In the last couple of days I had the Malaysian aircraft go missing, and there was a link to Lee Harvey Oswald where I would have to expose for the patterns within my mind to quieten.  I could hear the little voice say, wow this was a pattern. 
The Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah of the airoplane, a 53 year old male. We have the co pilot Fariq Abdul Hamid, is a different personality rom the Captain.
We look at the positions of Uranus by the biwheel acan he danger as it tells us of sudden hangesand mental instability.
Uranus only seems to be seen in the co-pilot we have ransiting Uranus bat 11 degress with Arries in the 5^th house.  With the transit of Uranus through natal Sun this shows a blow to the ego, we have Uranus transiting Neptune in the 2^nd house affecting th self-esteem.  With the intersectsof Uranus and th natal Lunar noda axis showing bringing his personal problems into the arena, creating drama.

We have the sighting of the very loud low flying plane in the aldives Island at 6.15am.  He plane was not picked up on the military radar screens, showing the pilot was aware of the radars aound him.

The plane had the ACARS turnd off in a patten.  This allowed the plane to fly low back acrossthe peninsular we have to consider if the plane could have tailgated a plane?  T was a thought.  This was were the Pilot knew a lot about the positions of radar’s to not be detected.  then once at waypoint IGREX the next plot was likely BEDAX in order to avoid detection flying over Indonesia airspace.

The clock on the wall at Kuala Lumpur International Airport read 12:41am 8 March, 2014.  Malaysian Airlines flight MH370, aka China Southern Airlines flight 748, departed Selangor, bound for Beijing, China. After signing off from connection with the Malay Control Tower at 1:07am, direct contact was lost.
We had another item missing in February 2014 however the newspapers were not connecting.  “When the American were withdrawing from Afghanistan, one of their command and control systems (used for controlling the pilotless drones) was hijacked by the Talebans when the American transport convoy was moving down from one of the hill top bases. The Talebans ambushed the convoy and killed 2 American Seal personnel, seized the equipment/weapons, including the command and control system which weighed about 20 tons packed into 6 crates.
This happened about a month ago in Feb 2014.
Was this the way the plane could have been over riden?  Or is their more to come as the pieces of the puzzle started to fall into place within the systems of the crimes and how pieces of the puzzle fall together by many around the world.  The wall of secret is the problem I noticed.
Inspectors 10 days earlier found the airplane sound mechanically was it the same plane crossed my mind?

The lack of a radio call “suggests something very sudden and very violent happened,” said William Waldock, who teaches accident investigation at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona.  Or was it planned?

I post this information before the fact in case these reports are confirmed true at a later date:

I just heard from a US military source (Wed March 12, 2014) from Thailand, who had relayed information to me early last Monday concerning the missing airliner.

"The airliner was shot down by accident by a Navy destroyer after aircraft was picked up on radar observed doing a series of questionable maneuvers. These acts were determined by the ships crew to be hostile toward their vessel... not sure what Navy was on scene...currently checking nationality of military war ships operating in area at time... two missiles fired... one hit..... aircraft exploded into the sea".

4 days later the Patent was filed.

I would put my ideas up on facebook then I noticed how many would just look and do nothing.  For some they would join my facebook and others were watching my You Tube Channel Sparkling Chandeliers all for the reason.

The Patient for the Batteries and energy , yes the employees were all military technology enginners I think- all patent holders for the a company from Texas.  Who is indirectly owned by the Rothschild family the research was leading me.  The patent that those employees were apart of was not filed until after the plane was lost, the MH370. 

It was called the secret patent KL-03 micro controller was recently developed by the corporation for use in military radar systems.  Freescale RF a division of Freescale Semiconductor develops the radar, avionics and missile guidance systems for the military.  By this company alone their were 17 billion computer chips produced by the company in use around the world today. 

Four days after the flight disappeared the patent was issued for the new semiconductor tenchnology.  That license was awarded to five parties – Freestyle Semiconductor and four Chinese employees of the company all of which were on the MH370 plane which went missing.

The Vice-president Mitch Haws of Investor relations for Freescale said, “These were people with a lot of experience and technical background and they were very important people.  It’s definitely a loss for the company.”

We have the timing now the passengers on MH370 have been declared dead, the entire patent can now be awarded to the company, currently owned by Jacob Rothschild.  This is the same Rothschild family who own and manage many of the world’s largest banks and other financial institutions.

After MH370 disappeared from civilian radar in the early hours of March 8, the plane was flown westward from its intended path to Beijing, turning around at Checkpoint Igari in the South China Sea.

 “SIA68 (the Singapore Airlines jet) would have had no knowledge that MH370 was anywhere around and as it entered Indian airspace, it would have shown… with only the transponder information of SIA68 lighting up military radar screens,” he said

From there, it flew on to Checkpoint Vampi, northeast of Indonesia’s Aceh province and a navigational point used for planes following route N571 to the Middle East.

Subsequent plots indicate the plane flew towards Checkpoint Gival, south of the Thai island of Phuket, and was last plotted heading northwest towards another checkpoint, Igrex, used for route P628 that would take it over the Andaman Islands and which carriers use to fly towards Europe.

The complexity involved led aviation experts to set their sights on the pilots and crew.  “When the plane first disappeared there was a possibility of terrorism – that’s still a very real possibility,” he said. 

The plane was carrying top secret cargo with 20 experts within the battery industry on board.  Was this the hidden reason.  No one would think that if this technology could destroy the petrol industry then it would be cargo worth hijacking.  I had a reason now like many of the others were looking for the plane, I had kept thinking it was all relating for the power and the money.  The puppets strings were pulled as the hijacker thought he was going to meet allegedly the blue turban like the cat and mouse game I have been exposing.  That is if these 12 vortex’s around the world have been planned attacked strategies.

‘A US technology company which had 20 senior staff on board Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 had just launched a new electronic warfare gadget for military radar systems in the days before the Boeing 777 went missing.

Freescale Semiconductor, which makes powerful microchips for industries including defence, released the powerful new products to the American market on March 3.

Five days later, Flight MH370 took off from Kuala Lumpur for Beijing with 239 people on board including 20 working for Freescale. Twelve were from Malaysia, while eight were Chinese nationals.

Freescale’s spokesman Mitch Haws has said: “These were all people with a lot of experience and technical background and they were very important people. “It’s definitely a loss for the company.”

Freescale’s shareholders include the Carlyle Group of private equity investors whose past advisers have included ex-US president George Bush Sr and former British Prime Minister John Major.’

Kuala Lumpur: Malaysia Airlines has defended carrying on its missing airliner a consignment of lithium-ion batteries that have previously been blamed for causing fires on aircraft.

The airline’s chief executive Ahmad Jauhari Yahya said the cargo was not considered hazardous as long as the packaging was done in accordance with international standards.

They have been linked with the crash of a plane in Dubai in 2010 and a fire on an aircraft in the US in 2006.

The US-based Federal Aviation Administration says there were 141 air incidents involving batteries carried as cargo or baggage between 1991 and February this year.

Ahmad Jauhari told a media briefing in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday night the consignment aboard the ill-fated MH370 was done in compliance with the International Civil Aviation Organisation and the International Air Transport Association requirements.

“Despite the reports, it (the battery cargo) is deemed non-hazardous cargo, provided it is handled in accordance to very specific and strict guidelines and compliance,” he said.

“This is done by all airlines.”

Malaysia’s acting transport minister Hishammuddin Hussein said the cargo manifest of the MH370 was being studied by investigators.

He said preliminary investigation did not show anything in the cargo that could have contributed the disappearance of the Boeing 777 with 239 people on board.

The cargo manifest has not been made public. 

March 21 — An international investigation has started on a phone call made from the cockpit of the Malaysia Airlines aircraft by its pilot before Flight MH370 took off on March 8, Malaysia Airlines chief executive Ahmad Jauhari Yahya said today. -

The police had been ordered to dig deeper into the backgrounds of the 12 crew and 227 passengers after Malaysian authorities confirmed that the flight’s communications had been deliberately disabled before the Boeing 777-200ER swerved left from its eastward route to Beijing.

On March 15, the police had searched Zaharie’s and co-pilot Fariq Abdul Hamid’s houses, where they had recovered a self-built flight simulator, among other items, from the former’s home.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar told reporters that an examination of the flight simulator revealed that it contained three aviation programmes — Flight Simulator X, Flight Simulator IX, and X-flight 10.

The two “Flight Simulator” titles are published by Microsoft and marketed to the public.

Khalid also revealed that the data logs of all three games were wiped out on February 3.

Deleting files would not necessarily represent anything unusual, especially if it were to free up memory space, but investigators would want to check the files for any signs of unusual flight paths that could help explain where the missing plane went. 

Today it was also revealed that a remote island in the middle of the Indian Ocean with a runway long enough to land a Boeing 777 was programmed into the home flight simulator of the pilot of the missing Malaysia Airlines plane.

Police are now urgently investigating whether Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah had practised landing at Diego Garcia, an island south of the Maldives occupied by the US navy.

Captain Shah, a father-of-three, was passionate about his simulator, which he built using off-the-shelf parts.

Capt Zaharie had joined an online flight simulator community called X-Sim and after making his simulator, in November 2012 he posted a message about its 'awesome view' inviting 'buddies' to get in touch so they could take the simulator 'to the next level of simulation. Motion!'

Officials believe that someone with detailed knowledge of both the Boeing 777 and commercial aviation navigation switched off two vital datalinks: the ACARS system, which relays maintenance data back to the ground, and the transponder, which enables the plane to be seen by civilian radar.

The source close to the investigation said that it was thought 'highly probable that ACARS was switched off prior to the final verbal message' received for the cockpit.

Ledgerwood, a hobby pilot and aviation enthusiast, said he discovered the theory noticing that another flight of Singapore Airlines (SIA68) was flying from Singapore over the Andaman Sea at the same time. Quoting the military radar data that traced the direction of the missing plane near Malacca Strait, he says it flew with disabled radars and transponders listening to ATC instructions to the Singapore Airlines (SIA68) in the vicinity.

"I investigated further and plotted the exact coordinates of Singapore Airlines flight number 68's location at 1815UTC onto the aviation map. I quickly realized that SIA68 was in the immediate vicinity as the missing MH370 flight at precisely the same time. Moreover, SIA68 was en route on a heading towards the same IGREX waypoint on airway P628 that the Malaysian military radar had shown MH370 headed towards at precisely the same time."

Singapore Airlines flew across the Andaman Sea into the Bay of Bengal and finally into India's airspace from there it to have proceeded across India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and finally Turkmenistan before proceeding onward across Europe to its final destination of Barcelona, Spain.

A report emerged from the Russian and European Union media on Tuesday said the US had seized MH370. Quoting a statement claimed to be from the main intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces (GRU) at Kremlin in Russia, media reports said Russian agencies were 'puzzled' as to why the United States Navy captured and then diverted the plane to their vast and highly secretive naval base Diego Garcia in the southern part of the Indian Ocean.

The reports said the aircraft had been diverted by the US remotely with the help of a fly-by-wire (FBW) system that replaces the conventional manual flight controls with an electronic interface allowing it to be controlled like any drone-type aircraft.

The GRU was keeping a tab on the flight as it believed that there was a 'suspicious' cargo on board, which was earlier traced to the Republic of Seychelles where it kept aboard the US-flagged container ship, the MV Maersk Alabama.

The theory goes further attacking the US government by linking this cargo with the suspicious death of two highly trained US Navy Seals -- Mark Daniel Kennedy, 43, and Jeffrey Keith Reynolds, 44, who had been allegedly protecting the cargo on board the US cargo ship. However, the deaths of Navy Seals was reported in the international media earlier. Also it adds that Moscow had alerted China's ministry of state security (MSS) about the flight carrying 'highly suspicious' cargo before the flight.

Managing editor of the Maldives newspaper Haveeru, Ismail Naseer, says about 12 people reported that they saw the plane flying at 3,000 feet.

He said the reports came in after the newspaper ran a story on the missing plane.

"Normally, that route is used for a seaplane, that is a very small plane, but the people told us that they saw a very big plane, like an Airbus," he said.

The Boeing 777-200ER disappeared a week ago with 239 people onboard, including six Australians, during a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.

"Based on this new data the aviation authorities of Malaysia and their international counterparts have determined that the plane's last communication with the satellite was in one of two possible corridors," he said.

"The northern corridor, stretching approximately from the border of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan to southern Thailand, or the southern corridor, stretching across from Indonesia to the southern Indian Ocean.

The revelation that at least two passengers used stolen passports to board the missing Malaysian Airlines flight has highlighted a large failure in the global passport network.

More than 1 billion passengers boarded planes last year without having their passports checked to see if they were lost or stolen.

BREAKING NEWS: Prime Minister Tony Abbott has announced that two new “objects” have been spotted 2500 kilometres south-west of Perth, that may be linked to flight ‪#‎MH370. The first object is said to be grey or green and circular, the second orange and rectangular.

The pings, automatically transmitted every hour from the aircraft after the rest of its communications systems stopped, indicated it continued flying for hours after it disappeared from its flight path from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.

From the time the signals took to reach the satellite and the angle of elevation, Inmarsat was able to provide two arcs, one north and one south that the aircraft could have taken.

Inmarsat's scientists then interrogated the faint pings using a technique based on the Doppler effect, which describes how a wave changes frequency relative to the movement of an observer, in this case the satellite, a spokesman said.

"We then took the data we had from the aircraft and plotted it against the two tracks, and it came out as following the southern track," Jonathan Sinnatt, head of corporate communications at Inmarsat, said.

The company then compared its theoretical flight path with data received from Boeing 777s it knew had flown the same route, he said, and it matched exactly.

I sent an email to the Prime minister of Australia about the probability of having two different planes with the same registration number in the world would be the easiest way to hide a plane  without damaging it.

There was a facebook feed  regarding the photographs.  I look at photographs for the little things I feel it’s easier when the spirits contact me if I have studied the photographs.  I noticed the front wheel cover within one of the last plane pictures showed either the plane had some repair work or we allegedly really could have two planes circling within the world.

When I took my picture(s) of Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777-200, 9M–MRO – I didn't think much of it, other than that it was a beautiful fall day here in Southern California…

Earlier this spring, 2014, I learned that Malaysia Airlines would quit flying to Los Angeles altogether and with that eliminate all flights to the US, so I decided to pay a little extra attention to Malaysia Airlines…

A couple of days later, I saw on the news, that a Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 was missing.

I wondered if I might have a shot of this particular aircraft, and a quick search on "9m-mro" on my computer revealed that I did…that discovery created a strange feeling.

I started to think as I go over the evidence it will  lead me to the direction of allegedly  the criminal gang or system.  Names will come up.

For the plane to stay undetected there are a few things that can be done:

Terrain mapping by the pilots; flying low and hugging the terrain to evade radar detection to get to a point where it could shadow another plane. This has been soundly debunked as implausible for a jumbo sized airliner with a radar signature some 50 times the size of a jet fighter which could possibly fly as low as 50 to 100m above ground and dodging trees, hills and High Tension lines strung across valleys in familiar terrain

Plane disappears from civil radar but not military.

Thai military radar apparently tracked MH370 "intermittently", as one spokesperson commented: 
“The unknown aircraft’s signal was sending out intermittently, on and off, and on and off”.

This shows the airplane was allegedly planned as the radar was being blocked in part many people related to this.

MH370 was remotely hijacked by an AWACS plane with radar blocking capability with the intention to fly it to Diego Garcia for its Cargo, the passengers, or both,

According to records on plane registration an identical Malaysian Airlines sister airplane Boeing 777-200 was previously sold to GA Telesis which was re-registered and flown to Tel Aviv on 4 September 2013. 

According to Bollyn.com: 
Malaysian Air 777 manufacturer serial number 28416 registered as 9M-MRI was sold to GA Telesis on 21 Oct 2013 and now registered as N105GT. So the image below shows this aircraft still registered as 9M-MRI and stored at Tarbes Lourdes Pyrenees on 04 Oct 2013, and then on 04 Sep 2013 it’s re-registered as N105GT and stored at Tel Aviv. 
The last time that this Malaysian Boeing 777 had been seen was in November 2013 when it was landing in Tel Aviv. Since then that airplane had never been seen again. 

It was stored for dissembling but then was obviously NOT dissembled but it was spotted when flying to Tel Aviv in November 2013. 
Since then, the 777 Malaysian Airlines has not been seen. 

Beijing 26 March 2014 

Malaysian officials told Chinese relatives in Beijing that there is “sealed evidence” which can’t be released.
The sealed evidence included air traffic control radio transcript, radar data and airport security recordings.

It has been disclosed that MI6, CIA and Chinese Intelligence Agencies are involved investigating the disappearance of MH370, fueling speculation that terrorism is high on the list of possible causes for the mysterious vanishing of the Boeing 777.

“What does this all mean? Autopilot is out of options. You see, here is the simple problem--none of the possible paths can be reconciled with a geodesic (Great Circle) which means that the plane turned at multiple points. How could it turn? Well, the plane was “flown” to its final location--either manually by a human, or by a program entered into the flight management system. These results strongly suggest that wherever MH370 is, the odds are that someone wanted it there.” 

This conclusion is lending further credence to the theory that the plane was deliberately flown to a destination where it will never be found so that the identical plane in storage in Tel Aviv can be used for a false flag terror op, blaming Iran for it in an attempt by the Zio Warmonger State to get its long desired war with their perceived nemesis, peaceful Iran. 

6 April 2014 report:

The aircraft deliberately skirted Indonesian airspace as it went off the grid and veered off course, a senior Malaysian government source told CNN.

After reviewing radar track data from neighboring countries, officials have concluded that the passenger jet curved north of Indonesia before turning south toward the southern Indian Ocean, a senior Malaysian government source told CNN on Sunday.

CNN aviation analyst Miles O'Brien said the new route includes designated waypoints that pilots and air traffic controllers use.

"This particular route that is laid out happens to coincide with some of these named intersections," he said. "So what it shows is an experienced pilot somewhere in the mix on this."

Two police officers will appear in court following investigations into alleged misconduct.

The alleged offences took place on Tuesday 5 November 2013 while they were on duty.

Officers from the Professional Standards Command began an investigation and issued court attendance notices to the officers, both male senior constables, yesterday (Thursday 1 May 2014).

Both officers were charged with neglect of duty while one was also charged with misconduct in public office (common law).

The men, attached to the Southern Region, will appear at Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday 17 June 2014.

Detectives from the Fraud and Cybercrime Squad have released CCTV of a number of men who police believe can assist with their investigation into an ATM skimming syndicate.

Since the middle of January 2014, detectives have noticed a marked increase in the incidence of ATM skimming throughout Sydney.

More than 40 ATMs have been targeted in a number of Sydney suburbs, including Artarmon, Avalon, Balmain, Bexley, Bondi Junction, Burwood, Campsie, Caringbah, Chatswood, Clovelly, Dee Why, Double Bay, Dural, Gordon, Hurstville, Haymarket, Kingsford, Mona Vale, Mosman, Neutral Bay, Parramatta, Ramsgate, Rockdale, Seven Hills, Strathfield, St Ives and the Sydney CBD.

Police from the Fraud and Cybercrime Squad are investigating the incidents and believe those responsible are part of an organised group with links to Eastern Europe.

Last month, on Thursday 13 March 2014, two foreign nationals –one Hungarian and Romanian – were arrested after allegedly tampering with an ATM on Market Street in Sydney. Both men are currently before the courts.

The Commander of the Fraud and Cybercrime Squad, Detective Superintendent Arthur Katsogiannis, said police believe there are still a number of people out there fitting skimming devices to vulnerable ATMs.

“Our investigation, which has been strongly supported by a number of banks, suggests that the spike in ATM skimming incidents can be attributed to an organised syndicate targeting ATMs in suburbs right across Sydney,” Detective Superintendent Katsogiannis said.

“The skimming devices the group are using are capable of copying card details while a tiny video camera records people entering their personal identification numbers.

“A copy of the compromised card is then created, with all of the capabilities of the original, allowing the group to access the account holders’ funds at liberty.

“While we have arrested some members of the group, we know there are still a number out there, so cardholders need to exercise caution when using ATMs.

“Make sure you carefully cover the hand entering the PIN with your other hand, a newspaper or a magazine.

“It’s also important to regularly check your bank account transactions so that if you spot any suspicious withdrawals you can contact your financial institution before more money goes missing.”

Detectives have today (Monday 28 April 2014) released CCTV of a number of men who they believe can assist with their investigation.

Rolling vision captured at an ATM on Market Street in Sydney during the evening of Friday 28 March depicts two men who police believe can assist with their investigation.

The first man captured in the vision is described as being of Eastern European appearance and aged in his twenties or early thirties. In the vision he is wearing a navy blue, long-sleeved shirt.

The second man captured in the vision is described as being of Eastern European appearance and aged in his twenties or early thirties. In the vision, he is wearing a navy blue polo shirt and black baseball cap.

In addition to the rolling CCTV, detectives have also released one CCTV still of one other man who may be able to assist police with their investigation.

The CCTV still was captured at an ATM on Beamish Street in Campsie on Friday 21 March 2014. The man depicted in the image is described as being of Eastern European appearance and aged in his late thirties or forties. In the image, he is wearing a light-coloured, long-sleeved shirt, dark pants and shoes and a dark baseball cap.

'Spiritual healer' arrested for sexual and indecent assault - SCC Sex Crimes Squad

A man who offered ‘spiritual healing’ services from a property in Sydney’s west during the early 2000s has been arrested over alleged sexual and indecent assault offences.

In January 2014, detectives from the Sex Crimes Squad were informed about the alleged sexual and indecent assault of a woman who had visited a ‘spiritual healer’ at a property on Station Street, Wentworthville, in August 2002.

The woman, who was aged 27 at the time, had contacted the man after seeing a ‘Spiritual Consultation’ advertisement in a community newspaper.

The man, who police allege claimed to be a spiritual healer with expertise in astrology, numerology, meditation and black magic, advised the woman to visit him at his business on Station Street in Wentworthville.

The woman visited the man on two occasions during August 2002. During the first consultation, he allegedly indecently assaulted her.

During the second consultation, which took place about a week later, he allegedly indecently and sexually assaulted her.

The assaults are alleged to have been undertaken under the guise of a spiritual healing technique, and the man warned the woman not to tell anyone about them.

After being made aware of the allegations earlier this year, Sex Crimes Squad detectives formed Strike Force Yorkfield to investigate the assaults.

Earlier today (Monday 14 April 2014), they arrested a 49-year-old man in the Bexley North area.

He was taken to Kogarah Police Station where he is expected to be charged with one count of sexual assault and two counts of indecent assault.

Police expect the man will be refused bail to appear in Kogarah Local Court today.

Three arrested following investigation into illegal firearm supply - Strike Force Bootle

Three people have been arrested during raids relating to the sale of illegal weapons in Western Sydney.

Strike Force Bootle was established by detectives from Penrith Local Area Command in October 2013 to investigate the sale of illegal firearms in Sydney’s west.

Throughout the investigation, officers obtained 13 firearms and various calibres of ammunition.

Following extensive inquiries, police from North West Metropolitan Region, assisted by specialist units, executed six simultaneous search warrants at Windsor, Greystanes, Londonderry, Castlereagh, St Marys and Warilla, about 6.15am today (Tuesday 1 April 2014).

During today’s search warrants, investigators located and seized five firearms, various calibres of ammunition, illicit drugs and steroids.

A 55-year-old Windsor man was arrested by officers attached the Tactical Operations Unit.

Investigators also arrested a 45-year-old Greystanes man and 43-year-old Wentworthville woman during the raids.

The men were taken to Penrith Police Station and the woman was taken to Oak Flats Police Station, where they are assisting with inquiries.

Investigations are continuing and further arrests are expected.

Within the Kings Cross Sting, Drug network down near the border of NSW was noted

Inquiries are continuing after a function being held at an alleged OMCG clubhouse in Wagga Wagga was shut down.

About 8.40pm on Saturday 29 March 2014 Wagga Wagga police attended premises at Edward Street, Wagga Wagga in relation to a function being held at those premises which is alleged to have been used as a clubhouse for the Rebels OMCG.

Police were aware the premise was not licensed to be used as an entertainment facility.

A number of items including unopened bottles of spirits and documents were seized from the premises.

The function was shut down and those inside left without incident.

Inquiries regarding the unlawful sale of alcohol are continuing.

Woman charged with drug supply as part of investigation into strange gambling patterns - SCC Organised Crime Squad

An investigation sparked by suspicious gambling patterns at a Sydney casino has resulted in a woman being arrested and charged with commercial drug supply.

Last year (2013), detectives from the Organised Crime Squad’s Casino and Racing Investigation Unit became aware of a number of people gambling suspicious amounts of money at a Sydney casino.

Detectives formed Strike Force Randine to investigate the strange gambling patterns and, in doing so, became aware of the recruitment of people with gambling debts to travel to countries in Asia to collect parcels of ephedrine, a pre-cursor in the manufacture of methylamphetamine (’ice’). Police will allege the manufactured ‘ice’ was then supplied throughout the Sydney metropolitan area.

On Thursday 31 October 2013, a coordinated operation by police resulted in the arrest of five people, and the seizure of a loaded firearm, ammunition, $280,000 in cash, drugs and pre-cursor chemicals.

All five were charged, and their matters remain before the court.

Yesterday (Monday 17 March 2014), a further arrest was made when a 39-year-old woman attended Fairfield Police Station with her lawyer. Police allege the woman was involved in organising the importation of more than 4kg of ephedrine and, consequently, charged her with supply commercial quantity of prohibited drugs.

The woman was refused bail by police to appear in Fairfield Local Court, where she was subsequently granted bail to appear in Central Local Court on 15 April 2014.

The investigation by Strike Force Randine continues.

I saw your page on Katie Oshea missing person.  I research into the underworld and the links to patterns within the murders and missing persons.  I didn't know about your son until today.  I'm sorry, yet I read your frustration and could hear the corruption within the search you have hit upon within the Adelaide Police.  I write The Kings Cross Sting.  I write about the Scorpion Rituals.  Your son I feel is allegedly murdered.  Where did he go on that first day from Darwin down to Ballarat?  I find systems, google the towns, in this area it will show up other missing persons or murders which might connect in.  I call them the scorpion rituals as the gang members I found in Sydney have the black scorpion tattoo.  I link the timing to meteor showers as within the gang they find this the magicK for the murder to happen and within their mythology it gives them protection as they allegedly practise black magicK rituals linking to a cult which links to the Outlaw gang.

What I have found within the system the person is normally taken during the daylight hours so this may help with particular area to search.

Cannonvale Missing Persons a pattern?

Police have renewed their appeal for public assistance to help locate a 46-year-old man missing from Cannonvale.

Family and friends of Nicholas Luchetta hold serious concerns for his wellbeing as he has not made contact with them since October 11.

Mr Luchetta (pictured) is described as being Caucasian, 190cm tall with a proportionate build, tanned complexion, short brown hair and blue eyes.

It is believed he suffers from a medical condition.

Anyone with information in regards to his whereabouts or any other information which could assist in the investigation is urged to contact Airlie Beach Police on 4948 8888 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 555 000.

CANNONVALE man Michael Leslie Devitt is one of many people in the spotlight this week, National Missing Persons Week.

Police are still trying to find Mr Devitt, who was reported missing by his family in February 2010.

During National Missing Persons Week, Mackay police are working with Queensland police to promote awareness about this year’s theme, ‘when someone goes missing, more than one person is lost’.

A REWARD of $250,000 remains for information which could solve the murder of Dorothy Mavis Britton at Airlie Beach.

It was the 16th anniversary of Mrs Britton's brutal death yesterday and police reminded everyone that this unsolved crime has a major reward.

"In addition to $250,000, an appropriate indemnity from prosecution will be recommended for any accomplice, not being the person who actually committed the crime, who first gives information," police said.

Mrs Britton, aged 48, died as a result of a single shotgun wound to the head and a murder weapon has never been located.

When relatives could not contact her the next day, a daughter-in-law went to the home in Timberlands Rd, Jubilee Pocket.

On entering the premises she found the body and phoned Whitsunday police and a nearby friend of the family.

Investigators believed that robbery was not a motive as Mrs Britton's handbag containing cash was undisturbed and the dwelling did not give the appearance of having been ransacked.

Mrs Britton was on a bed in the main bedroom and there did not appear to be signs of a struggle.

Subsequent investigations revealed that Mrs Britton had attended folk art in Pleasant Dr at Cannonvale between 9.15am and 12.30pm the previous day and had not been seen after that.

Neighbours reported that they could not recall hearing the Britton's dog barking.

Police were unable to locate a shotgun, which was missing from the property. It was long barrelled with a single trigger that had to be cocked before firing.

There was a lever on the top used to break open the shotgun.

It was considered that clothing work by the person responsible for the shooting may have become bloodstained while committing the offence, requiring them to wash themselves, or wash or dispose of their clothing.

Credit Card Fraud exposed.

NSW Police Force

Detectives from the Fraud and Cybercrime Squad and officers from the Australian Federal Police (AFP) have arrested a man wanted in relation to nearly 100 fraud-related offences.

Last year, detectives from the Fraud and Cybercrime Squad formed Strike Force Kaye to investigate fraud offences after numerous electronic devices were found during a search warrant at a property in The Rocks on 10 May 2013.

Inquiries led to police uncovering an alleged fraud syndicate involved in hacking, identity crime and other fraud offences, as well as the use of a Costa Rica-based currency transfer and payment-processing company to launder money. That company was shut down by an overseas government last year.

Numerous people have been arrested and charged and remain before the court in Sydney after being charged by Strike Force Kaye detectives.

Early yesterday (Tuesday 25 February 2014), Strike Force Kaye detectives and officers from the AFP executed a search warrant at a property in Brisbane, where they arrested a 23-year-old man.

The man, who was arrested and charged by NSW Police for a number of fraud-related offences last February (2013), failed to show up at a number of scheduled court appearances, resulting in police issuing 14 warrants for his arrest. The warrants relate to 96 fraud-related offences, which allegedly amounted to more than $1.8 million.

Included in the list of 96 offences are charges relating to:

- The unauthorised transfer of funds from multiple bank accounts;

- The forging of identification documents, including drivers licenses;

- The sale of non-existent goods via an online marketplace; and,

- Numerous cases of credit card fraud.

Following the man’s arrest, officers from the AFP executed a search warrant at one of his relative’s homes in Melbourne. During the search, police located and seized a large amount of cash and numerous electronic devices.

The man appeared before court in Brisbane yesterday, and will be extradited to Sydney later today (Wednesday 26 February 2014).

The AFP are expected to lay additional charges in relation to the man’s recent activities at a later date.

The Commander of the NSW Police Force’s Fraud and Cybercrime Squad, Detective Superintendent Arthur Katsogiannis, commended Strike Force Kaye detectives for their remarkable efforts.

“To date, 18 people have been arrested and collectively charged with more than 236 fraud-related offences,” Detective Superintendent Katsogiannis said.

“Strike Force Kaye detectives have done an excellent job. They have been absolutely relentless in their pursuit of people who we believe have fraudulently obtained millions of dollars worth of ill-gotten gains.”

Detective Superintendent Katsogiannis added that while fraud is often a silent crime, its impact on victims can be devastating.

“Unlike armed robberies or bag-snatches which typically occur while the victim is present, fraud victims are often completely unaware that they are being robbed,” Detective Superintendent Katsogiannis said.

“Yet the impact on the victim can be equally as devastating. Some victims of fraud lose their entire life savings; their whole life’s work lost as a result of a scam undertaken by a greedy criminal.

“If you suspect you may have been the victim of fraud, or you know of anyone who is committing fraudulent acts, please contact Crime Stoppers immediately.”

AFP Manager Cyber Crime Operations, Commander Glen McEwen, praised the joint work of the two agencies.

“This is an example of effective cross-jurisdictional cooperation in combating cybercrime activities,” Commander Glen McEwen said.

Four people charged after Darlinghurst, Surry Hills raids

Four people have been arrested and charged with numerous drug offences after search warrants were executed at Darlinghurst and Surry Hills.

Officers attached to the Surry Hills Proactive Team have been investigating the alleged supply of prohibited drugs within the Surry Hills Local Area Command.

Following an exhaustive investigation, police yesterday (Tuesday 25 February 2014), executed four search warrants on houses in Darlinghurst and Surry Hills.

As a result of ongoing inquiries, police have arrested and charged three men – aged 23, 28 and 34 – and a 31-year-old woman.

They were charged with a total of 20 offences, including;

• Ongoing supply prohibited drug;
• Agree to supply prohibited drug;
• Supply prohibited drug; and
• Possess prohibited drug.

During the past few months, police have seized more than 380 ecstasy tablets, almost one litre of liquid GHB, cocaine and other prohibited drugs, with an estimated potential street value of more than $16,000.

All four were refused bail to appear before Central Local Court today (Wednesday 26 February 2014).

Surry Hills Local Area Command Crime Manager, Detective Inspector Craig Middleton, said the arrests were the result of a lot of hard work and dedication.

“A lot of time and preparation goes into these types of operations. This should be a warning to anyone who profits from the sale of prohibited drugs as we will target you.

“We believe we have dismantled an important drug syndicate, which is a great result particularly as we endeavour to provide a safe environment for everyone involved in the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras this weekend,” Detective Inspector Middleton said.

Drugs, credit cards seized during Botany search

A man is due to appear in court today charged after drugs and credit cards – believed to have been stolen – were found in a home in Botany.

The 50-year-old man was arrested at Mascot Police Station yesterday and allegedly found to be carrying cannabis, methamphetamine and GHB as well as credit cards and gift cards not in his name.

A search warrant was executed on his home in Edward Street, Botany, where police allege more drugs were seized as well as chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamines.

Police will also allege they found mail along with more gift cards and credit cards.

The man has been charged with five counts of having goods in custody suspected of being stolen, and seven counts of drug possession.

He has been bail refused overnight to appear in Waverley Local Court today (Tuesday 25 February 2014).

Investigations are continuing.

A man has been charged with supplying a prohibited drug during an operation at a strip club in Kings Cross last year.

Strike Force Dalmatia, comprising officers from the Kings Cross Drug Unit, was established in April 2013 to investigate the supply of prohibited drugs in strip clubs and licensed premises.

Police will allege the man sold cocaine and methylamphetamine at a strip club on Darlinghurst Road on 24 November 2013.

Yesterday (Sunday 23 February 2014) the 21-year-old from Blacktown presented himself to Kings Cross Police Station and was arrested.

He was charged with two counts of supplying a prohibited drug and granted conditional bail to appear in Downing Centre Local Court on 10 March 2014.

Investigations by Strike Force Dalmatia are continuing.

• More than 98 million Americans received one or more doses of polio vaccine from 1955 to 1963 when a proportion of vaccine was contaminated with SV40; it has been estimated that 10–30 million Americans could have received an SV40 contaminated dose of vaccine.
• SV40 virus has been found in certain types of cancer in humans, but it has not been determined that SV40 causes these cancers.
• The majority of scientific evidence suggests that SV40-contaminated vaccine did not cause cancer; however, some research results are conflicting and more studies are needed.
•   Polio vaccines being used today do not contain SV40. All of the current evidence indicates that polio vaccines have been free of SV40 since 1963.

JFK conclusion more than one shooter

The Zapruder film shows us when the last two shots hit the JFK limousine and the forensic facts tell us from whence they came. Witness statements support the timing of the last two shots seen on the Zapruder film.

There were bullet fragments found in the front seat area of the limousine and were fired from Lee H. Oswald's rifle. There was damage to the front windshield. One damaged area was a large dent in the chrome strip above the windshield on the inside. The bullet fragment that caused this damage would have made a significant sound upon impact and would have physically moved the front windshield window frame for an instant.

The first of the last two shots occurred as JFK was seen slumped to his left. This shot occurred in Z313. JFK is seen violently thrown back and to his left in subsequent Zapruder frames and witnesses tell us that JFK had a large hole in the back of his head. The last shot occurs at Z322 where it can be seen that a reflection flare in the vicinity of SSA Kellerman's head exhibits itself for just this one frame. So direct bullet impact shows up in just one frame for each shot. Since the reflection flare indicates that this is when the chrome was damaged then logic tells us that the shot was from Oswald's rifle. So we have two shots less than a second apart and from two different directions. Therefore there was a conspiracy in the murder of JFK.

Special Agent George W. Hickey, Jr. of the United States Secret Service riding in the car behind the President said in his report dated 11-22-63 "....I heard a loud report which sounded like a firecracker. ......I stood up and looked to my right and rear........Perhaps 2 or 3 seconds elapsed ......and then looked at the President. He was slumped forward and to his left, and was straightening up to an almost erect sitting position as I turned and looked. At the moment he was almost sitting erect I heard two reports which I thought were shots and that appeared to me completely different in sound than the first report and were in such rapid succession that there seemed to be practically no time element between them........."

My theory is and it is supported by evidence independent of Mr. Hickey that the shot sounds were 'pop..pop..POW...(pause)...POW.POW.' The 'pop..pop..POW' in my opinion was interpreted as sounding like a firecracker by Mr. Hickey. Many other ear witnesses reported that the first shot sounded like a firecracker or a motorcycle backfiring. Whatever the sounds witnesses actually heard for this firecracker sound it was later thought to be the first shot of three.

Mr. Hickey continued to say "....The first shot of the second two seemed as if it missed because the hair on the right side of his head flew forward and there didn't seem to be any impact against his head. The last shot seemed to hit his head and cause a noise at the point of impact which made him fall forward and to his left again. Possibly four or five seconds elapsed from the time of the first report and the last."

If one views the Zapruder film and studies the movements of the President during the head shot it becomes apparent that Mr. Hickey was viewing the reactions of the head shot in his descriptions of "...was straightening up..." and "..hair on the right side of his head flew forward.."

So the last shot occurred as the President was "..noise at the point of impact which made him fall forward and to his left again." We know that the head shot was at Zapruder film frame Z313 and we know JFK is falling forward and to his left again at Z330. This is essentially one second in time because Zapruder's camera has been measured to operate at 18.3 frames per second. The bullets hit their targets a fraction of a second ahead of the sounds that reached Hickey's ears and his mind's recognition of those sounds. Those two shots had to be less than a second apart.

Conclusions: The actual shooting sequence evidence does not support just a single shooter firing Oswald's rifle. It was determined by tests that a shooter using Oswald's rifle should take at least 2.3 seconds between shots.

Other agents in the motorcade reported similar sounds and sequence which support Hickey's account.

Special Agent William R. Greer, driver of the Presidential limousine said in his W.C. testimony "..The last two seemed to be just simultaneously, one behind the other...."

Special Agent Roy H. Kellerman operating the radio in the Presidential limousine said in his W. C. testimony ".."We are hit; get us to the hospital immediately". Now, in the seconds that I talked just now, a flurry of shells come into the car. ..."

Special Agent Winston G. Lawson in the car ahead of the Presidential limousine said in his W. C. testimony "...then I heard two more sharp reports, the second two were closer together than the first. "

Special Agent In Charge Emory P. Roberts riding in the car behind the Presidential limousine said in his report November 29, 1963 "12:30 p.m. First of three shots fired, at which time I saw the President lean towards Mrs. Kennedy. I do not know if it was the next shot or third shot that hit the President in the head, ...."
