NSW Police statistics 24 months ending December 2015 - The Kings Cross Sting Heartbeat

The latest Bureau of Crime Statistics and Research (BOCSAR) report shows that NSW Police Force is driving down crime and keeping it down.
NSW Police Commissioner Andrew Scipione said the crime figures continued to reflect the hard work of all police officers with 16 of the major crime categories either stable or falling.
The latest data shows seven offences trending downward, nine remaining stable and only one showed a significant trend upward: steal from retail store up 6.7 per cent, during the 24 months ending December 2015.
BOCSAR reports that high on the target list in the `Steal from Retail Store' category includes: thefts from liquor stores, food, mobile phones, electrical appliances and expensive perfumes.
Increased pro-active work by local police, such as working with loss prevention officers to identify theft as it occurs, has led to an increase in incidents being reported.
The significant drop in seven of the 17 major categories are:
• Robbery without a weapon (down 19.3 per cent)
• Robbery with a firearm (down 41.8 per cent)
• Robbery with a weapon not a firearm (down 20.7 per cent)
• Break and enter dwelling (down 7.1 per cent)
• Break and enter non-dwelling (7.1 per cent)
• Motor vehicle theft (down 5.5 per cent)
• Steal from motor vehicle (down 6.6 per cent).
The report also notes that increases in other crime categories, are primarily linked to pro-active policing strategies.
Commissioner Scipione said it was important to recognise how the report linked these increases to concentrated law enforcement.
This is particularly relevant regarding current drug-possession rates, Commissioner Scipione said, which reflected a targeted policing approach and increased detections of drugs in the community.
“NSW Police will continue to work hard to tackle the scourge of illegal drugs and the detrimental impact they are having on our communities,'' he said.
“We see time and time again the irreversible damage drugs have on individuals, their families and the wider community.
“We must therefore stay strong in our resolve to keep the pressure on those who choose to
perpetuate this illegal trade.''
Outside the major categories, increases were recorded in secondary crime areas including:
• Possession of amphetamine (up 30.6 per cent)
• Possession of cocaine (up 35.9 per cent)
• Breach bail conditions (up 14 per cent).
All of these increases are due to improvements in pro-active policing or detections of crime by police.
Increases in amphetamine possession have been recorded in both regional areas and metropolitan Sydney.
There were significant increases for cocaine possession in the city, south west of Sydney and the Sutherland Shire.
BOCSAR director, Dr Don Weatherburn, notes in the report that: ``the increase in bail breaches coming to court appears to be contributing to the increasing remand population.''
Commissioner Scipione said the men and women of the NSW Police Force continue to work tirelessly to keep the people of NSW safe and secure.
``Today's results are a clear indication of their daily dedication and resilience in performing their duties”.

Call for the Paedophile's to be exposed.....

AUSTRALIA'S MASSIVE PAEDOPHILE RING COVER-UP.💀

Justice Bellews could expose all this and more by the Police search warrant for Juanita Nielsen in the old Abe Saffron Offices.

Involving Judges, Police, Politicians, Priests, Entertainment industry, legal profession, academics, prominent Public Servants and Business men, even teachers.
What evidence do we have of a cover-up?
1.Senator Bill Heffernan's list of VIP Paedophile's uncovered by the Woods Royal Commission. The list of pedophiles he says includes senior judges and lawyers, as well as a former prime minister. Heffernan said the list formed part of police documents that had been "signed off" by Gary Crooke, QC, the former senior counsel assisting NSW's Wood royal commission into police corruption in the 1990s.
4/2/2016: Bill Heffernan has renewed his call for a national investigation of the judiciary, alleging cover-ups of pedophilic judges.
Bill describing this list in parliament;
...To give an idea of the intensity of this: the first person on the list [of alleged paedophiles] is a former Prime Minister; the second person is a political party heavyweight; the next person is a very senior business person; the next person is a senior judge; the next person is a Supreme Court master; the next person is Justice Yeldham, who, sadly, has passed away. He should not have suicided. Everyone knew what he was up to.
The next guy on the list is a local court magistrate; the next guy is a former president of the Law Society; the next one is John Marsden, who has passed away; the next one is a judge, the guy who used to go to Marcellin College; the next guy is a QC; the next guy is a barrister; the next guy is a barrister; the next guy is a barrister; the next guy is a barrister; the next guy is a QC; the next guy is a barrister; the next guy is a QC; the next guy is a senior partner of a law firm; the next guy is a senior solicitor of a law firm; the next guy is a barrister's clerk—and so it goes on.
2.The Clarence Osborne files, a list and record of the 2,500 children he abused. Osborne's lists also record the names of the other prominent Paedophile's. Osborne ran the Australian branch of PIE (paedophile information exchange) This group has been connected to a large International paedophile ring.
According to officers who viewed the Osborne material at the time, the names on the index cards, so dutifully recorded by Osborne, were not only those of the boys he had seduced, but adults – members of the judiciary, the legal profession, politicians, academics, and even police officers – with sexual interests in children.
3.The Mullighan Inquiry. SA.
Suppression order of 80 years on the findings.
We cannot see the names of pedophiles named in the Mulligan Commission, suppressed for 80 years. Those named as pedophiles are no doubt politicians from all parties, appointed members of the Judiciary, prominent Public Servants.
4. The many many victim statements
5. Police and Government at the highest level covering up the abuse, for example our Police Commissioner and Governor General.
RE Police Commissioner;
Former chief commissioner Mick Miller told the current Royal commission hearing his immediate predecessor, Reg Jackson, was the key player in the police cover-up of the abuse.
RE Governor General;
In 2003 Peter Hollingworth, the former Australian Governor-General, was forced to resign from that high office for not being dutiful and diligent in respect to his actions towards dealing with pedophile Anglican priests, and by inference towards the victims, when he was an Australian Anglican Bishop and Archbishop, prior to being Australian Governor-General.
RE Police; Our police force is described many times in the Royal Commission into child abuse as a Catholic Mafia enabling paedophile's.
6. Other Politicians speaking out;
In 1996 politician Franca Arena and Deirdre Grusovin were keen that the Royal Commission into the New South Wales Police Service should investigate child abuse allegedly carried out by judges and lawyers.
as possible child abusers.
Franca used parliamentary privilege to say NSW premier BOB CARR, Opposition Leader PETER COLLINS and Royal Commissioner JAMES WOOD...of protecting paedophiles..
7. The proven systematic child abuse by priests and clergy.
There is so much more that has been hidden buried and lost by our investigating Police and others.
Why is this all kept hidden and who is it protecting?
Derryn Hinch has been trying to point us to this problem for years. He has had to break court suppression orders so the public can know the truth. He has been jailed a few times for trying to highlight these issues.
Our Judges that Derryn Hinch talks about, the ones who give paedophile's lenient sentences have their own sinister motives. All cloaked under suppression orders of silence to protect the perpetrators.
It leads to a much bigger story of a VIP coverup.
By making our Royal commission into child abuse only deal with institutional abuse, the bigger fish slip though the net.
They are basically throwing the priests under the bus in hope we don't see the bigger picture.
The international VIP paedophile does indeed operate in Australia.

Operation Habitat

More than 160 people were arrested during a two-day proactive police operation in Sydney’s south west aimed at reducing incidents of crime in the region.
Operation Habitat was held between Friday 15 April and Saturday 16 April 2016 and comprised police from 14 local area commands, along with specialist police from the Region Enforcement and Public Order and Riot squads, and the Police Transport Command.
The Operation was formed to target repeat offenders and known crime locations within the South West Metropolitan Region for offences such as drug possession, anti social behaviour, street crime and traffic related matters.
During the operation 165 people were arrested resulting in charges including 61 drug offences, 34 street offences, 35 arrests for outstanding warrants, and three robberies.
Officers also searched more than 860 people and 190 cars, conducted 3800 random breath tests and handed out 380 infringement notices for a range of offences.
A man was arrested at Hinchinbrook after he was allegedly found to be in possession of a shot gun and cannabis, while another man was arrested over an alleged attempted robbery at Lidcombe.
Four youths were also arrested and charged over an alleged affray at a children’s rugby league game at Kingsgrove.
South West Sydney Region Commander, Assistant Commissioner Frank Mennilli, said the operation was a success and demonstrated the commitment of NSW Police to driving down crime.
“An additional 250 police were deployed across the region during this operation, which ran right across the weekend resulting in significant arrests and deterring criminal activity.
“Officers were seen on trains, in shopping centres, sporting venues, out on our roads, and knocking on doors throughout the region,” Assistant Commissioner Mennilli said.

High Frequency Radio Waves to treat cancer

In 1934 16 terminal cancer patient's were brought to Royal Raymond Rife in San Diego for a cancer trial using HIGH FREQUENCY RADIO WAVES to treat the 16.
They were brought by a U.S.C. medical school team of researcher's. Rife cured ALL 16. When Rife refused to sell the treatment, AMA presidant Morris Fishbein ruin Rife and eliminated his work and treatment.
In 2009 the Kanzius Machine was introduced as a non toxic cancer treatment using HIGH FREQUENCY RADIO WAVES and 4 prototypes were handed over to 4 cancer hospital's for trial's. Human trial's are beginning now.
THE POINT??
Thanks to AMA Presidant Morris Fishbein every person subjected to RADIATION since 1934 for cancer was done so NEEDLESSLY. High frequency radio waves have NO lingering effects!
