Dallas policeman Buddy Walthers, who had agreed to testify for DA Jim Garrison in New Orleans, was murdered before he could describe the fourth bullet he found that ruled out Oswald as the lone shooter. The bullet was confiscated by FBI Agent Robert Barrett who, despite having been photographed stealing away the bullet, who not admit it was him in the photograph (A FAREWELL TO JUSTICE, by Joan Mellen, page 300)

  Richard Hookethey say Buddy Walthers just couldn't help talking, he flapped his mouth constantly about what he knew concerning the JFK assassination, and it ended up leading to his demise - he definitely saw a fourth bullet, it was not like the patsy Carcano bullets, it's source lined up with the grassy knoll (with JFK in between), and it was on the infield grass, just south of the manhole cover, by a clump of brownish brain and bone material.

Richard Hooke now, concerning the final shot, I really think someone on a radio(walkie-talkie) called that shot - so Roscoe & Sturgis could hear and fire concurrently. I don't think it was like Files said - where he fired when he felt like it...someone called it...maybe Files delivered the weapon and was on a walkie-talkie (supplied by Roselli) and maybe Files called the final shots that White & Sturgis made AT ONCE...just speculation...a possibility...

Kaiser I want to tell folks right now, Luis Posada NEVER told me that James Files was in Dallas, that information somehow found it's way into my book, I never wrote that, that information was plugged in by someone. Kaiser JVB plugged in her information and (Author of Me and Lee) in my book and I didn't catch it in time, and Wim D. plugged in information stating that Luis Posada told me that Files was in Dallas, and I never said that Posada told me that Files was in Dallas, the only thing I ever said Posada told me was that Files was apart of the company, when Wim found that out he started to push the story that would otherwise benefit him, as for JVB can you imagine if my book would sell millions of copies she would have some free advertising wouldn't she? As far as I'm concerned, it's pretty fucked up to jump on the bandwagon, and plug in information into my book for their benefit. WWED What would Edwin do? This is certainly not cool, I'll tell you I would never in a million years plug my information into someone else's book out of respect.

Judyth Baker He is quoting James Files, who may or may not be telling the truth. I'd bet on Files as the shooter over other names that make no sense, however. It's just that i don;t see quite enough evidence. On the other hand, to reject a man who states this, who in fact never publicized the fact, is to be a bit blind in one eye....
