Police Vs Weatherstone.

If the police has not actioned this I will be asking the courts on the 12 October 2012 in the district Court for the premises known as Sparkling Chandeliers 6/36A Darlinghurst Road Kings Cross be searched for the remains of Juanita Nielsen, Donald Mackay, with the same area as Juanita Nielsen holding the Beaumont Child Grant.  I will further that the Beaumont girls will have been utilised for child prostitution.

The searching of the brothel is very important to the case Police Vs Weatherstone as this discovery of the bodies will prove the motive and the heavies in Roslyn Street in July 2011 Police Intelligence as a reason for this presence.

The Heavies of the Hells Angels Essam Nicola Gerges and his son Sewe from Eastern Suburbs Chapter Hells Angels intimidated and terrorised me further from November 2011 and has since continued with Peter William Schaffer to keep the brothel shut and to hide the remains that have been placed in the area of the brothel where Essam Gerges painted the wall in Room F in Cream square to a location below the floor in the ladies toilets.

Essam Gerges, further in January 2012 onwards brought a sex worker into the brothel for further alleged organising of Child prostitutes Debra Miller who is connected to the Mary  mentioned in VIC Statement and in images on the CCTV.  The alleged payment to VIC is noted on the  Timeline and goods.  The fact that she was under 15 the part of the law where Hells  Angels utilise to terrorise and intimidate Child's play as VIC knew she would not be charged as under the law.

I have asked John Ibrahim to join me as he was 5 years old when Juanita Nielsen disappeared.  Allegedly Juanita Nielsen was exposing the company The Hells Angels Ltd and since he is the King of the Cross allegedly will know that the brothel was Abe Saffron's burial grounds for problems to remain unsolved till now.  All prior people to me in the brothel were allegedly selling drugs.  I wasn't.  We were working on turning this into a museum as the  history of the premises was what we were after, Madame Tilly Devine first user of the apartment, then William Dobell, Abe Saffron and then the Royal Commission history  of the brothel with the first Pink Pussycat Club is very important to Kings Cross.

Look at the logo, of Sparkling Chandeliers, a cocktail glass for the Pink Pussycat Club and Sparkling Chandeliers after Tilly Devine who always had a Sparkling Chandeliers over her dining room table.

The part where VIC statement shows that Jennifer had two guys show that the guy in Room F and had been on the CCTV images with VIC show that he was in control of the situtation.

The Kings Cross Sting, where it shows the people have gone back to alleged outlaw gang associates.

The fact that the police file went to Stephen Alexander Lawyers with confirmation by letter to Jennifer allegedly to monitor that the case did not touch on his clients.

John Peluso Barrister advised me on the 15 August 2012 that Greek Sammy/Sammy Sweet in the CCTV and the guy mentioned within Courtney's statement is a protected person and you can't do anything about it.

The question is why would the heavies in July 2011 in Roslyn Street on Police Intelligence relate to the time Bill Bayeh was out of goal and aware  that the brothel had the body of Juanita as the Bayeh's by the Royal Commission had the security from The Pink Pussycat Club to Love Machine which is from 36A Darlinghurst to Love Machine the Golden Mile.

July 2011 the threats to murder me by Roger Hegarty allegedly Hells Angel puppet yet he was replaced by Sammy Sweet/Greek Sam and is the 2nd guy within Police statement.

Yet without searching the brothel, the Court system and the police are not being fair with the continuation of Hells Angels to continue to close the brothel after the Police Charges.

All to close the brothel and hide the remains of allegedly Juanita Nielsen.

The references in history to a police search on about 22 July 1975 shows that the police didn't think that Juanita went far away from Kings Cross.

The references within the novels of Barry Ward and Tony Reeves books about Juanita Nielsen show they believed that her disappearance was in a building close by to the Carousel Club.

You will note that this was a brothel at the time, and a area with beds which is in a similar area to Barry Ward and Tony Reeves thought.

The Brothel was only accessed during that period via the fire stairs and was the very first Pink Pussycat Club in 1958 which Abe Saffron had and then closed and utilised the fire exit for the hidden gambling and prostitution from the Kitten Club and the Willow Cafe.

The history of 1971 Shirley Briffman I believe was when the thugs came to harass her and she paid the police for further protection.

The 1985-6 When the brothel S. Hardas paid the police I will further allege that this was for more Police protection as noted in the Royal Commission Madame Butterfly visited by heavies.

The police can't just treat this as a cold case, through the current police charges pending that intimidation, the threats to murder, extortion have all come about to close  the brothel to hide the remains of Juanita Nielsen.

Researching Kings Cross since 2009 for the information for a Museum for Kings Cross.  I am not a gang member, nor a thug or attached to a gang and this is the first time that the gangs and I have met I have never been able to understand why the police never investigated further the word extort on my statement interview, or my reply of having a couple of bad weeks to Detective Elizabeth Dean, I forgot its the system and how Hells Angels works where under 141 (a) no further investigation is utilised to allegedly hide any association.

With respect to Juanita Nielsen and Case D/2011/208952.

On the 7 December I attended Kings Cross Police I firstly was spoken to by Inspector Thorn who explained that my Solicitor was called due to the events that they wanted a chronological date order for Juanita Nielsen, no need for a legal representation as I never knew Juanita personally at all.

I have tried to do dates during my emails, and if you look back through Crimestoppers when the Showgirls went down I made comment about MacDonalds as unidentified.  You will see some characteristics in my writing.

As a brothel owner, you are expected to do certain things.  It is hard, when the threats are vivid and constantly in your face by people that you should be trusting.

I sat down at Kings Cross Police station awaiting my solicitor wondering why they had Nadia Long attending.  I hadn’t asked her to attend the police Inspector Thorn had liasoned with her directly.  My husband and myself are not working, we have no income for payment.  Actually my husband needs 24 hour care.  To be asked to go to Kings Cross Police Station was a drama for him that I was away so long added stress that my husband did not need.

When I was actually invited in by Inspector MacDonald and a Detective that I forgot his name or he didn’t mention his surname. The main talk was about me not being the right type of person to run a brothel in Kings Cross that I should get out now.  I am a Justice of the Peace since 1985, I have actually been a good citizen.  I am not use to threats of violence and to where the Kings Cross threats are fake or real.  Concrete boots I was offered by one person if I didn’t cooperate.  He explained to me that he could get me sorted back in May or so.  He left without much incident and then one after another of people with abilities in fighting came.  See I have no ability to fight, I am a lady.

Inspector MacDonald and Detective, explained that this is Kings Cross and they turn a blind eye to a lot. I said the necessary evil.  I was told to stop doing the police work? Inspector MacDonald and this Detective will do this?  And turn a blind eye as they were telling me to the real problem the extortion, standover tactics of Kings Cross.

Well if they turn a blind eye, why was I charged for VICTIM ?  See it should be fair across the board.

The talk about who may be sending the threats to me, were spoken about Frank Amante, Roger Hegarty and Michelle sex worker from Porkies and Astoria Hotel Room 117 who is coming and going from the brothel at the moment.

I was told by Inspector Thorn, that Kings Cross is not Double bay shops.  That I hadn’t looked at a business plan, where I answered it was 6 jobs a night and we thought we could do it.  I wasn’t born with a silver spoon in my mouth either I said back to Inspector Thorn.  Even Chop has been thinking about how to keep the girls and work the business.  See a brothel is just rooms when you think about it.  The ladies make it the brothel otherwise it is commercial suite.

They told me, Inspector MacDonald and the Detective I had to break lease, get out of the business and start civil action against Chop.  Well in reality, I haven’t been earning anything from the brothel as the girls asked for subs continual.  Even Chop his partner Sonia asked for a sub from me for money which I didn’t do the other night. 

Inspector Thorn explained that the Kings Cross area is a different world.  That the people wanting wages or protection money is a norm up here.  I explained I thought protection money stopped around 2003 when the Royal Commissions.  They explained that it is Kings Cross.  Why pay protection money when your not doing drugs?  Why has this brothel been extorted before 1986, 2003, 2009, 2010, 2011?

Inspector Thorn did not attend this interview, see the not laying the AVO on Roger Hegarty was one of the small incidents that has hurt my case as this was a constant pressure from Hells Angels, or another gang.

Each item alone from a member of a gang member I believe by Inspector MacDonald is legal except when you look that each member does a little and the joint effort is the problem, this is conspiracy I would believe.  The law is hard when the gangs are so hidden behind the clubs.  So you don’t know who is a bikie member or not.  Inspector MacDonald protecting who?

This paying for protection that Inspector MacDonald and the Detective thought was the normal, has been the item that in July was the first major incident that I had not been able to deal with the threats on life and threats to kill me, payments for $10000.00 and a monthly rate of $1000.00.  Following the advice from the police I actually took the AVO out through the court system at the Downing Centre Local Court on Roger Hegarty/Stuart which now enabled the police to protect me however the AVO wasn’t serviced on Roger from August to November 2011 inspite of my many attempts to have it served and letters to the Commissioners office.  By looking at the facts, the police needed the AVO served on Roger to protect not just me however the business too, this time delay seemed to be looked at as the Police were not keen to serve the AVO.  In reality the AVO is just a piece of paper it is not a charge of doing anything bad on that person.  The Drug squad Marty Hyde explained to me when they did the drug raid on Sparkling Chandeliers that without the AVO the police could not protect us.  Marty Hyde explained did I know people along the strip for protection.

This is so wrong, that the police are turning a blind eye for extortion/protection money/wages for the drug dealers that come knocking and Im not doing drugs.  I am clean straighty 180 as they say on the strip.

The Detective that interviewed on the 7 December 2011 me  explained that I should shut the brothel get out of the lease you’re the wrong type of person for Kings Cross.  You should join some historical society the Detective said. I explained that many brothels become museums and I was loading up on the website, some great articles about sex and to provide a record of history for Kings Cross and the red light district that’s how I found out about Juanita Nielson and the other missing persons.  I have a online newspaper on the website Sparkling Chandeliers.

Inspector MacDonald and the Detective explained that they organized the solicitor to start civil action.  Really they had no right to organize a solicitor for me.  Or to direct a solicitor on behalf of myself except if they were paying for the legal advice.  I would like this day on my legals paid by the police force. 7.12.11 as noted.  That the looking into the matter for Juanita Nielsen be passed on to a police person that has not worked at Kings Cross police.  A police officer Donna Bruce at Manly police I believe is very honest, that’s why I was emailing Super Indentant Susanne Waite at Kings Cross Police Station, Donna said she okay.

In reality, if Chop is part of the Hells Angels  or not and since in the history the Hells Angels have been after this brothel since 1985 it is a interesting fact that the police want me to kick them out?  It doesn’t catch the drug ring at all.  There is no more Roger Rogerson, Fred Krabe, the person who instructed is still about alledgely.  It is the system, how it works the alleged system?  The Blind eye is that the system? Entrenchment?

When you relate the disappearance of so many people all relating back to the drugs or knowledge about the drug ring, Juanita Nielson, Brian Alexander, Lyn Woodward and Sallie Annie Huckstepp. By removing Chop doesn’t stop the problem it only endures the problem.  Chop may not be Hells Angels however he has an association through the name mentioned to me of Felix Lyle and other gang members would be a client.  Hells Angels members which I am not, do have business’s legal business’s.  Sparkling Chandeliers is a legal business and I am law abiding citizen.

Inspector MacDonald explained that they were not seeing me in regards to the current matter VICTIM.  Therefore confirming no solicitor required.  Actually I had Police at the home on Monday without Solicitors to talk too Detectives.  Thou they explained that this incident of Courtney did not relate to a gang?  Interesting when she has MBM Bra boys images on her facebook and utilized Facebook as identification going to Sparkling Chandeliers.  The Police had no reaction or question about the association of VICTIM and the gang alleged Bra Boys MBM.

When both Inspector MacDonald and the Detective explained that this is Kings Cross and your business is not reputable.  In respect it is a legal business, licensed Brothel on the Strip.  Sparkling Chandeliers is not a strip club as a brothel it is actually a brothel.

Inspector MacDonald explained that I had wished to speak to Kings Cross Police.  Interesting fact that if I had to pick a Police Station I would not pick Kings Cross Police to check on a disappearance of Kings Cross people as this entrenchment or system as this meeting on the 7 December 2011 showed me it is still happening. See if the research into my problem discovered the connections within Juanita Nielson, Brian Alexander, Lyn Woodward even Sallie Annie Huckstepp relate to the drug barons of the area really hadn’t been explored.

With respect to the Police I have identified the phone calls from Sparkling Chandeliers to local calls only.

I have sent a letter of demand for payment of the money from Sparkling Chandeliers as you be aware that Chop has had Sex worker Michelle, Skye up at the brothel, Sammy Sweet around, Roger Hegarty he has spoken about as he has him under his control.  All of these three have at one stage or another have not treated me with respect and have to push me around.  All of these people have been having meetings about me and Sparkling Chandeliers with Frank Amante.  See Sammy Sweet told me to stay away, it will get violent otherwise.

By the Inspector MacDonald and the Detective, they really are turning a blind eye to the drug war as they said its Kings Cross and different.  This is the type of policing where they are creating their own laws and not just instigating the law.  Like the AVO it needed to go to the Commissioner’s office prior to being laid on Roger Hegarty/Stuart

The drugs that sex worker Michelle and Skye, Roger with Sammy Sweet are moving the drugs with another person Natasha out of the Lido that are getting her supply from Omar.  Actually they don’t come with gang colours or leather jackets on.  Each person is an individual first and then a hidden gang member secondly.

Oh, I realized why they are after a brothel.  Like the Ibrahims with $3 million found in a roof with a brothel they could bank the money legally.  Cleans the drug funds through a legimate business and when they take over it is a front for the activities without much scrutinising and Inspector Thorn, Inspector MacDonald and the Detective thought what Chop had done to me wasn’t extortion?

Each person has had a problem with the owners of the brothel, whether they did drugs or not?  Rick and the herion and Cocaine heist in 2009.  Oh, he wasn’t Hells Angels that’s the difference.

Ibrahim family shootings I believe are related to Frank Amante (gang) and his son the child’s play shootings as they were reported in the newspaper.

A client of the brothel a person Greg Bamford alledgely has reported now to Kings Cross Police about having people leave messages on his motorbike out the front of his house.  Rang his place of work and the Department of Education regarding him.  One of the messages asked for 2500.

This I believe was the same fate for a person known as Gonzo Peter ? who was at the brothel on the night of victimizers.  See Skye had invited Gonzo to come, Skye had made comment that she was finished with Gonzo before going out.  It was Gonzo that wanted her to come back to the brothel as he was asking for his lady.  Gonzo is allegedly to have money and would be a target for the same fate as Greg Bamford.

When the emails about Juanita Nielsen have circled to Kings Cross Police, allegedly the drug runners of Kings Cross have changed their ways.  Allegedly when I was inside Kings Cross Police station before Roger Hegarty had phone calls from inside Kings Cross Police station as to what was happening.

Black Roger to my knowledge allegedly has been told to stay away from the Kings Cross area strip interesting isn’t it?

I have a barrister John Peluso, he told me that the Royal Commission was called thru his client.

Looking back at history, for Donald Mackay case did John Peluso represent on or work on James Frederick Bazley case.  So did James Bazley come from Sydney?  Then it could have links to Kings Cross.  These links allegedly will bring you for the protection of the alleged drug money and dealing, even growing.

I have met, John Peluso and actually respect him,  the law is how people perceive, is what they believe.

I was told about John Peluso through the guy that actually checked Courtney’s Id I believe and was the same man that the Inspector on that day from Surry Hills allowed out of the brothel first.  I would have been amazed if he didn’t have a large amount of drugs on him.  The man known as Sammy Sweet, or Greek Sam I don’t know his real name.  This man, known to me Sammy Sweet or Greek Sam did tell me he met with John Ibrahim and Frank Amante on Christmas day for Lunch.

This guy known to me as Sammy Sweet or Greek Sam had continued the pushing on me for extortion and terrorising under the format of child’s play which seems the police find it hard to have this charged as child’s play can be hell what I have lived through.

Even I believe for the Donald Mackay family,   freedom of speech is so important.  When you realise some of the links I have found and read have been put up by Journalists and private citzen’s all concerned over a matter of great importance.

Many missing persons will never found if it wasn’t for these links on the internet.  The internet makes it easier to research, however the law looks at the matter at hand before the court not all the courtcases that have gone before or after the said matter.  It is just the research that may or could link the alleged evidence.

John Peluso during my having him as my barrister made out he had gone and seen some one of great importance within the Kings Cross area.  He made out there was a plate of cocaine to me.  He questioned me heavily as to whether I took drugs or what I thought about drugs.  This may have been his questioning to me.

Hallucinating drugs, mind altering drugs, really if you think about it, nicotine and alcohol both are mind altering drugs and are legal.  My opinion, when the drug or sugar for that matter is in control through the receptors within the brain, acting on the same part of the brain as our reward pathways.

Inspector of Surry Hills, yesterday Friday the 13^th, PIC file opened, well if you look at me and the police able to have evidence not be taken on face value and looked at, I may have been 12 or 14 at the time, yet I am before the court through the child’s play where this Honourable Society as Justice Wood’s called it allegedly terrorizes life for Sparkling Chandeliers, even Donald Mackay, even Juanita Nielsen to hide the drug industry that is alive and well in Kings Cross today, the one thing I was trying was to stop the drugs coming into the brothel.  Yet this doesn’t help the mob that may have bodies hidden or to hide the account and companies where *The Hells Angels Ltd has a hold.

I am just putting up the evidence that was given to the  Police to show the activity behind The Kings Cross Sting Private Investigation reported by Jennifer Weatherstone

This information went into the Police 7 March 2012 about a 80 kg Heroin drop in Pyrmont area.

80 Kg High grade Heroin has appeared and is the control of  a few people know about it.

I only know that this is the reason why allegedly Essam Gerges was gathering a group of people together in Kings Cross.  One of these I believe were Katie working name who works out of Club 121 from time to time.  Links to the Bankstown Boys as I was told by Essam Gerges a nothing group he would explain.

Essam Gerges explained that this group had the drug dealer known to me as Danny and working girl Natasha real name.

1.        Pyrmont drug-dealer

This person to my knowledge is where sex workers go to allegedly Michelle real name Diedre Palmerston and sex worker Skye Karyn Englehardt go to.

2.       Allegedly Chop Peter Schaffer is fully aware of this drop of drugs  since he uses Herion with his partner another dealer I believe Sonia.  Staying in the apartments opposite Crystal Hotel in Quay St Haymarket level 18 or 19. Staying there with his two children at the time.

3.       Essam Gerges is fully aware about this shipment I believe.

4.       Anna has been utilized to help frame myself and Alex.

5.       On the night that I ran to the police Sunday last Chop spoke with a detective listening explaining Alex was with Anna.  Anna was with Essam Gerges at where she lives.  I don’t know this address.

6.       Alex by footage that night would show Alex came to the brothel and knocked at the door. 

7.       Chop explained to me, that if Alex in the brothel Sparkling chandeliers I would earn no money out of the brothel.  Remember Chop explained Alex on a slab by morning. 

8.       Essam Gerges had a watch, that had a tape recording device inside it.  This is what Alex I believe returned to Chop Peter Schaffer that night I went to the police at Kings Cross.

This group of People lead by I believe John Ibrahim, Louie Bayeh then the next overseeing person could be either  Chop Peter Schaffer and then Essam Gerges I believe is in control of this Pyrmont guy Gerald Hugh Gordon.

Billy Bayeh came out of goal I believe around July, at that time Roger Hegarty got more violent towards me at the brothel and the threats for money to pay protection money.

Juanita Nielsen disappeared 4 July 1975

In 2009, an idea for a Sex Museum came about over a coffee.  It sounded like a goer, as 300,000 backpackers a year come to Kings Cross. 

A novel was to go with the research.  I thought it wasn’t hard to write a book I would start with a novel based on Australian history something that a tourist would want to read and take home from Kings Cross.

The research was started and the book Undercover in Kings Cross Madame X of The Kings Cross Sting was born, however it is not the first book within the series The Kings Cross Sting.
