With the Appointment of Michelle Gordon to the High Court of Australia it could be interesting, but the Abbott Government has all but Guaranteed the Australian Banks a Fail-Safe Position, by its failure to correct legislation, investigate fraud and itself being infested with Bankers ..!!!
The Victims of the ANZ Credit Card Scam will soon discover, when the High Court either upholds or refuses to even here, the now Overturned Lower Courts "Correct Decision", that the FIX IS IN and the Bankers now Rule the Government and the Courts of Australia..!!
