MAN WHO DEFENDED THE DINGO AND GOT THE MAFIA OFF MURDER: CONFESSED CORRUPT JUDGE MICHAEL ADAMS

This site has been going for 3 1/2 years now and I can say without a doubt that the dirtiest and most corrupt judicial officer that I have come across is Justice Michael Adams of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. He has a colourful background a mile long that would make any career criminal proud.

In this post we’ll have a look at Mr Adams handiwork and it isn’t pretty.

1. Justice Adams defended the dingo in the Lindy Chamberlain case when he was a barrister. Lindy Chamberlain was convicted of killing her baby Azaria in 1982. Her husband Michael was convicted of being an accessory after the fact. They were released in 1986 after new evidence was discovered. In 1987 the Morling Royal Commission was set up to investigate the matter.

My understanding is that Adams was not the barrister in the original case but he was Junior Counsel for the Crown at the Morling Royal Commission and Counsel later in the Court of Criminal Appeal. The purpose of the Royal Commission was to enquire into and report on the correctness of the Chamberlain convictions. It found that the convictions had not been proved beyond reasonable doubt. In 1988 the Supreme court acquitted the Chamberlains. One reason for the acquittal was dodgy expert evidence of blood being found in the boot of the Chamberlains car which was later found not to be blood but probably paint. I also understand that Michael Adams represented the government when the Chamberlains sought compensation in 1992.

On Lindy Chamberlain’s website there is a document that shows Michael Adams going hard at the appeal to have the Chamberlains re-convicted and the dodgy blood/paint evidence allowed(Click here to read) which to me shows Adams is a person who wanted a conviction no matter what the truth. Ultimately it was found that a dingo did kill Azaria Chamberlain.(Click here to read more about the Chamberlain trial on Wikipedia)

2. Justice Adams got the mafia off murder and sent an innocent man to jail for 19 years in the David Eastman / Colin Winchester murder.

Colin Winchester who was Assistant Commissioner in the Australian Federal Police was murdered in 1989. In 1995 David Eastman was tried and convicted of the murder. The reliability of the conviction was always doubtful in many people’s minds. There have been numerous appeals, reviews and attempted reviews of the case. The latest review started last year and it handed down its findings about 4 weeks ago. It said there had been “a substantial miscarriage of justice” and Eastman “did not receive a fair trial” and the conviction should be quashed.

This is extremely damaging for Justice Michael Adams reputation as he was the prosecutor in the case. Justice Martin who headed the inquiry said he still thought Eastman was likely guilty. But one would expect him to say that to reduce the fallout. I have had a good look at the facts and no fair-minded person could have any real confidence in David Eastman being guilty. It is highly likely a Mafia hit as many have suggested the same as Donald Mackay was murdered by the Mafia. The Mafia was heavily involved in growing marijuana in the area at the time and Winchester had upset them during the course of his policing.

3. In 2007 all three judges in the court of appeal overturned a judgement of Justice Adams in a defamation matter because “Justice Adams had displayed sufficient bias to justify his disqualification from the case”. Where have I heard that before? The bias was against a Fairfax journalist so one has to suspect that Adams does not like journalists. (Click here to read more)

4. In 2007 Australia’s top legal bureaucrat, Robert Cornall, secretary of the federal Attorney-General’s Department, made a complaint against Justice Adams to the Judicial Commission of NSW. It was because “Justice Adams stated explicitly and without qualification that two ASIO agents had broken criminal laws in a pre-trial judgement”. (Click here to read more) The list just keeps getting longer of people Justice Adams has denied natural justice.

5. Justice Adams is currently suing Fairfax Media for defamation although it does look like Justice Adams may have discontinued his claim against Fairfax in the last week or so. The proceedings relate to allegations that Michael Adams acted corruptly when he was the prosecutor in the David Eastman trial. It was alleged in the Fairfax Media owned Canberra Times that Mr Adams withheld evidence at the trial and misled the High Court regarding the evidence etc. Some of what was said in the Canberra times:

“There are modern criticisms of the conviction going to issues of propriety by prosecutors and police. For example, the court was not told the major forensic witness had been dismissed for professional failings from the Victorian Police forensic unit, nor that he had significantly altered critical testimony between inquest and trial. Counsel for the DPP misled the High Court on whether Carruthers had seen material raising the question of fitness to plead. There are complaints of police misbehaviour, not least in efforts, admitted by police, to harass Eastman so he would explode, and, they hoped, make damning admissions.” (Click here to read the May 2012 article)

When Waterford talks about the prosecutors and DPP above he is talking about Michael Adams as he was in charge of the prosecution and that is why Adams is suing for defamation. 

6. The David Eastman inquiry started last year and finished at the end of May 2014. In the report published Justice Brian Martin found Eastman did not receive a fair trial and there has been a substantial miscarriage of justice and he should be released. The findings of the inquiry raise serious questions about Michael Adams conduct as the prosecutor in the case and I have no doubt that Adams knowingly and deliberately set Eastman up for his own gain, financially and career wise.

At the inquiry Michael Adams made admissions to his failings when he was the prosecutor in the Eastman trial as he had no choice given the evidence showed what a disgrace he was. (Click here to read) Adams will argue that he did not confess to corruption but only confessed to mistakes. It is not a mistake when someone spends 19 years in jail because of it, at best it gross incompetence and dereliction of duty. If you believe that Adams only made genuine mistakes are we also to believe he only realized that last year.

Just for the record the David Eastman matter is set down to be heard in the ACT Supreme Court in a couple of weeks with the ACT Director of Public Prosecutions arguing that Eastman should stay in jail. (Click here to read more)

7. To cut a long story short Kerry Stokes started suing me for defamation in April (Click here for the detailed page on the case). On Wednesday the 4/6/14 the matter went before Justice Adams as the duty judge. Stokes barrister Sandy Dawson demanded I take down a post which Justice Adams agreed even though I had no time to prepare an argument. It was set down again for the next Wednesday (11/6/14) so I could prepare a defence and argue it. On the following Wednesday Justice Adams refused to hear my arguments and Sandy Dawson demanded I take 3 other posts and 2 videos down from this site. Justice Adams said to me that he will read my submissions later, handed some submissions straight back to me without reading them and then immediately issued orders (Click here to read) giving Kerry Stokes and his barrister Sandy Dawson what they wanted. A clear pre-determined judgement by Justice Adams.

Adams is too scared to publish the written reasons and hasn’t yet because when he does it is going to have to be full of lies and it will get dissected by me and published for all to see.

When you look at Michael Adams conduct in the Chamberlains matter it seems like Adams did his apprenticeship on how to set-up David Eastman. Maybe the fact that Adams lost in the Chamberlain matters was motivation for him to set up Eastman as he did not want to lose another high-profile case as it would have been extremely damaging to his career.

11th November, 1975: Governor-General Kerr sacks the Whitlam Government.
In November, 1974, US Ambassador Marshall Green reported to Washington that Murdoch privately predicted that "Australian elections are likely to take place in about one year, sparked by refusal of appropriations in the Senate".
One year later, on November 11, 1975 Governor-General Sir John Kerr dismissed Mr Whitlam as the prime minister after the Liberal-Country Party opposition blocked the budget in the Senate.
Although Murdoch believed he played "a substantial role" in Labor's 1972 election victory, his enthusiasm for Whitlam had quickly waned.
"He expects to support the opposition in the next election," Ambassador Green reported in November, 1974.

Police Search warrant for Juanita Nielsen

Situation Brothel 6/36A Darlinghurst Road, Potts Point

I have been asking for a Police Search warrant where Detective Inspector Mark Howard and the Ombudsman gave the Judge powers for the police search.

Today I was told to go to Kings Cross Police Station as the Detectives will be searching the Brothel later today or over the next week Detective Dench was suggesting.  It was out of her duristiction.

However, Kings Cross Police Constable Alex on the desk this afternoon about 3.30pm to 4pm said he would pass a note which he never wrote down and the search wasnt happening because the brothel is shut.

I explained the compartment to the naked eye and shown to the Judge with the photos where there is a drill hole  that was placed by this alleged gang into the compartment it runs for two nearly 3 rooms it is about 2-3 stairs above floor level and the original floor was concreted over and raised by the fire exit by 5 stairs about.

The Court I went back to today, where the Judge Garling's assistant told me to go to Level 4 for Search warrants.  What I was told that the Police have not asked with tthe correct  paperwork for the search of the hidden compartment that is confirmed by images and plan.

The extortion, the nigeria Scam, the threats to murder me  and the threats to my family with cars tyres slashed at home, cars scratched the constant people asking for money so they don't kill us is huge.  Kero bombs on the 23 December 2012 at my home .

The Downing Centre Court Level 4, said I needed a Strike force to look, if Kings Cross Police are not helping then with the evidence and I haven't changed EXTORT Q363 in my statement, I told the court however the police need to search this hidden compartment why?  The setup's are documented for this property, the child prostitutes come in with the alleged gang puppets Hells Angels for most the police have arrested however Kings Cross has now some very heavy characters that have come into Kings Cross with this gang.

I was told last night, if I asked again, the police weren't happy with what I had done to Kings Cross and the drug network with information for raids.

Sammy Sweet is the right hand man for John Ibrahim, as he told me he had  Christmas with John Ibrahim and Frank Amante.

Sammy Sweet, was the controller within the brothel.  He had told Alex to leave on the 27 July 2011 and terrorised me.  How can you be in control when your told if you go to the police you are murdered.  

The Kings Cross Police  think the brothel compartment is unnecessary however the information on Juanita Nielsen, the heavies that have painted the wall  in Room F where this compartment is situated is evidence where Juanita Nielsen could be hidden.

There is a smell in the brothel that is very strong, some say it is the smell of a shroud that is sometimes placed over a body.

Within the setup evidence this gang left the calling card for the Child Prostitution case of a setup and the Judge would not let me put this information down.

Sammy Sweet is on the CCTV and Police photos however Judge Garling said the two men were fine.  

Sammy Sweet moves the drug ice along Darlinghurst Road, I saw him walking to the city about 3.30pm on William Street this would be for a pick up.  he was with another person this afternoon however I didn't know him.

Sammy sweet wears a baseball cap most of the time and they change constantly.

The Court in two places today said that this case needed a Strike Force to look where the police in kings Cross  Station have not put the forms into the court to be signed.  I have spoken with Magistrate Leah and she would sign it however no  police have brought the paperwork.

The Court office, said that this seems if the police do not want to search would be a position for the non investigating as a right for court of appeals.  Thus by searching the hidden compartment will explain, 1985-6 the brothel was the start of the Royal Commission in 1994 and the numerous setup's that have happened I have documented on the website www.sparklingchandeliers.com.au

By the evidence between the VIC and the police photos, shows the VIC, by on the stand said she rang her manager which was not me.  She changed feather boa's, she picked up her purse and her jeans prior to going to the police station and the tears were at the police station in the 25 minutes from when she left the brothel.  The setup, the extortion the threats, I haven't changed my statement I could not elaborate when the threats to murder me were so real and from the heavy within the brothel which Judge Garling acknowledge within the Judgement.  

How can you be in control of anything when your threatened to be murdered for going to the police and you wait for the police to ask the question because otherwise you end up like Juanita Nielsen.

The pattern,  the brothel search will expose what's hidden where this item will be so valuable to the drug network that the police it seems in Kings Cross are allegedly assisting the drug network.

As the Court officier said, if it blows the top off the drug network it is needed to be searched.

I have never been so frightened and have been working on the research why Abe Saffron did this .....I do know that this hidden compartment will expose not just the drug network, it will like with the paperwork within this hidden compartment to the gang, to the overseas network of the Triads, UK, USA by the company links of the business agreement of the drug network.

The murders happen so that the drug network they can deal.  Like the acts of this alleged child prostitution is one way where if they lie enough, tell the story like the groomer said then the person is setup and the brothel is closed again just to hide the secret.

Please, the case is over Police Vs Weatherstone however the drugnetwork the shootings, the setup's keep going.

The Alleged drug network has been owned and controlled by the Jewish since 1948 Abe Saffron, now today there will be another Jew that controls.  The Hells Angels Ltd company is one link that I found working on what Juanita Nielsen was exposing when she went missing.

It's not history, this drug network we have is massive.  The Judges take the law WILL into their hands, as the law doesn't allow anyone above them within the Courts they are seen as honest however how honest can a Judge be when an exhibit item is missing and the Police Don't or won't investigate further as the file was given to Stephen Alexander Lawyers so that allegedly his clientallegedly John Ibrahim knew that his men would not be touched or was it how to answer the questions.

I have attached, the response from Glebe Coroner to show that the evidence I have collected regarding Juanita Nielsen is significant to the Coroner however the police have stopped searching this hidden compartment within the building 6/34-36A Darlinghurst Road, as this is the key to the underworld today they protect.

Barry have a look at the images, the differences in plan as to the floor levels and the fact that this brothel is very near where you said the Lido Hotel.  

I have come face to face with her murderer I believe, this same man painted a cream square on the wall in Room F of the brothel Sparkling Chandeliers.

This brothel was owned by Abe Saffron from about 1948 when he returned to Kings Cross.

The floor was changed in the brothel to concrete and thus allows a area to hold Juanita Nielsen, CIA Houghton, this same area I believe was utilised prior to 1971 as Shirley Briffman is noted as paying police this I believe due to the high level of gang behaviour to hide the murders is why the people pay the police for extra protection not realising why, as they I believe have all done drugs.

We have been both working on the same murder Juanita Nielsen, yet there is allegedly the whole drug network that can be destroyed.

They should check this, it has been harrowing living and writing this.

asking if the police were aware of this claim and if so what were they
doing about it? The answer was predictable:
“Police enquiries in this case are continuing and to comment on this could
seriously impair the investigation.....”
This after 36 years.....it must the the longest police murder
investigation in history!

In other words: neither the police nor the politicians want to know.
Because they know the true facts and they don’t want to muddy the waters?

Apropos Juanita’s remains: they are not buried in KX or anywhere else. Her
body was destroyed within minutes of her murder
at what was then the Lido motel. It will never be found because it no
longer exists. I wrote about this in a 6,000 word cover story for Bulletin
Newsweek
on the 20 anniversary of Juanita’s death recounting how this happened and
who was involved. Yes, I even named the killers. But there was no
response, legal or otherwise. (Presumably my erstwhile colleagues of the
Sydney media didn’t read the Bulletin either....)

So perhaps now you’ll  appreciate my point that  your endeavours will lead
to nothing. Back in the days of our Nielsen investigation
Tony and I virtually demanded a judicial enquiry into the circumstances
surrounding her death. Even though we had the backing and support
of Frank Walker, the the NSW  Attorney General who believed we had proved
police corruption in the case, the demands were rejected.
The political implications were simply too far reaching.

That’s the problem you face and that’s the response you’ll get.

So a word of advice from someone who has been through it:  For your own
safety and peace of mind forget your campaign.
You can never win.  Leave Sydney. Go live somewhere more civilised.

Dear Sirs and Madams,

I have included some references, yet we have a huge problem  in the system
where the system has failed not just myself it has failed many before me.

The Police system is only as good as it is by the members, yet the level
of the police inactions I have seen and the many thousand of emails and
words has been through the police not actioning further where ever this
alleged gang Hells Angels and  the drug network had intimidated me and my
family to a point where my safety is at risk if this evidence that i have
produced for the whereabouts of human remains is not actioned upon.

I have noted that discussion papers about gangs and brothels is being
considered by the Parliament, yet this is a start and I believe that some
of my emails have helped.  However, when I called for help, at each point
that these alleged Hells Angels drug dealers and intimidators were in my
opinion pushed to the side.  I was the new comer in Kings Cross and
terrified by the bombage of thugs that threatened to kill me all for?  I
had to work it out as I didn't do drugs, didn't sell drugs and just took
over the brothel that could not open in history.

Please, we need a Royal Commission so further investigations and laws to
be changed.

So, Allegedly when John Ibrahim took the stand in the Royal Commission was
his name on the Club 77 or to do with The Hells Angels Ltd?  If so then

Frank Amante notes that the actions were not picked up by the police in
the report.  Allegedly the blind eye.

When your from Kings Cross like I have been, you hear things and for many
of the people didn't know I was undercover as to why a premises could not
open that was mentioned in the Royal Commission in 1994.  The alleged
hiding place of Juanita Nielsen's remains and others.

Allegedly the club was first owned within Abe Saffron 1948 taking over the
than apartment in Kings Cross and working the strip with the gambling, the
working girls hidden above Darlinghurst Road Sparkling Chandeliers.

The brothel now known as Sparkling Chandeliers  in the Royal Commission
could not open in 1985-6 and then in 1994 still not open.  The police were
giving the information to the Crown to uncover alleged corruption however
where it started in in 1971 payments to police by brothel Madame Shirley
Briffman  shows that there was a problem.

I will further alleged that in 1971, the bodies will be the Beaumont
Children in a premises controlled by Abe Saffron and hidden on the advice
of CIA Houghton.

The drug trade allegedly is held under the agreement of the company.  This company and agreement has been well hidden from the gang and connections to the gang.

Allegedly through the connections of the police and the putting the puzzle
together.  They didn't want to see it.  Read the Australian Hells Angels
website and the reference to the chapters start to sound where I have come
from alleged drug franchises.

 The shooting of the Abercombrie Hotel is part of the chain of pubs under the
Fraser  group.  This group I was told by a Hells Angels member Peter
Schaffer that this is owned by the club.

The ability to sink this much amount of money in however many of the
companies are off shore, many of them are holding clubs where high drug
activity happens or that are associated with fire and shootings of late
allegedly for the power struggle.

Allegedly Hells Angels Parramatta is being controlled by Bill Bayeh at a
distance through Felix Lyle and the connections of Quentin Vertigan as the
cover for this operation through the brothel 22a  Hunter Street Parramatta
that has just started.   

The history of alleged Hells Angels and the intertwining of the unsolved murders

is huge yet for the police it's just not associated why?  Because if it
was associated the Police corruption and level of the extent of the
Corruption may fall apart by the digging at this company that was being
formed when Juanita Nielsen disappeared.  I will further allege that
Juanita Nielsen is hidden within this brothel and I have met the alleged
gun man that painted a square of cream on the wall in Room F of Sparkling
Chandeliers.

The Royal Commission missed that there was two Pink Pussycat Clubs?  Well
if they noticed that could not open with links to Abe Saffron wouldn't you
think that the brothel would be searched for bodies?
The murder of MP John Newman for opening up Cabramatta and the police
officier in charge was Nick Kaldas for Phuong Ngo, read the evidence this
is an innocent man in goal.  The Adler well, he then has had an
association with John Ibrahim and Mark Alexander-Erber so what is he doing
now?

Well come on Australia and get the police to search the brothel or else we
will be able to add this to another alleged Police corruption where if I
give up the remains of Juanita Nielsen will never be discovered?

What level has Nick Kaldas played in the many emails that have been
forwarded to the police regarding the links to Juanita Nielsen, to the
company allegedly The Hells Angels Ltd and to the drug network that I have given as

evidence to the police.

In March 2012 I was asked to attend Kings Cross Police Station for
evidence against a Hells Angels associate.  This action by police of the
Middle Eastern Crime gang further risked my life as to the gang seeing
that I entered the police station.  What happened?  So far the alleged
person Peter Schaffer is still walking around alleged a drug dealer that
deals drugs through working girls network.

The information I have given to police many have been murdered for less,
and the police please just search a brothel for the remains of Juanita
Nielsen.

This search will allegedly destroy Hells Angels and the drug network that
exists today with further investigation of the evidence given and can be
given.

That the having Middle Eastern gang Detectives stationed in Kings Cross as
the meeting I had on the 7 December 2011 this person within the Police
allegedly a Detective should be stood down for the telling me things about
the drug network in Kings Cross that my evidence regarding Juanita Nielsen
that I should leave Kings Cross and join some historical society.  This is
how we have allegedly protected people in Kings Cross within the drug
network that I have seen.

Shame, this Detective of gangs and Detective Inspector Ian MacDonald with
Superintendant Susan Waites allegedly under the Police act 141 (a) no
further investigation.

Is this how the alleged system keeps going, where at each point the drug
network could be uncovered that the Police act 141 (a) is involved to
allegedly protect the criminal behaviour.

Setup? How the gang ambush you and the Police don't or won't investigate.....

Allegedly this person Sammy Sweet or Greek Sammy had come into the brothel after the extortion attempts had been raised to threats of murder by others allegedly under the puppet scenario.

Allegedly these were about extortion, threats to be murdered, running drugs, the police in his pocket, the working girls he owns through the drugs, the ability that you cannot operate the business without me in the business.

Allegedly the threats to murder Jennifer by Roger Hegarty had an AVO laid by the court.

Allegedly the next day Greek Sam turned up and one day later his working girl known as Skye real name Karyn Englehardt turned up at the brothel.

Within a day, Karyn Englehardt had moved from Porky’s brothel to Budget Hotel and then into Sparkling Chandeliers.

Allegedly during a couple of day this same person Greek Sammy had many of the working girls back in the brothel including sex worker Michelle who had asked for money on the very first day of opening $100k to give to John Ibrahim.  Allegedly Michelle asked with Roger Hegarty this day of the first day open in walking up the stairs and in the foyer of Sparkling Chandeliers.

Allegedly, this same sex worker Michelle left the brothel after Roger Hegarty threatened to murder Jennifer and everyone in the brothel.

Allegedly sex worker Michelle left saying she was going to Porky’s.

Allegedly this night VIC arrived drinking an alcoholic drink that she left on the ledge outside the door at the top of the stair.

Allegedly by the evidence VIC told Jennifer she had been working at Porkys that night when she came in with Cody Stephens and another man.

Allegedly VIC, on that night made out to Jennifer that she was 18 nearly 19.  The other two people agreed with her that was with Jennifer.  Allegedly this was just hours after being threatened to be murdered.  The police took 2.5 hours to answer the 000 call from Jennifer and phone calls to Kings Cross Police Station.

Allegedly, as within VIC’s Police statement has acknowledged that she was telling people that she was 18 nearly 19 at the time of the events.

Allegedly VIC was asked for identification before working with Jennifer.

Allegedly Cody Stephens Jennifer said looked younger with a man with these two people that stood in the door way of Room H whilst they all talked.  Allegedly this was intimation through the ability for Jennifer to have just been threatened with murder.

Allegedly Greek Sammy or known as Sammy Sweet turned up at the brothel offering protection and telling Jennifer that he had been sent by Porky’s and Love Machine to help her out.

Allegedly Greek Sam over the days and nights tormented and allegedly further threatened Jennifer with people will murder you.  Allegedly if you say the word extortion in Kings Cross Police station I will be told quicker than you get out of the Police station and allegedly you will be killed.

Allegedly Greek Sammy was dealing drugs when Roger Hegarty was gone from the premises.

Allegedly Greek Sammy said his brother and him were in ownership on Love Machine, his brother had sold out just prior and they were looking for new premises to work from.

Allegedly, over a couple of days and nights with Jennifer constantly being asked for money and wages off Roger Hegarty and puppets in Kings Cross.  Allegedly many phone calls and texts all asking for money and wages.  Jennifer did over this time call the police.  Some of those events are on the footage held within the police video evidence.

Allegedly during this period of time Greek Sammy was terrorising Jennifer and Alex within the brothel.  Allegedly utilising working girls and others for puppet movements.

Allegedly the night before Greek Sammy had gone over the terror to Jennifer stating that he was the boss.  Allegedly Jennifer had to go along with Greek Sammy and could not do anything.  Allegedly Jennifer was powerless to the muscle and continued threats of death and asking for money.

Allegedly when VIC came in with another person, Jennifer was asking for Identification, all with her knowledge that Greek Sammy was the boss, Stand over tactics.

Allegedly the other person left when Alex look alike with the tattoo on the hand of makeup came stating that if your not 18 get out.  The girl knew she was too old to be in the brothel she would be charged.  However the Judge said she couldn’t get into trouble…why?

Allegedly the other girl left, however VIC stayed stating that Facebook was her identification.  CCTV will show Jennifer pushing the computer towards VIC to show her more.

45 minutes I tried to fight this gang with words.  I didn’t have strength and the gang was all around me the Police had done nothing to combat this with the 000 call.

Allegedly by VIC’s statement she talks about going to Room F and seeing two people one of those is allegedly this same person Greek Sammy. Allegedly VIC was taken by Misty Allen to Room F.  Evidence on the video will show this.

Allegedly VIC was to show Greek Sammy and Misty Allen the identification.  The police never asked did anyone else in the brothel was to see VIC’s identification.

When VIC and Misty Allen returned to the front desk. CCTV footage from within brothel will show.

Allegedly Jennifer  was aware that VIC was okay to work by Misty Allen.  Allegedly Jennifer believed that the identification was checked.  Allegedly over the period of time VIC had strutted in the foyer stating I am a prostitute during this time.

Allegedly VIC had a man and other ladies come and sit with her in the Lounge.  Allegedly by the positioning of cameras I will allege that the person that came in with the other young ladies knew where they were by his positioning in the foyer and not speaking to Jennifer.  The body language, the Judge said he wouldn’ take on the CCTV as evidence.

How does CCTV footage work when the Judges don’t understand body language.

I will Allege that this person is an outlaw gang associate and was with the young ladies to terrorise them into doing this child’s play under the alleged laws of the state. 

Allegedly under the age 15 which it appeared VIC was, it is not an offense to her to be in the premises or allegedly working in this industry.  Allegedly, this part of the law was utilised as child’s play for VIC and no criminal actions would occur through this child’s play.

Allegedly the police allowed Greek Sammy out of the brothel first.

I was so pleased when my Alex came back into the brothel.  You could tell by the tattoo.

Allegedly the police had Greek Sammy, Alex, Jennifer, Karyn Englehardt and Misty Allen in the foyer in the morning.

Allegedly the police never searched Greek Sammy otherwise he and Karyn Englehardt allegedly both would have had drugs.  Within the drug bust at Sparkling Chandeliers Misty Allen was charged with drug offences just a couple of days later.

1994-1997 Woods Royal Commission Police Corruption

Documented during the Woods Commission KX1 and KX6 about extortion on a brothel in Kings Cross known then as Madame Butterfly’s that never opened.  Allegedly this extortion was by Bayeh and Lennie McPherson also noted in evidence in the Royal Commission 1994.

2003 Madonna’s Mob came to Kings Cross opening the Brothel 36A Darlinghurst Road, Kings Cross and buying the building Glowpave Pty Ltd

2006 Abe Saffron Died------Allegedly by Abe’s death was the end of the Hells Angels founders overseeing the Club…Allegedly, then it was the Ibrahim’s moving the companies to hide the company with the agreement with the drug world overseas.  This  company *The Hells Angels Ltd.

2006 Bandidos by intelliegence Parramatta Chapter tried to take over Kings Cross when Abe Saffron had past. Alleged Peter Schaffer, Felix Lyle  associates of this outlaw gang that further caused Jennifer problems with the brothel.

2010 Hells Angels  Chinatown  this was the change from the company that was started back with the mob allegedly from the meetings at the Chequers Club  Goulbourn St, during the 1975’s that Juanita Nielsen knew about. Whereabouts of the Mark Foy’s building where Juanita Nielsen worked prior to 1970.

2011 March 30 First extortion by sex worker Michelle asking $100k from World Famous Sparkling Chandeliers

2011 29 June Bill Bayeh released from goal for serving time as the Mastermind of the drug trafficking in Kings Cross….served 15 years.

2011  July 25-26 Alleged major Extortion by Roger Hegarty and sex worker Michelle  World Famous Sparkling Chandeliers Kings Cross to close the business to hide the secret.

I will add allegedly this was happening before July 1975 I will alleged this is the information Juanita Nielsen had on tapes that she carried in her handbag that would blow the top in the news.  The story she  was working on when she went missing on the 4 July 1975 from the Carousel Club a Abe Saffron owned club.

*1985-86 Madame Butterfly was under extortion and owned allegedly by Mr Steve Hardas.  Allegedly Mr Hardas paid police as reported within the Royal Commission 1994.  Mr Hardas later went on to Manage the, the Barrel 1987, Pink Pussycat 1988-89, Action Cinema (Oxford Street) 1988-91, Pink Panther 1990-91, Tabu 1990-92, Nugatties 1992-94, Illusions 1994. He also sub-leased Abe Saffron's property, the Budget Hotel, to KX11, a cocaine dealer, in 1993.

Jennifer will allege that the problem was with the brothel Madame Butterfly’s and not with the person Mr Hardas as he later went on to manage Clubs that were associated and owned by Mr Abe Saffron.

* Hardas says he was preparing to open the brothel/strip club to be called Madame Butterfly in 1985 when he had a visit from a Sydney legend, Leonard Arthur McPherson (b. May 19, 1921). With McPherson were Louie Bayeh and two other large men. Bayeh was described at a police tribunal in 1985 as a standover man and the legend's right hand. According to Hardas, they sought to put the fear on him. The message was that Hardas could only open it as a disco; that Con Kontorinakis had a monopoly on the brothel business in the Cross.

* KX1 and KX6 both came from a brothel on Darlinghurst Road during the Royal Commission where Bill Bayeh was arrested.  The brothel Sparkling Chandeliers back then was being extorted and I have found every day I open the doors I was asked to pay protection money in 2011, 2012.  This some people don’t believe yet it has been a terrifying business to own.  The manipulating of working girls have been severe from a  Essam Gerges who explained with his authority that Sewe Hells Angels Ltd Eastern Suburbs Chapter needed $2500 per week for me to open the doors of a business, yet this manipulation when I wouldn’t pay went to greater lengths of having working sex girls giving directly the money by stepping the business.  I couldn’t believe it happened under my nose and the significant evidence. The people within the business of drugs and extortion, protection or some say promotion.  Many would say they were Johnny Unique’s friend asking for $100k.

*17 July 2011 Bill Bayeh released from Goal.  To work at Sydney Fruit Markets. I don’t believe anyone has seen him in Sydney Markets.  Is  it the company that allegedly bought the drugs from Griffith back in the day, along with the vegetables.  Conditions on Paraole, to not go near Kings Cross yet a mobile does and you can be anywhere.

In July 2011 Bill Bayeh came out of goal.

Police:

Allegedly, Inspector Ian McDonald and a Detectives from Gang squad on the 7 December 2011 at the opening of the Juanita Nielsen reopening into the alleged murder.  Told me things.  Alleged  with a hand raised to Darlinghurst Road, Inspector Ian McDonald said words to the affect that I should be in Double Bay.  I was allegedly the wrong type of person for Kings Cross.  Allegedly get out of the lease of the brothel and leave Kings Cross.  This with his hand raised up to Darlinghurst Road, gives me a job.  It gives the Detective a job, the solicitor, lawyers and Judges. 

The Detective beside Inspector Ian McDonald allegedly said that I should join some historical group.  In fact it was the research for my own court case and for the idea we had for a museum to Kings Cross that was prompting the research that was given to the police to open the court case into Juanita Nielsen.

I stated back:  So you turn a blind eye to up there.  You turn a blind eye to the drugs and corruption.  The Inspector and the Detective, were both allegedly explaining that this was Kings Cross and allowed up there.

I have had the brothel from 25 February 2011, I have looked upon the area for twelve months before.  I am not a drug user nor a member of a gang.  I thought the brothel wasn’t a bad prospect for business.  I did do calculations as to the need for 6 jobs a night to pay the bills.  I thought that was attainable through the people that I had already met.

During the period of time I would note, that the police would come and ask questions all allegedly fed by information given by police informants some allegedly were the same police informants that were asking for extortion money and terrorising me and others.

Allegedly Inspector McDonald explained that extortion money was a cost to factor in for Kings Cross.  I argued the point that extortion money was illegal and in 2003 I believed it was all stopped.  Since I have come to Kings Cross the extortion, protection or as some ask money for the promotion of the company is all in my mind by the alleged gang behind, some allegedly would say for the money to be given to John Ibrahim by sex worker Michelle.  By Roger Hegarty when he asked it was if you don’t pay you have 24 hours at the end of the 24 hours I was threatened with death and 000 call with other calls to Kings Cross took 2.5 hours for the police to attend a premises that is 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross Station.  The officer that turned up said, he knew the name that I said of the guy threatening.  This officer allegedly called Roger Hegarty a friend.

Allegedly I didn’t know that each person who was coming offering help and telling us about stories that had happened to others were all linked with the same gang.

Allegedly each person, who utilised drugs were linked by the drugs and the use of these drugs.  Allegedly, the drugs were given for free to some of the working girls during this period of time to cause problems to the brothel to force it to close to hide the secret.

Allegedly each person would talk about the 5^th step in some way, or seeing ghosts within the brothel.  Allegedly some of the ghosts they were telling me about I believe will be some of the bones within the brothel hidden like Juanita Nielsen and Donald MacKay.

2011 November Allegedly Peter Schaffer threatened myself and Alexander Petrovic with death if we didn’t get out of the brothel.    I reported to police.  Allegedly Inspector Ian McDonald declared as civil action.  The plot was within the frame work allegedly of Child’s play.

Allegedly this same night I turned up at the brothel, I hadn’t heard from Alex for three days.  I was worried, I found Alex zonked out on a bed allegedly drugged by the people within the brothel to gain control.  Alex was going to ring me the Friday night at midnight when the brothel was going to reopen in Kings Cross.  Allegedly whilst he was asleep he was drugged, he didn’t awake for 3 days when I turned up on the Sunday night /Monday morning when I turned up after leaving my sick husband at St George Hospital where he was admitted for cancer treatment.

During the time Peter William Schaffer was in the brothel, the stories were fed to me under allegedly the child’s play to make me look like I had the appearance of going nuts or telling untruths.  Allegedly to hide the secret.  Allegedly during this time Peter Schaffer like many before him were looking for something.  I would ask what they were looking for. I was told about the money that was found by the police by Madonna’s Mob who were  in the brothel in 2003 to 2009.

When I was interviewed for my court case Police Vs Jennifer Weatherstone I said the word EXTORT.  Allegedly the day before a man known in Kings Cross as Greek Sammy if  I said the word EXTORTION down  in Kings Cross Police station that he could not protect me and I would be killed.

During the alleged interview I said the word extort.  The tape was stopped.  I was told by the Detectives that further interviewed by police.  This interview on tape never has occurred.

I was asked by Marty Hyde to give him the story after charges.  I did do this and emailed to his personal email.  Marty Hyde drug squad Kings Cross was sending to his boss, that was the end of that.  No response.

Allegedly in September Alexander Petrovic told me things, that Marty Hyde had rung him to say get out of the brothel and watch your back.

Allegedly Inspector Thorn, Inspector Ian MacDonald, Inspector at Surry Hills that came in when the underage was called for the brothel actually allowed without a search  Greek Sammy to leave the brothel first.  The alleged next  guy after Roger Hegarty that was terrorising me all for the same mob.

Allegedly Marty Hyde drug raid was known by Greek Sam and Lou Villiany prior to coming in to the brothel. Allegedly terrorising me with a gang going to run in on me, this gang they described on  the Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/ The Thursday they disappeared, the drug raid happened.  Allegedly as they described the police came in I assumed it was the mob.

Allegedly the next day  I went to the police kings Cross as they never searched Greek Sam’s bags I had noted.  The Detective interviewed me however because  I only knew the nicknames of these thugs I wasn’t taken serious. The bag had items found within that are additives to the drug ice by Detectives nothing happened.  Allegedly Greek Sammy, terrorised me the night before the raid, with drugs flashing everywhere he walked with working girls however he allegeds he can’t get caught, he is protected.

Allegedly 5 January 2012 the three constables turned up from Kings Cross they refused to take the report about the damage left from Peter William Schaffer. Allegedly referring to the boss Inspector Ian MacDonald had said so.  Instead offering me a drug raid on premises that were setup  with drugs by this allegedly same mob Hells Angels.

Allegedly during the time of the brothel, I have asked for police intervention however it seems it was given the bottom draw treatment and I wasn’t given a fair go.  Allegedly the AVO on Roger Hegarty was 3 months getting laid, then when he re-entered the brothel was not charged even with a police tracker.  I was told by the police to get the AVO myself and bring to the police from the courts.  I did do this, no charges laid.

Allegedly Peter Schaffer  threatened  to murder me a few times even remarks on facebook goal or funeral.  All reports have been notified to police allegedly these threats have been taken as child’s play not noticing that the next person in line in the mob have ordered the cars to watch my house with cars of a night with headlights looking from across the bay.

Allegedly the 6 March when I attended Kings Cross Police were people were following me into the police station, the police behind the bench thought it was funny and strange not thinking they were the links to be same mob Hells Angels.

Allegedly over the last couple months I attended Day Street police they put on annomous report for the drug dealing of eight balls at the back of Town Hall Station, these notes of previous reports into Police when checked had a do not pick up on his file. Allegedly for Essam Nicola Gerges who told me he was the money man to pick up extortion and protection money.  Allegedly killing people for the mob, Essam Nicola Gerges joked about this with Peter William Schaffer with me in February 2012.  Allegedly Essam Nicola Gerges joked about killing people to me on several occasions.

Allegedly the charging Detective in my case didn’t look at the word EXTORT within my evidence.  Allegedly the Detective at the charge desk made reference to YOU MUST GET A LOT OF HUSBAND”S IN THE BROTHEL?  I was silent.

Allegedly the threats of extortion because I wouldn’t pay I was setup on the child protection charge utilising by Greek Sammy inside the brothel threats of death or fear I would be murdered if I didn’t have him inside.  Allegedly Greek Sammy was the boss during the time that he was inside the brothel otherwise I was dead by what he and Roger with others had told Alex and myself.
