On Friday, June 22, Benoit's wife, died leaving her bound at the ankles and wrists and covered with a sheet in a room in their home. A bible was left by her body and she died of asphyxiation. She had bruises on her back and stomach consistent with Benoit pressing a knee into the back while pulling on a cord around the neck.
It was later revealed that Nancy filed for divorce in May 2003, allegedly after domestic abuse from Chris, but withdrew it in August 2003, according to the County's district attorney Scott Ballard.
District Attorney's office would have to be looked at in this case. The people at the time who are higher up as this is how I found the manipulation was allegedly happening within the Sydney Courts.

Daniel was suffocated in his own bedroom, killing him. A Bible was left by the boy's body. However, it was revealed on June 27 that Benoit may have killed his son with a choke hold. Scott Ballard said, "the boy had internal injuries to the throat area, but showed no bruises", indicating he may have been locked in the crook of his father's own arm. The time at when this happened is not yet known. Daniel had needle marks in his arm, suggesting that he had been given growth hormones because (is this what the District Attorney's office alleged?) Benoit and his family considered him undersized; which was theorized to be most likely the result of him suffering from Fragile X Syndrome.
However, District Attorney Scott Ballard released a statement saying that a source having access to Daniel's medical files reviewed said files and found that they mention no pre-existing mental or physical ailments. Likewise, Daniel Benoit's educators report that Daniel was on par with other students and not about to be held back as previously thought.
Professional wrestler Chris Benoit had an elevated level of testosterone in his system but no other steroids in his body, and his 7-year-old son was sedated at the time of his death, a Georgia medical examiner said Thursday.
"This level of testosterone indicates that he had been using testosterone at least within some reasonably short period of time prior to the time that he died," saidDr. Kris Sperry, chief medical examiner for the state with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, as he released the results of the toxicology report for the wrestler; his wife, Nancy; and son, Daniel.
"Although testosterone was found in Christopher Benoit's urine, there is no evidence of any other of the illegal types of steroids, or the whole laundry list of anabolic steroids that are out there to be used," Sperry said, adding, "the presence of the testosterone alone even could be an indicator that he was being treated for testicular insufficiency."
Besides steroids, Benoit's body contained the anti-anxiety drug Xanax and the painkiller hydrocodone, according to a statement from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. The GBI said Benoit tested negative for blood alcohol.http://www.foxnews.com/.../wrestler-chris-benoit-used.../
No Steriods were found in his body, so their was no steriod rage as heavily reported.

I allege he was murdered as it reports a blunt hit can be a hit by a hand or item where instant death can occur.
