Ma to all, Homemade Icecream

600ml cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 can condensed milk
Beat the cream with an electric mixer until it begins to thicken. Add the vanilla & beat until a light whipped cream forms. Gradually add the condensed milk & keep beating until it thickens & becomes a nice cream. Pour into a container & put in the freezer until it goes hard.

When I was six I was very sick.  Many thought it was the end as I weighted 2 stone.  Well, now Im healthy and I loved my Ma's icecream.  Here is the taste to give to your sick children to enjoy.  Made with love xxx
