Setup? How the gang ambush you and the Police don't or won't investigate.....

Allegedly this person Sammy Sweet or Greek Sammy had come into the brothel after the extortion attempts had been raised to threats of murder by others allegedly under the puppet scenario.

Allegedly these were about extortion, threats to be murdered, running drugs, the police in his pocket, the working girls he owns through the drugs, the ability that you cannot operate the business without me in the business.

Allegedly the threats to murder Jennifer by Roger Hegarty had an AVO laid by the court.

Allegedly the next day Greek Sam turned up and one day later his working girl known as Skye real name Karyn Englehardt turned up at the brothel.

Within a day, Karyn Englehardt had moved from Porky’s brothel to Budget Hotel and then into Sparkling Chandeliers.

Allegedly during a couple of day this same person Greek Sammy had many of the working girls back in the brothel including sex worker Michelle who had asked for money on the very first day of opening $100k to give to John Ibrahim.  Allegedly Michelle asked with Roger Hegarty this day of the first day open in walking up the stairs and in the foyer of Sparkling Chandeliers.

Allegedly, this same sex worker Michelle left the brothel after Roger Hegarty threatened to murder Jennifer and everyone in the brothel.

Allegedly sex worker Michelle left saying she was going to Porky’s.

Allegedly this night VIC arrived drinking an alcoholic drink that she left on the ledge outside the door at the top of the stair.

Allegedly by the evidence VIC told Jennifer she had been working at Porkys that night when she came in with Cody Stephens and another man.

Allegedly VIC, on that night made out to Jennifer that she was 18 nearly 19.  The other two people agreed with her that was with Jennifer.  Allegedly this was just hours after being threatened to be murdered.  The police took 2.5 hours to answer the 000 call from Jennifer and phone calls to Kings Cross Police Station.

Allegedly, as within VIC’s Police statement has acknowledged that she was telling people that she was 18 nearly 19 at the time of the events.

Allegedly VIC was asked for identification before working with Jennifer.

Allegedly Cody Stephens Jennifer said looked younger with a man with these two people that stood in the door way of Room H whilst they all talked.  Allegedly this was intimation through the ability for Jennifer to have just been threatened with murder.

Allegedly Greek Sammy or known as Sammy Sweet turned up at the brothel offering protection and telling Jennifer that he had been sent by Porky’s and Love Machine to help her out.

Allegedly Greek Sam over the days and nights tormented and allegedly further threatened Jennifer with people will murder you.  Allegedly if you say the word extortion in Kings Cross Police station I will be told quicker than you get out of the Police station and allegedly you will be killed.

Allegedly Greek Sammy was dealing drugs when Roger Hegarty was gone from the premises.

Allegedly Greek Sammy said his brother and him were in ownership on Love Machine, his brother had sold out just prior and they were looking for new premises to work from.

Allegedly, over a couple of days and nights with Jennifer constantly being asked for money and wages off Roger Hegarty and puppets in Kings Cross.  Allegedly many phone calls and texts all asking for money and wages.  Jennifer did over this time call the police.  Some of those events are on the footage held within the police video evidence.

Allegedly during this period of time Greek Sammy was terrorising Jennifer and Alex within the brothel.  Allegedly utilising working girls and others for puppet movements.

Allegedly the night before Greek Sammy had gone over the terror to Jennifer stating that he was the boss.  Allegedly Jennifer had to go along with Greek Sammy and could not do anything.  Allegedly Jennifer was powerless to the muscle and continued threats of death and asking for money.

Allegedly when VIC came in with another person, Jennifer was asking for Identification, all with her knowledge that Greek Sammy was the boss, Stand over tactics.

Allegedly the other person left when Alex look alike with the tattoo on the hand of makeup came stating that if your not 18 get out.  The girl knew she was too old to be in the brothel she would be charged.  However the Judge said she couldn’t get into trouble…why?

Allegedly the other girl left, however VIC stayed stating that Facebook was her identification.  CCTV will show Jennifer pushing the computer towards VIC to show her more.

45 minutes I tried to fight this gang with words.  I didn’t have strength and the gang was all around me the Police had done nothing to combat this with the 000 call.

Allegedly by VIC’s statement she talks about going to Room F and seeing two people one of those is allegedly this same person Greek Sammy. Allegedly VIC was taken by Misty Allen to Room F.  Evidence on the video will show this.

Allegedly VIC was to show Greek Sammy and Misty Allen the identification.  The police never asked did anyone else in the brothel was to see VIC’s identification.

When VIC and Misty Allen returned to the front desk. CCTV footage from within brothel will show.

Allegedly Jennifer  was aware that VIC was okay to work by Misty Allen.  Allegedly Jennifer believed that the identification was checked.  Allegedly over the period of time VIC had strutted in the foyer stating I am a prostitute during this time.

Allegedly VIC had a man and other ladies come and sit with her in the Lounge.  Allegedly by the positioning of cameras I will allege that the person that came in with the other young ladies knew where they were by his positioning in the foyer and not speaking to Jennifer.  The body language, the Judge said he wouldn’ take on the CCTV as evidence.

How does CCTV footage work when the Judges don’t understand body language.

I will Allege that this person is an outlaw gang associate and was with the young ladies to terrorise them into doing this child’s play under the alleged laws of the state. 

Allegedly under the age 15 which it appeared VIC was, it is not an offense to her to be in the premises or allegedly working in this industry.  Allegedly, this part of the law was utilised as child’s play for VIC and no criminal actions would occur through this child’s play.

Allegedly the police allowed Greek Sammy out of the brothel first.

I was so pleased when my Alex came back into the brothel.  You could tell by the tattoo.

Allegedly the police had Greek Sammy, Alex, Jennifer, Karyn Englehardt and Misty Allen in the foyer in the morning.

Allegedly the police never searched Greek Sammy otherwise he and Karyn Englehardt allegedly both would have had drugs.  Within the drug bust at Sparkling Chandeliers Misty Allen was charged with drug offences just a couple of days later.

Documented during the Woods Commission KX1 and KX6 about extortion on a brothel in Kings Cross known then as Madame Butterfly’s that never opened.  Allegedly this extortion was by Bayeh and Lennie McPherson also noted in evidence in the Royal Commission 1994.

2003 Madonna’s Mob came to Kings Cross opening the Brothel 36A Darlinghurst Road, Kings Cross and buying the building Glowpave Pty Ltd

2006 Abe Saffron Died------Allegedly by Abe’s death was the end of the Hells Angels founders overseeing the Club…Allegedly, then it was the Ibrahim’s moving the companies to hide the company with the agreement with the drug world overseas.  This  company *The Hells Angels Ltd.

2006 Bandidos by intelliegence Parramatta Chapter tried to take over Kings Cross when Abe Saffron had past. Alleged Peter Schaffer, Felix Lyle  associates of this outlaw gang that further caused Jennifer problems with the brothel.

2010 Hells Angels  Chinatown  this was the change from the company that was started back with the mob allegedly from the meetings at the Chequers Club  Goulbourn St, during the 1975’s that Juanita Nielsen knew about. Whereabouts of the Mark Foy’s building where Juanita Nielsen worked prior to 1970.

2011 March 30 First extortion by sex worker Michelle asking $100k from World Famous Sparkling Chandeliers

2011 29 June Bill Bayeh released from goal for serving time as the Mastermind of the drug trafficking in Kings Cross….served 15 years.

2011  July 25-26 Alleged major Extortion by Roger Hegarty and sex worker Michelle  World Famous Sparkling Chandeliers Kings Cross to close the business to hide the secret.

I will add allegedly this was happening before July 1975 I will alleged this is the information Juanita Nielsen had on tapes that she carried in her handbag that would blow the top in the news.  The story she  was working on when she went missing on the 4 July 1975 from the Carousel Club a Abe Saffron owned club.

*1985-86 Madame Butterfly was under extortion and owned allegedly by Mr Steve Hardas.  Allegedly Mr Hardas paid police as reported within the Royal Commission 1994.  Mr Hardas later went on to Manage the, the Barrel 1987, Pink Pussycat 1988-89, Action Cinema (Oxford Street) 1988-91, Pink Panther 1990-91, Tabu 1990-92, Nugatties 1992-94, Illusions 1994. He also sub-leased Abe Saffron's property, the Budget Hotel, to KX11, a cocaine dealer, in 1993.

Jennifer will allege that the problem was with the brothel Madame Butterfly’s and not with the person Mr Hardas as he later went on to manage Clubs that were associated and owned by Mr Abe Saffron.

* Hardas says he was preparing to open the brothel/strip club to be called Madame Butterfly in 1985 when he had a visit from a Sydney legend, Leonard Arthur McPherson (b. May 19, 1921). With McPherson were Louie Bayeh and two other large men. Bayeh was described at a police tribunal in 1985 as a standover man and the legend's right hand. According to Hardas, they sought to put the fear on him. The message was that Hardas could only open it as a disco; that Con Kontorinakis had a monopoly on the brothel business in the Cross.

* KX1 and KX6 both came from a brothel on Darlinghurst Road during the Royal Commission where Bill Bayeh was arrested.  The brothel Sparkling Chandeliers back then was being extorted and I have found every day I open the doors I was asked to pay protection money in 2011, 2012.  This some people don’t believe yet it has been a terrifying business to own.  The manipulating of working girls have been severe from a  Essam Gerges who explained with his authority that Sewe Hells Angels Ltd Eastern Suburbs Chapter needed $2500 per week for me to open the doors of a business, yet this manipulation when I wouldn’t pay went to greater lengths of having working sex girls giving directly the money by stepping the business.  I couldn’t believe it happened under my nose and the significant evidence. The people within the business of drugs and extortion, protection or some say promotion.  Many would say they were Johnny Unique’s friend asking for $100k.

*17 July 2011 Bill Bayeh released from Goal.  To work at Sydney Fruit Markets. I don’t believe anyone has seen him in Sydney Markets.  Is  it the company that allegedly bought the drugs from Griffith back in the day, along with the vegetables.  Conditions on Paraole, to not go near Kings Cross yet a mobile does and you can be anywhere.

Police:

Allegedly, Inspector Ian McDonald and a Detectives from Gang squad on the 7 December 2011 at the opening of the Juanita Nielsen reopening into the alleged murder.  Told me things.  Alleged  with a hand raised to Darlinghurst Road, Inspector Ian McDonald said words to the affect that I should be in Double Bay.  I was allegedly the wrong type of person for Kings Cross.  Allegedly get out of the lease of the brothel and leave Kings Cross.  This with his hand raised up to Darlinghurst Road, gives me a job.  It gives the Detective a job, the solicitor, lawyers and Judges. 

The Detective beside Inspector Ian McDonald allegedly said that I should join some historical group.  In fact it was the research for my own court case and for the idea we had for a museum to Kings Cross that was prompting the research that was given to the police to open the court case into Juanita Nielsen.

I stated back:  So you turn a blind eye to up there.  You turn a blind eye to the drugs and corruption.  The Inspector and the Detective, were both allegedly explaining that this was Kings Cross and allowed up there.

I have had the brothel from 25 February 2011, I have looked upon the area for twelve months before.  I am not a drug user nor a member of a gang.  I thought the brothel wasn’t a bad prospect for business.  I did do calculations as to the need for 6 jobs a night to pay the bills.  I thought that was attainable through the people that I had already met.

During the period of time I would note, that the police would come and ask questions all allegedly fed by information given by police informants some allegedly were the same police informants that were asking for extortion money and terrorising me and others.

Allegedly Inspector McDonald explained that extortion money was a cost to factor in for Kings Cross.  I argued the point that extortion money was illegal and in 2003 I believed it was all stopped.  Since I have come to Kings Cross the extortion, protection or as some ask money for the promotion of the company is all in my mind by the alleged gang behind, some allegedly would say for the money to be given to John Ibrahim by sex worker Michelle.  By Roger Hegarty when he asked it was if you don’t pay you have 24 hours at the end of the 24 hours I was threatened with death and 000 call with other calls to Kings Cross took 2.5 hours for the police to attend a premises that is 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross Station.  The officer that turned up said, he knew the name that I said of the guy threatening.  This officer allegedly called Roger Hegarty a friend.

Allegedly I didn’t know that each person who was coming offering help and telling us about stories that had happened to others were all linked with the same gang.

Allegedly each person, who utilised drugs were linked by the drugs and the use of these drugs.  Allegedly, the drugs were given for free to some of the working girls during this period of time to cause problems to the brothel to force it to close to hide the secret.

Allegedly each person would talk about the 5^th step in some way, or seeing ghosts within the brothel.  Allegedly some of the ghosts they were telling me about I believe will be some of the bones within the brothel hidden like Juanita Nielsen and Donald MacKay.

2011 November Allegedly Peter Schaffer threatened myself and Alexander Petrovic with death if we didn’t get out of the brothel.    I reported to police.  Allegedly Inspector Ian McDonald declared as civil action.  The plot was within the frame work allegedly of Child’s play.

Allegedly this same night I turned up at the brothel, I hadn’t heard from Alex for three days.  I was worried, I found Alex zonked out on a bed allegedly drugged by the people within the brothel to gain control.  Alex was going to ring me the Friday night at midnight when the brothel was going to reopen in Kings Cross.  Allegedly whilst he was asleep he was drugged, he didn’t awake for 3 days when I turned up on the Sunday night /Monday morning when I turned up after leaving my sick husband at St George Hospital where he was admitted for cancer treatment.

During the time Peter William Schaffer was in the brothel, the stories were fed to me under allegedly the child’s play to make me look like I had the appearance of going nuts or telling untruths.  Allegedly to hide the secret.  Allegedly during this time Peter Schaffer like many before him were looking for something.  I would ask what they were looking for. I was told about the money that was found by the police by Madonna’s Mob who were  in the brothel in 2003 to 2009.

When I was interviewed for my court case Police Vs Jennifer Weatherstone I said the word EXTORT.  Allegedly the day before a man known in Kings Cross as Greek Sammy if  I said the word EXTORTION down  in Kings Cross Police station that he could not protect me and I would be killed.

During the alleged interview I said the word extort.  The tape was stopped.  I was told by the Detectives that further interviewed by police.  This interview on tape never has occurred.

I was asked by Marty Hyde to give him the story after charges.  I did do this and emailed to his personal email.  Marty Hyde drug squad Kings Cross was sending to his boss, that was the end of that.  No response.

Allegedly in September Alexander Petrovic told me things, that Marty Hyde had rung him to say get out of the brothel and watch your back.

Allegedly Inspector Thorn, Inspector Ian MacDonald, Inspector at Surry Hills that came in when the underage was called for the brothel actually allowed without a search  Greek Sammy to leave the brothel first.  The alleged next  guy after Roger Hegarty that was terrorising me all for the same mob.

Allegedly Marty Hyde drug raid was known by Greek Sam and Lou Villiany prior to coming in to the brothel. Allegedly terrorising me with a gang going to run in on me, this gang they described on  the Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/ The Thursday they disappeared, the drug raid happened.  Allegedly as they described the police came in I assumed it was the mob.

Allegedly the next day  I went to the police kings Cross as they never searched Greek Sam’s bags I had noted.  The Detective interviewed me however because  I only knew the nicknames of these thugs I wasn’t taken serious. The bag had items found within that are additives to the drug ice by Detectives nothing happened.  Allegedly Greek Sammy, terrorised me the night before the raid, with drugs flashing everywhere he walked with working girls however he allegeds he can’t get caught, he is protected.

Allegedly 5 January 2012 the three constables turned up from Kings Cross they refused to take the report about the damage left from Peter William Schaffer. Allegedly referring to the boss Inspector Ian MacDonald had said so.  Instead offering me a drug raid on premises that were setup  with drugs by this allegedly same mob Hells Angels.

Allegedly during the time of the brothel, I have asked for police intervention however it seems it was given the bottom draw treatment and I wasn’t given a fair go.  Allegedly the AVO on Roger Hegarty was 3 months getting laid, then when he re-entered the brothel was not charged even with a police tracker.  I was told by the police to get the AVO myself and bring to the police from the courts.  I did do this, no charges laid.

Allegedly Peter Schaffer  threatened  to murder me a few times even remarks on facebook goal or funeral.  All reports have been notified to police allegedly these threats have been taken as child’s play not noticing that the next person in line in the mob have ordered the cars to watch my house with cars of a night with headlights looking from across the bay.

Allegedly the 6 March when I attended Kings Cross Police were people were following me into the police station, the police behind the bench thought it was funny and strange not thinking they were the links to be same mob Hells Angels.

Allegedly over the last couple months I attended Day Street police they put on annomous report for the drug dealing of eight balls at the back of Town Hall Station, these notes of previous reports into Police when checked had a do not pick up on his file. Allegedly for Essam Nicola Gerges who told me he was the money man to pick up extortion and protection money.  Allegedly killing people for the mob, Essam Nicola Gerges joked about this with Peter William Schaffer with me in February 2012.  Allegedly Essam Nicola Gerges joked about killing people to me on several occasions.

Allegedly the Inspector Surry Hills 3.08pm 13 July 2012 that sent me to St Vincents just another ploy to not take me seriously.

Allegedly the charging Detective in my case didn’t look at the word EXTORT within my evidence.  Allegedly the Detective at the charge desk made reference to YOU MUST GET A LOT OF HUSBAND”S IN THE BROTHEL?  I was silent.

Allegedly the threats of extortion because I wouldn’t pay I was setup on the child protection charge utilising by Greek Sammy inside the brothel threats of death or fear I would be murdered if I didn’t have him inside.  Allegedly Greek Sammy was the boss during the time that he was inside the brothel otherwise I was dead by what he and Roger with others had told Alex and myself.

Bail Reporting, system needs fixing

I have previously brought up about how the system, doesn’t seem to match up with the Police System.

On the 28 January 2013, I was reporting in my mind for my safety in the Private Investigation The Kings Cross Sting has been uncovering. 

The blue form from the court, 14 January 2013, the 18 January 2013 both forms do not state what bail conditions there are. Therefore by giving to the police a copy of the blue form didn’t solve a thing as to the actions today at around 10am in Hurstville Police by a female Constable.

I explained, after the event that I would be reporting the problem to the Attorney General as this is how problems are fixed in the system. 

The blue form should be written in full, if the police are going by this.  However, the system should be updated from the Courts itself.

When people just keep living in Kings Cross without ever  going to the major  Court case as Peter William Schaffer had bragged to me about was in fact explaining in a way how the system worked for the alleged club members that are high up and collecting extortion money and as he said paying the police.

Scott Orrock’s Mrs Lili said that the money goes to pay the police, Chop and Essam said you weren’t paying outside Court Room 1.2 during the court lunch break.

Today, I was told by the Constable she couldn’t find the reporting to get the receipt for myself.  Than upon giving the CNI number which I had to ask for the other day when the police again couldn’t locate the bail file.

I gave the CNI number over to the police officier, her reply was ‘Your not on the system”

It’s Your problem she said, you will need to have this corrected as we don’t know your reporting  conditions as they are not on the computer. 

I actually knew each time I signed the form in Court that the Attorney General can check did not once state the reporting conditions until change to Dr’s appointments to be mandatory for the ability for the Police, the Crown to have me made insane rather than to have a search warrant iissued for the further search of a building for Juanita Nielsen in Kings Cross the same building where I was setup on charges.

I said to the Officier that it was not my problem for the system information, nor the ability to update the system.  I advised that you, referring to her will have to ask for the system to be updated.

However this system fault  is how people like Essam Nicola Gerges a heavy within Hells Angels and in control of the Eastern Suburbs Chapter like the puppet driver pulling the strings.  Is how this man from 2010 Police charges was awaiting trail and breaking bail which was found upon the second request for the police to come into the brothel to get this drug dealer out that had and was terrorising me to control the brothel to hide the secret allegedly of the murders he or others within Hells Angels had done where the bodies of the Beaumont Children, Donald Mackay and ?  will be found.  This brothel was owned by Abe Saffron, well controlled since 1948.

Upon leaving, she went and spoke to someone  to see if it was okay if I left the police station even thou by the reporting details I had complied with.  Alleged stressing unnecessary however  it would be a systematic way to shut me up to hide the secret as the bodies when found will expose the police system of further hiding the bodies by the neglect since March 2012 for the protection and further  covering up of the alleged mistakes for the Police not to search the Original Pink Pussycat Club.

I will note that Hurstville Police had said Senior Constable Gower of more police patrols where the sighting of the police car in the area had not been seen by any of us, even when people stay awake all night, nor when they walk Kyle Parade looking for these extra patrols where Hells Angels I will allege under Peter William Schaffer have caused two Molotov Cocktails at my black hilux and sent people around even last night at 12.30am where my dogs went bolistic.

The Hells Angels have tormented my investigation however in the beginning I couldn’t believe the thuggery and openness where Shannon Elliffe extorted through, thuggery, violence and control stock that he installed and kept all the money where he bought more product of insulation, setup his building company Peregrine Future Pty Ltd, then to SB Construction Group, SB means Sick blokes and really this should be a criminal offence when he sent me the confirmation of the material laid and the work order numbers and copied for the production to the Court within my case Police Vs Weatherstone were at Q363 I said the word Extort. ( Police should further look into his insurances at the time where no bill came for it however the certificate of currency was issued by the Insurance agent from the North Shore, workers compensation, Public liability for Peregrine Future Pty Ltd compliance for the work to be done by the government under the insulation rebate).

The bail system, like Chop Peter William Schaffer said I go to Newtown Court, in and out a couple of mentions than it gets lost in the system. 

This same court is the same court Newtown that allowed Scott Orrock out on bail for allegedly lighting a police truck.  I have followed this case for a bit, however it was strange how allegedly the witness from the Buzzbar Café told his wife to stay upstairs with the fire out the front.  I was told by Chop he would go to Newtown, have coffee and pick up out the back the drug ice.  Is it the Buzzbar, why did he tell his wife to stay upstairs when a fire he was worried about by taking photos of the incident and the sign melted so it was close to his premises?

I attended over The Kings Cross Sting private investigation into this gang Hells Angels and noticed that the wording on the day by the Judge a female and reported to the Attorney General in previous email’s said words to the effect that she was confused.

I checked upon leaving the court around the time when Peter Schaffer was to attend Newtown and confirmed that there was only one Magistrate at the Court house.

So where ever the court system for bail is allegedly updated there I believe is an alleged member of Hells Angels or a person who by other means can be allegedly controlled by Hells Angels to affect just the reporting conditions of bail for the high up Hells Angels members and how court cases are never finished where they go into limbo till that person is picked up by police again as was the case for Essam Nicola Gerges.

This area where allegedly the Bail reporting or next court date is updated is the area where the pending file of court cases allegedly seem to disappear and become unnoticed.  I will note that many of the Hells Angels members and associates running the drug ice are also police informants and have had for some of these numerous identities supplied by others.

I will allege Michael J. Hands who attended the Royal Commission on the Nuggan Hand bank looks very much like a guy known as Gonzo and is the owner of the Circus Bar where in his past Michael J. Hands was a ex CIA agent where he was helping Abe Saffron and was controlling the Bourbon and Beef restaurant.  He allegedly gave evidence at the Royal Commission and than disappeared allegedly to Melbourne.

This person “Gonzo” as I know of him comes up to Kings Cross sometimes however he was fully aware that there are bodies hidden in the brothel and was an alleged setup to coverup the bodies by being in the brothel as the gang was having a hard time with the worry that the brothel was open and being investigated the history of the premises for a novel The Kings Cross Sting.

Sparkling Chandeliers, was opened to eventually become a museum in Kings Cross for us.  We picked the spot, the signage to demonstrate the history of Kings Cross, the doors were sign written all with the end result of having the premises to be a museum.  By the Club open, the gang was worried about the bodies that lay hidden within the brothel in the area of the second hallway sending people in.  All to keep the brothel closed.

However, isn’t it time that a search warrant be granted, that as Justice Blanch said further investigations are needed stressing to Katie Edwards Crown Prosecutor in court where upon exiting, she said go to level 4 and ask for a warrant.  With respect Mrs Weatherstone, we are a court we are not investigating it is the police to investigate however it has nothing to do with me said those words to the effect of by Katie Edwards the Crown Prosecutor.

The further threats to myself of Supreme Court action from D & S Australia Ltd, Lang Noonan Solicitor’s is to further hide the secret that they allegedly must be involved within the drug network.  Jeffrey from Lang and Simmons Real Estate without fixing the water issues nor problems I was complaining about was fully aware of the gang behind the brothel being kept closed allegedly the child’s play system of opening the brothel only for the gang to force it closed and terrorise the owner.  The further threats of Supreme Court defamation from Peter William Schaffer and Shannon Elliffe is to allegedly terrorise me into keeping my mouth shut to further hide the criminal behaviour that has occurred to myself and Alex.

This company Peregrine Future Pty Ltd I believe is being audited by the ATO office however if the imput into the system for the insulation is different to the Government payout to Shannon Elliffe as he started a couple of bank accounts where these were being utilised I will allege for the money to be hidden.

Shannon Elliffe hired a guy Greg Franks who when he came into the office was out to allegedly sabotage the business however he was working under the instruction of Shannon Elliffe.  Allegedly defaming people within the office environment, by changing the filing system from number of the voucher to postcode to allegedly hide the installs and the square metres that Peregrine Future Pty Ltd was laying under the name Azoo Insulation, in Sydney, Port Macquaire, Goulbourn, Tasmania, Mount Beauty area, Orange, Parkes  where trucks loads were moved by Michael Clarke truck driver.  The insulation that was bought by credit card by a few buyers for some was rolled over to Aljen Industries Pty Ltd and is noted within the MYOB I have as a in and out.  I will allege that this has been utilised by Shannon Elliffe to show that the company did not make very much of a profit to cut down on his income taxation.  I believe under the subpoena, the Courts could declare this as contempt of court.  Greg Franks in 2010 explained to me that he had been working with Shannon Elliffe organizing material for the projects they were on.  Thereby Greg Franks will have some idea of what happened.  He use to run Rainbow Video’s on Oxford Street however he should be Nelson Bay way.

I have been asking for a Police Search warrant for the alleged body of Juanita Nielsen where Detective 
Inspector Mark Howard and the Ombudsman gave the Judge powers for the police search. 

Not the correct paperwork, and under 141A Police Act the police are not co operating with the searching as 
this area of the hidden compartment will expose the alleged criminal activity of Abe Saffron, allegedly Essam 
Gerges who threatened myself and painted the wall in Room F where it would be the easiest space to get into 
the hidden compartment. 

Today I was told to go to Kings Cross Police Station as the Detectives will be searching the Brothel later today 
or over the next week Detective Dench was suggesting. It was out of her duristiction. Under 141A Police act 
where this alleged murder has been classified as Frivilious allegedly because the paperwork with the body will 
show further how this gang works. 

However, Kings Cross Police Constable Alex on the desk this afternoon about 3.30pm to 4pm said he would 
pass a note which he never wrote down and the search wasnt happening because the brothel is shut. 

I explained the compartment to the naked eye and shown to the Judge with the photos where there is a drill 
hole that was placed by this alleged gang into the compartment it runs for two nearly 3 rooms it is about 2-3 
stairs above floor level and the original floor was concreted over and raised by the fire exit by 5 stairs about. 
Total height about 7 to 8 steps 

The Court I went back to today, where the Judge Garling's assistant told me to go to Levell 4 for Search 
warrants. What I was told that the Police have not asked with the correct paperwork for the search of the 
hidden compartment that is confirmed by images and plan. 

The extortion, the nigeria Scam, the threats to murder me and the threats to my family with cars tyres slashed 
at home, cars scratched the constant people asking for money so they don't kill us is huge. Kero bombs on

The Downing Centre Court Level 4, said I needed a Strike force to look, if Kings Cross Police are not helping 
then with the evidence and I haven't changed EXTORT Q363 in my statement, I told the court however the

Within the setup evidence this gang left the calling card for the Child Prostitution case of a setup and the 
Judge would not let me put this information down. 

Sammy Sweet is on the CCTV and Police photos however Judge Garling said the two men were fine.

William Street this would be for a pick up. he was with another person this afternoon however I didn't know

The Court in two places today said that this case needed a Strike Force to look where the police in kings 
Cross Station have not put the forms into the court to be signed. I have spoken with Magistrate Leah and she 
would sign it however no police have brought the paperwork. 

The Court office, said that this seems if the police do not want to search would be a position for the non 
investigating as a right for court of appeals. Thus by searching the hidden compartment will explain, 1985-6 
the brothel was the start of the Royal Commission in 1994 and the numerous setup's that have happened I

By the evidence between the VIC and the police photos, shows the VIC, by on the stand said she rang her

The setup, the extortion the threats, I haven't changed my statement I could not elaborate when the threats to 
murder me were so real and from the heavy within the brothel which Judge Garling acknowledge within the 
Judgement. 

How can you be in control of anything when your threatened to be murdered for going to the police and you 
wait for the police to ask the question because otherwise you end up like Juanita Nielsen. 

The pattern, the brothel search will expose what's hidden where this item will be so valuable to the drug 
network that the police it seems in Kings Cross are allegedly assisting the drug network. 

As the Court officer said, if it blows the top off the drug network it is needed to be searched. 

I have never been so frightened and have been working on the research why Abe Saffron did this .....I do 
know that this hidden compartment will expose not just the drug network, it will like with the paperwork within 
this hidden compartment to the gang, to the overseas network of the Triads, UK, USA by the company links of 
the business agreement of the drug network. 

The murders happen so that the drug network they can deal. Like the acts of this alleged child prostitution is 
one way where if they lie enough, tell the story like the groomer said then the person is setup and the brothel 
is closed again just to hide the secret. They then allegedly are the next drug dealer on the streets

I have had a lot of trouble with the NSW Kings Cross branch of the Police
unit.  This investigation process has been stopped by the police numerous
times under 141a Police Act where no further investigation.  Police officers
have taken the stand Police Vs Weatherstone Detective Amanda Dench where
questions asked upon gang relationship to Outlaw gangs, Extortion she
answered there was no investigation.  These were complaints I made to the

the police to further investigate.  However within the outlaw gang crimes the
ability for these people to be registered Police informants protect these
people and make it harder for the person telling police they are doing the
crime to you.  Police said they wouldn’t take me serious until I had a
bone?  Inspector Surry Hills July 2012.  Why was I getting extorted because
the police weren't listening to me.  It revolved to a Detective Amanda Dench
and Senior  Constable Craig Arnold however their senior Detective Inspector
Ian MacDonald said on the 7 Dec, 2011 upon opening the Juanita Nielsen murder
investigation with the evidence I gave said I turn a blind eye to this in

again 2011 -2013?  I could see the Royal Commission happening however all
that is needed is the laws changed.

This will stop so many problems in the future.  That a person when they go to
a Magistrate and the Magistrate said as happened to me with Magistrate Leah I
would sign for a search warrant that the Police be made by the Court system
to look for further information and evidence.

That the Police law be interacted where a person continues more information
to the police that the Federal Police be able to start the investigation
rather than referring to the State Police.

That people under the age of 15 be held responsible of being charged being
within a brothel.

That people being utilised as puppets for the Outlaw gang be treated harder
when proven of double the sentence given to curb this type of behaviour.

That the law be changed that gang related crimes be always thought of by
Police in the area where large drug use exists.

Where the brothel owner calls for the Police that the brothel is cleared and
the person is given time to talk to Police out of area due to the alleged
outlaw gang intimidation that I have had.

These were just a few items now I could see we were working on to change the
system for the better.

This could be an inspection by council of the facilities above that need fixing of Brado's Backpackers so that the premises could be looked at for the safety.

Within the study I have made on Hells Angels they have set themselves up as a religion to Sin where the Rituals are sex crimes for the innocent trainees to perform for the guys that are never question that walk the high and mighty around Kings Cross and never questioned because these people run the alleged drug network for John Ibrahim and Frank Amante as Sammy Sweet said to me as he threatened my life.  Please god have a look, I just wished you guys had listened to me rather than have allegedly a gang terrorise me because I noticed too much.  

It is not up to a Court to determine Premises fit for lease you say Council, then council won't inspect unless premises open we have a problem that desperattely needs to be addressed  by council.

I was in Court 25/09/2013 where the owner of this building solicitor had no regard for safety just funds for the premises to be leased.  Real Estate had refused to help unless payment.  I paid up for the rent of approximately $100k and not made one $1.00 this iis through the strangle hold of the gang on the street that protects these premises.  The gang you could say is the drug network.

It was drawn by the Registrar that the premises had been empty for 12 months.  This in itself is when you lease the premises you find it doesn't comply when council comes through the premises.  Now this is disgusting when it is the fire proofing/water proofing of the building so you can utilise the premises.

The brothel by the legal solicitor said it was not his clients concern if Abe Saffron left something within the building that the gang's wanted to protect.

What I will say that the ability to operate the premises is curbed by the gangs as what is within this area is important to the very top of the alleged drug network.

When Alexander Petrovic told me he had the highest Triad person within Australia within these Premise brought in by Chop Peter William Schaffer, then they had as I was told a meeting from Hells Angels, Comanchero's in February 2012 if I was allowed to open these same premises because the gangs don't want it open.

This is the problem when the Police refuse to look in this  area.  My life was threatened to a level that the Police needed to help as I had to pay money to stay alive and this is disgusting that these people can now be working high up within the  drug network operations.

I asked Council to address this situation however tthe premises  have tto be open for the Council to inspect.  This is  the problem because the owners are just leassing a premises with a Development consennt that doesn't comply and there is no way the premises can work with the water issues, the water from the floor above is a way through alleged sabotage to the premises below is how this building in the 80's Rev Ken from Hope Street said to me no one  can really remember it operating.  These premises in the history have always been closed or severe trouble to trade.

Where lives are risked to be inside this same premises because of what Abe Saffron hid within this compartment is withiin the common property of the building and falls within the OHS safety of the owner to supply a premises that is safe.  The police really need to address this hidden area, they have to look at the area where this timber lid behind in Room G where when I got the hammer out to pull apart this area Alex told me that if I went furrther we would all be dead.

What is in this area, I believe the gangs know and play this game on the premises when it opens to collect the rent and the people run for their lives after they have been extorted heavily as I have done.

When I would ask questions about this area I would be terrorised.  If I opened the doors I was terrorised to your numb and think it's a game this gang  is playing however when they start as Peter Schaffer did show himself with a gun on facebook and hear the stories.  

The Police say just stories, well are they?  How can you reason with a guy high on heroin or  ice?  How can you know if it's  a game where when you ask for help all these big thugs run away and tell me that as Lui Villany said Alex asked them if  you would get hurt?  So tell me, Lui Villany had been a protector for the alleged elite in Kings Cross prior to his last gaol time.  He described tto me Home invasions, how they happened, why?  Where the drug world sell drugs then want the gear back they just go bust up a house.

The Police in NSW are the only affilate government body allowed to investigate however if they don't investigate the next person might not walk away with their life.

The  owners haven't done any water works, it dries out and the alleged game happens again.

The district court explained to me that they now want to see the emails, the offer of mediation the owners refused to do the work to waterproof, it is not up to the tenant when they are offering the business to lease with an existing DA complying.  However when the water affects the premises the wiring shorts, the electricity goes out.  You may at times still have emergency lighting however this doesn't comply to run the premises just by that.  For  months this was all we could do when the water affected the wiring.

The owners and people think brothels make a lot of money that is not right, it is the drug network and allegedly all those dealers will  go at some time to Porky's and have a chat as I was told by many.

I have brought this to the Council's attention, however nothing happened and
it should.  Alleged drug network utilises the working girls as safe houses
for the large movement of drugs.  They utilise the brothel intro's or a room
rate for the exchange and the owner as I was threatened whilst this happened.
  The police didn't go further when I called 000 and the Police Officer that
turned up 2.5 hours later said it was his friend that threatened my life.
This was I was told over a huge amount of drugs that went to a guy in
Melbourne.  THis guy again never checked by the Police he is in the elite as
an associate with Hells Angels.

What I have learnt.
Brothel  Darlinghurst Road, Kings Cross/Potts Point
Stripperama, Porky's have had no Construction certificate of compliance on
the premises.  The premises as a licensed brothel and it has never complied
since 2002.

This is where the gang's utilise the power to keep these businesses open as
the alleged council is too terrified to do anything.  I have persisted with
Clover Moore who says that there is not much that can be done.  However at
the level of Prime Minister the Brothels in Kings Cross are just not selling
sex, I found that out the working girls are just moving the alleged drug
network and the guys behind change Peter William Schaffer in gaol now he was
working below alleged Scott Orrock for a while back 2011-13 for the drug network.

doesn't  help the drug network to be exposed.  Lido Hotel have that where
permanent people are allegedly moving drugs and others know at times it is a
que in the streets waiting for the call  or signal from one to another.  The
testing of drug use for the sex workers is high in Kings Cross to dangers
levels after the drugs used the Police can't stop it. The Police under
licensing should be able to shut the brothels where they have NO council
final Construction certificate.  The government will have to remove the use
of existing rights to Brothels however 6/34-36A Darlinghurst Road to fix is allegedly
up for the Owner to do so.  He should not be leasing this premises as Abe
Saffron hid something inside and the alleged gang protects this.  The owners
solicitor said it was not his client responsibility.  

Well, in the safety of the community this premises need to be searched and the license be removed
until the waterproofing from level 2 to 1 is rectified.  Fire proofing of
Level 2 from 1 as the flood of water shows that there is a problem. Council
has to be able to take a stand where brothel owners will have no rights on
the premises as ventilation, mechanical and air conditioning not working or
complying.  The owner has to be made responsible the next person would be I
believed kill if this premises is opened again.  The owner has to know with
the level of the Police I have asked to search an area for Juanita Nielsen.

On Wed 25/9/2013 D & S Australia Pty Ltd solicitor said it was not up to his
client to search.  My life was threatened and extorted heavily by a gang that
protects this area of a cabinet underfloor it has a timber lid in a area that
the Police could drill hole and check.  This has been reported for help since
2011.  All I have been given is a bill to pay, however when your life's
threatened, Kings Cross Police don't or won't listen we have corruption to a
level that is about when the Wood's Royal Commission was called in 1994.
Just  get the police to search properly and you will uncover Hells Angels
secret paperwork hidden in this area as I was told by Sammy Sweet the person
who he says, I am the right hand man for John Ibrahim.  
The guy that has extorted me heavily said to me this compartment will never be searched as the
gang controls the Police here in Kings Cross.  The Police will destroy
allegedly Hells Angels and the company The Hells Angels Ltd behind.  The
Police from Professional Standards I wrote too however he couldn't work out
what it could be.  
What I was told there is an agreement that is the drug
network paperwork where the company The Hells Angels Ltd of Australia Sydney,
Melbourne( gone now), UK and USA should exist this is the control arm of the
 this company came after Abe Saffron's Sid MacDonald Pty Ltd left the premises as the control over the
hidden compartment.  If the brothels don't have a construction certificate
issued under the DA they do not comply can we have council inforce this
immediately within the Kings Cross Precident.
