Epsom Salts, Detoxify and cleanse

HOW TO DETOXIFY YOUR BODY AND GET RID OF THE CHEMICALS IN YOUR SYSTEM!
1. Go 3 days just filtered non-fluoridated drinking water - minimum of 8 cups of water per day.
2. Next go 2 weeks drinking juices. Not the ones you buy in supermarkets, but buying fruit in bulk and using a juicer. I recommend a glass of apple+celery juice for breakfast, a glass of orange juice for lunch, and a glass of carrot+broccoli juice for dinner.
3. At the end of every second day, take a warm bath mixed with 1 cup of epsom salts for a minimum of 15 minutes. Epsom salt is also known as magnesium sulfate, and has the ability to draw out toxins from the body.
4. At the end of the 2 weeks, eat healthy! Drink filtered water (not Puratap as it DOES NOT filter out fluoride). Eat fruits, vegetables, nuts and herbs. Drink herbal teas. Exercise daily. Sleep properly. Stay well away from everything else, especially processed foods and sugar! Get a shower filter, and when having baths or showers, make it only a few minutes!
5. Live long and prosper.
