest of 40-year-old Darren Rispen.
In April 2014, detectives from the State Crime Command’s Middle Eastern Organised Crime Squad (MEOCS) launched an investigation into the alleged supply of drugs by a criminal syndicate.
Following extensive inquiries, and the seizure of a large quantity of drugs from properties in Sydney’s west, Rispen was arrested in September 2014.
He was subsequently charged with 27 offences, relating to supply and possession of prohibited drugs, dealing with the proceeds of crime and directing a criminal group.
Rispen was given bail in court and warrants were issued for his arrest after he failed to attend an appearance at Campbelltown Local Court on 10 December 2014.
Rispen has now been added to the NSW Police Force’s Most Wanted list and investigating officers are appealing for anyone who may know of his whereabouts to contact them.
He’s described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 160cm to 170cm tall, with medium build, blue eyes and red hair.
The latest addition brings the NSW Police Force’s Most Wanted list to seven. Rispen joins Basheeruddin MOHAMMED (murder); Brady HAMILTON (murder); Hakan AYIK (commercial drug supply); James DALAMANGAS (murder); Mohamad MAKSOUD (car-rebirthing); and Warwick McEWEN (sexual assault).

Police have dismantled two outlaw motorcycle gang (OMCG) clubhouses and seized alcohol and equipment following raids at Coffs Harbour and Toormina today.
Operation Stapleton, comprising police from Coffs/Clarence Local Area Command, was formed to investigate the illegal sale and supply of alcohol from two OMCG clubhouses.
About 10:30am (Thursday 21 August 2014), officers from Coffs/Clarence Local Area Command with the assistance of the Dog Unit, Police Rescue Squad, Strike Force Raptor and neighbouring commands conducted simultaneous search warrants at premises in Coffs Harbour and Toormina.
Police will allege an industrial unit on Marcia Street, Coffs Harbour, was being run as the clubhouse for the Rebels OMCG.
It will also be alleged a unit on Hitech Drive, Toormina, was being run as the clubhouse for the Nomads OMCG and in contravention of development applications.
During searches of both premises, police seized large amounts of alcohol, fridges, bars, a dance stage, entertainment equipment, disco lighting, memorabilia, pool tables, cash registers and cash.
The occupiers were not present during the searches. Both clubhouses were dismantled by police with investigators attempting to identify and locate those responsible for the premises.
Coffs/Clarence Local Area Commander, Superintendent Mark Holahan, vowed to continue to shut down illegal premises and organised crime gangs operating in the area.
“These are not legitimate businesses but backdoor bars and nightclubs set up in unsafe environments and in contravention of council development laws,” Supt Holahan said.
“Those involved in running these clubhouses should hand themselves into police now, as it is only a matter of time before we identify and arrest them.
“Let it be known we are committed to ridding the area of organised crime and this operation sends out a strong message that outlaw motorcycle gangs and their members are not welcome here,” Supt Holahan said.

Within the Kings Cross Sting, Drug network down near the border of NSW was noted
Inquiries are continuing after a function being held at an alleged OMCG clubhouse in Wagga Wagga was shut down.
About 8.40pm on Saturday 29 March 2014 Wagga Wagga police attended premises at Edward Street, Wagga Wagga in relation to a function being held at those premises which is alleged to have been used as a clubhouse for the Rebels OMCG.
Police were aware the premise was not licensed to be used as an entertainment facility.
A number of items including unopened bottles of spirits and documents were seized from the premises.
The function was shut down and those inside left without incident.
Inquiries regarding the unlawful sale of alcohol are continuing.

I have had a lot of trouble with the NSW Kings Cross branch of the Police
unit. This investigation process has been stopped by the police numerous
times under 141a Police Act where no further investigation. Police officers
have taken the stand Police Vs Weatherstone Detective Amanda Dench where
questions asked upon gang relationship to Outlaw gangs, Extortion she
answered there was no investigation. These were complaints I made to the
PIC, to Ombudsman, to further. Even Julia Gillard and Ken Rudd who asked for
the police to further investigate. However within the outlaw gang crimes the
ability for these people to be registered Police informants protect these
people and make it harder for the person telling police they are doing the
crime to you. Police said they wouldn’t take me serious until I had a
bone? Inspector Surry Hills July 2012. Why was I getting extorted because
the police weren't listening to me. It revolved to a Detective Amanda Dench
and Senior Constable Craig Arnold however their senior Detective Inspector
Ian MacDonald said on the 7 Dec, 2011 upon opening the Juanita Nielsen murder
investigation with the evidence I gave said I turn a blind eye to this in

rather than referring to the State Police.
That people under the age of 15 be held responsible of being charged being

That people being utilised as puppets for the Outlaw gang be treated harder
when proven of double the sentence given to curb this type of behaviour.
That the law be changed that gang related crimes be always thought of by
Police in the area where large drug use exists.
Where the brothel owner calls for the Police that the brothel is cleared and
the person is given time to talk to Police out of area due to the alleged
outlaw gang intimidation that I have had.

Yesterday I read in the Newspaper that Barry Ofarrell had a meeting with
Police Minister Gallacher, Andrew Scipone and Nick Kaldas.
I have reported to the Police about how allegedly Nick Kaldas the now Deputy
Commissioner twisted evidence in Phuong NGO's case. By this case it allowed
the drug network to explode into Cabramatta whilst Kings Cross was under the
pump from the Wood's Royal Commission. THis gang was Gang 5T, in reality it
was the Triads, Mongrol's that exist even today that link into the drug
network as allegedly supplying of the ice and heroin even other stuff that I
don't know about.
It has been noted previously that Nick Kaldas Police Officer needs to be
investigated as extortion case on John Ibrahim was destroyed through the
alleged leaks from him. I have asked many of the Police to look into my
claims as it will show that the twisting of evidence does occur, that this
twisting is never questioned by the Crown Barristers, by Judge and should be.
This evidence in the case of Phuong NGO is to do with dates and as I go
through the evidence you see how it twists. I was given a Middle Eastern
Crime specialist Det Carter to investigate by the Attorney General however in
January 2013 he decided he was not going to investigate. Well, it's the
Police involved and where they are today is a national importance to the
safety of the community. Where every piece of information I have given in to
the police to destroy Hells Angels has gone to Kings Cross Police Station.
This in itself seems strange when I live near Hurstville and have had
Detectives from Strike Force Raptor looking at evidence. Now they tell me
all my evidence is in the control of Kings Cross Police under 141a Police Act
the Police have the right to decide what they investigate and what they dont.
This allows this Deputy Commissioner Nick Kaldas in a position where if the
research is right, and why Deputy Catherine Burns has been requesting for
further Police invention into the links with Nick Kaldas. This in itself is
